SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curative ointments with anti-inflammatory effect and with biostimulating properties for treatment of burns, suppurative and infected wounds of different etiology and to a method for treatment above said diseases using the ointment said. The proposed ointment comprising bee wax and greasy basis comprises colophony additionally. As greasy basis the ointment comprises butter and vegetable oil in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: bee wax, 20-30; butter, 30-40; vegetable oil, 15-25; colophony, 15-25. Method involves applying ointment by thin layer 0.5-3 mm on dense cotton fabric, its applying to damaged site, keeping and removing ointment with change of bandage 1-3 times per 24 h for 3-14 days. Method provides enhancing the therapeutic effectiveness of ointment due to significant acceleration the healing process of suppurative wounds and insidious furuncles being the ointment doesn't cause irritating effect.

Group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to therapeutic ointments anti-inflammatory action with biostimulating properties for the treatment of burns, sores and infected wounds of different etiology and treatment of the above diseases using the ointment.

Known ointment “Benin” for the treatment of purulent and infected wounds of various etiologies, consisting of pine oil, propolis resin, spermaceti and fat penguin (RU, patent No. 2058776, class a 61 K 9/06, 1995).

Known ointment can be used to treat sores and infected wounds of various etiologies, but is not intended for the treatment of burns, in addition, it includes a fat penguin, availability and source of raw materials is limited.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result of the present invention is an ointment for the treatment of burns, sores and infected wounds of various etiologies, containing beeswax and fatty basis, as well as ethyl alcohol, glycerin and a hydrophobic hydrocarbon base (RU, patent No. 2125867, class a 61 K 9/06, 1999).

The disadvantages of the known ointment is the presence in its composition of alcohol-containing components (ethyl alcohol and glycerin is a trivalent alcohol), which can in some cases cause some complications and allergic reactions. In addition, the soda is stored in the ointment alcohol components adversely affect the burns and irritate the various ulcers.

There is a method of treatment of burns, sores and infected wounds of various etiologies by applying the above ointments on the affected area, holding and subsequent removal ointments (RU, patent No. 2125867, class a 61 K 9/06, 1999).

The disadvantages of this method is a long term treatment and the low efficiency associated with complications and allergic manifestations.

The objective of the invention is the creation of ointment stable in composition from natural products without chemical or special synthetic additives with a long shelf life and wide range of applications and reduce the time of treatment.

The technical result, which directed the present invention is to improve therapeutic efficacy of the ointment by increasing the spectrum of therapeutic action and reduce the duration of treatment while increasing the effectiveness of treatment.

Additional technical result is the extension of the range of medical ointments, not expressly irritating side effect.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the ointment for the treatment of burns, sores and infected wounds of various etiologies, containing beeswax and fatty basis, according to the invention, further comprises rosin, and as a fatty basis ointment soda is separated butter and oil in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

beeswax 20-30,

butter 30-40,

vegetable oil 15-25,

rosin 15-25.

In addition, in the method of treatment of burns, sores and infected wounds of various etiologies through application of the ointment on the affected area, holding and subsequent removal of the ointment according to the invention the above ointment is applied in a thin layer of 0.5-3 mm thick cotton cloth, apply to affected area and change the bandage 1-3 times a day for 3-14 days.

The achievement of a specified result is due to the fact that the proposed ointment, because of the biologically active substances extracted their beeswax, fatty basis and rosin, has multifaceted effects: antimicrobial, analgesic, osmotic. As ointment bases in the composition of ointments included vegetable oil and butter.

Rosin is a vitreous substance from light yellow to dark red, obtained by the distillation of turpentine from the purified gum (Great Soviet encyclopedia. Publishing house “Soviet encyclopedia”. - M., 1973, t, s). Rosin has a protective antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, on the nerve endings of open wounds produces a calming effect and in interaction with beeswax improves its pharmacologically the properties. In addition, rosin promotes long-term conservation of medicinal properties ointments and thereby increases its shelf life.

The experiments allowed to determine the optimum content of the components included in the composition of ointments, and the thickness of the layer of ointment, put on thick cotton fabric that ensures maximum efficiency of ointment.

Thus, the content of beeswax must be in the range of 20-30 wt.%. The increase of its content is more than 30 wt.% and reduction of less than 20 wt.% leads to deterioration of ductility ointments, resulting in the inconvenience of using ointments.

The increase in the content of the butter over 40 wt.% results ointment liquid consistency, spreading over the surface of the skin, which prevents the establishment of maximum concentration of ointment to the wound and reducing the amount of butter below 30 wt.% leads to thickening of the ointment, which degrades the uniformity of its application to the affected area of the body.

The change in the amount of vegetable oil over 25 wt.% and less than 15 wt.% leads to a decrease in the efficiency of dissolution of the components.

When increasing the amount of rosin in the composition of more than 25 wt.% it is a local irritant effect, which leads to painful sensation, and reducing the amount of rosin less than 15 wt.% reduces the effectiveness of the ointment.

Bybertoldi layer of ointment, put on thick cotton fabric (when using the bandage, the effectiveness of the ointment is sharply reduced) due to the highest efficiency of its impact on the wound, by reducing the thickness ointments less than 0.5 mm and increasing the thickness of the layer of ointment over 3 mm efficacy ointment reduced.

Beeswax increases the viscosity of the ointment and its absorption by the skin. The presence of wax carotene and vitamin a makes a useful application in the treatment of many skin diseases, retards the growth of some pathogenic organisms.

The proposed ointment was prepared as follows.

For the preparation of ointments, it is advisable to use sunflower oil and butter obtained from cream 33% fat and higher, without flavorings.

Components take in a given proportion, crushed, placed in an enamel container, and melt, bringing with continuous stirring to boiling, filtered, and then hot is poured into molds of the desired configuration and volume (jars, tubes, etc. for subsequent cooling in a natural way. The result is packaged ointment.

Ointment store in a cool dark place for up to 10 years, without the loss of initial activity.

Example 1.

Patient M., 41. After dog bite remained laceration on his left leg. The wound fester and did not heal. Example 2.

Patient 3., 72 years. Was prooperirovanna for appendicitis, but the seam did not heal during the year. Despite the medication prescribed by the doctor. The wound began to bandage with ointment thickness of 0.5 mm, the Dressing was changed 3 times a day. A week later, the seam started to heal. The ointment composition:

beeswax 25 wt.%,

butter is 25 wt.%,

vegetable oil 25 wt.%,

rosin 25 wt.%.

Example 3.

Patient L., 64 years. Got burned right hand. Worried about a sharp pain appeared blisters, redness. On the surface of the wound put a bandage with ointment layer thickness of 3 mm, the Dressing was changed 1 times a day. Decreased pain and began to dry up blisters. After 5 days of burn the skin surface was replaced by a healthy, normal.

Example 4.

Patient A., aged 30. Got burned the palm of electric shock. The surface of the skin blackened, swollen bladder, hand pulled, fingers it was impossible to straighten. Put a cloth made of thick cotton with a thick layer of ointment 3 mm band was changed 2 times a day, 3-day bladder opal, on the 5th day palm softened, his fingers began to straighten up, within 14 days of the affected skin came off and were replaced by new, healthy. The ointment composition:

beeswax 20 wt.%,

butter 40 wt.%,

vegetable oil 20 wt.%,

rosin 20 wt.%.

The treatment proposed by the ointment in almost all cases passed with a positive result was observed acceleration of wound healing without complications and side effects.

The use of the proposed ointment for the treatment of burns and wounds of various etiologies showed a stimulating effect of the ointment on the regenerative processes of the connective tissue and epithelium, indicating biostim the stimulating effect of ointments and confirms the reduction of terms of wound healing while increasing the efficiency of treatment.

Thus, the proposed ointment accelerates the rejection of necrotic tissue RAS, shorten the time of healing and stimulates the development of young granulation tissue with acceleration of its maturity, enhances proliferation of epithelium.

From the patent and scientific literature we are not aware of the healing ointment containing a combination of the above ingredients in the proposed quantitative ratio that allows to make a conclusion about the novelty of the claimed technical solution.

Moreover, the enhancement of reparative processes is observed in the wound along with accelerated wound healing due to development of perfluorophages in area of inflammatory process and to higher gas saturation of perfluorocarbon emulsion against other media applied before.
