The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for the treatment of acute and chronic local infection.

It is known that for the treatment of purulent wounds applies the homogenate of porcine spleen (a Method of treatment of purulent wounds. The patent of the USSR to the invention SU 1801488 A1, et al. Shushpanov, M.a.aliyev). The homogenate of xenoculture accelerates the removal from the wound toxico-infectious agents, metabolic products of resorption of detritus, accelerates the development of granulation and epithelization of wounds, improves local immunity. However, the homogenate of porcine spleen does not have the property of improving kislorodolechenie tissue inflammation zone.

One of the important factors that contribute to the improvement of wound healing, many authors consider the oxygenation zone of inflammation (Ratner GL, 1974; Zinchuk WU, 1995; Paramonov B.A., 2000; Hant BECAUSE, 1974; Ufbink D.T., 1994), which can be stimulated by various factors, including the use of perfluorocarbon compounds (Mokrushin V.I., 1995; Osipov A.P., Krupkin V.I., 1997; Krylov K.M., Chiguanco E.N., 1999).

The use of perfluorocarbon emulsion stimulates the formation of tissue macrophages (perforation), which have increased phagocytic activity (Lutsevich EV, Kalinin MR, Poltoratskaya N.A., Dolgatov GD 2001).

However, despite the advantages, this method of treatment has the disadvantages. So, when using dressings with perftoran in the first phase of wound healing positive effect was not observed, and the total time of healing of the wounds remained large (Osipov A.P., 1997, 2001; Krupkin V.I., 1997).

As a prototype we have used the method for the treatment of septic wounds according to the patent of the USSR to the invention SU 1801488 A1, et al. Shushpanov, M.a.aliyev from 15.03.93,

The method prototype is as follows:

The method of treatment of purulent wounds and trophic ulcers, claimed as the invention is as follows.

For the implementation of the proposed method produces therapeutic application of cell mass consisting of a homogenate of porcine spleen with the addition of perftoran on the entire wound surface, the thickness of the overlay means is 2-3 mm. Applications are changed every day.

Therapeutic cell mass prepared as follows:
