Method of papermaking with protecting element, protecting element and method of its production

Method of papermaking with protecting element, protecting element and method of its production

Method of papermaking and the method of production of the protecting element are proposed. The protrusions or recesses in the form of a light watermark are formed on a paper, and these protrusions or recesses are sealed. On some parts of the paper surface, containing the recesses, a paint layer with a negative image is applied. The paint layer covers no more than 80% of the recesses surface. The protecting element is a composite image consisting of protrusions or recesses formed on the paper in the form of a light watermark, and a paint layer with a negative image applied on these protrusions or recesses, covering not more than 80% of the recesses surface.

Method of papermaking with multi-tone watermark, paper with multi-tone watermark, printing product with multi-tone watermark

Method of papermaking with multi-tone watermark, paper with multi-tone watermark, printing product with multi-tone watermark

Method of papermaking with multi-tone watermark lies in the use for casting and moulding of the paper web on a papermaking machine of the relief mask representing a partially water-permeable moulding element. The element is formed on the surface of the cylinder forming fabric, or on the dandy roll of the fourdrinier former. The mask has a variable height of the image area of the watermark, created by the relief stamping of the fabric, with electrotype and/or conjoint stamping of the fabric and electrotype and/or use of several layers of the electrotype. Individual, successive layers of electrotype in the mask can have openings which are different in the diameter and the density of location. The mask is assembled out of several layers of perforated plates of metal or plastic plates or composite materials. The paper and printing product made by the above method is claimed, which are protected against forgery.

Printing material container

Printing material container

Invention refers to a printing material container, and more precisely to a device for prevention of accidental contacts between the pins located on the printing material container. The printing material container connected to the printing device by inserting an insert in the specified direction; with that, the printing device has multiple pins of the printing device, which contains a housing containing the printing material. Multiple pins of the container for contact with corresponding pins from a variety of pins on the printing device; with that, multiple pins on the container include a variety of low-voltage contacts and a variety of high-voltage contacts. The variety of low-voltage contacts on the container are intended to receive low voltage from the corresponding pin from the multiple pins on the printing device when the printing material container is attached to the printing device. The variety of high-voltage contacts on the container are intended to receive high voltage from the corresponding pin from the multiple pins on the printing device when the printing material container is attached to the printing device. The variety of low-voltage contacts on the container includes the contacts that contact the corresponding contact of the printing device when the printing material container is attached to the printing device. The variety of low-voltage contacts on the container includes the contacts that contact the corresponding contact of the printing device when the printing material container is attached to the printing device. The above contacts of low-voltage contacts of the container are arranged so that they form the first row of contacts; the above contacts of high-voltage contacts of the container are arranged so that they form the second row of contacts, and the second row of contacts is located farther in insertion direction than the first row of contacts.

Image processing method and image processing device

Image processing method and image processing device

Image processing method involves a stage, at which input data of an image are determined to colour ink data, which corresponds to volumes of use of one or more types of colour inks and transparent ink. With that, input image data is converted to colour ink data so that the amount of transparent ink used in colour ink data using the ink containing technical carbon becomes more or is equal to the amount of transparent ink used in colour ink data using no ink containing the technical carbon.

Method of production of image on surface of titanium products

Method of production of image on surface of titanium products

Invention relates to the field of advertising, printing and photography, and is intended to produce high-strength images on metal products, in particular, on the surface of titanium products, and can be used in various fields of industry, arts and crafts. The method includes obtaining an image on the intermediate base, the image transfer on the surface of the product, high temperature burning of the product with the printed image in the oven. As the product for transferring image the titanium sheet is used. Before applying image the titanium sheet is subjected to high temperature burning at a temperature of 890-1020°C to form on its surface of a layer of the titanium oxide uniform in thickness, exposed by this temperature for 15-90 minutes. The burning temperature is selected depending on the desired shade of coloring of the oxide layer, and the exposure time - depending on its desired thickness, the image transfer is carried out on the surface of the obtained titanium oxide layer, and a high temperature burning of the product with the applied image is carried out at a temperature of 550±15°C.
