group inking unit for viscous paints is a a system for organizing the filing of a uniform layer of paint on the printing form elements. Preparation of paint flow is carried out by three groups of roller inking unit: , ink slabs and rolling. The process of applying the paint layer on the form is accompanied by election inking only in print form elements, resulting in a trailer rollers are still areas of unclaimed paint, forming a so-called working colorful relief, leaving in group. To exclude defects plays on material colorful image working colorful relief, align, i.e. to destroy.
colorful relief can cause , when the imprint appears secondary, «parasitic» colorful relief or its fragments, that is marriage. It is established that to reduce the likelihood of in colorful devices is , which lies in the forced axial movement of one or all of ro-ro rollers on the form [1]. The proposed technical solution for the alignment of the paint layer and additional destruction of recycled paint relief over roller is installed a metallic cylinder, performing the rotation and axial displacement together with cylinder. This allows, without changing the design of castles roller, to undertake the preparation of a uniform layer of paint, ease of installation and maintenance.
In the drawing a diagram of the proposed device contains: 1 - cylinder, 2 - rolling cushion, 3 - ink slabs cylinder, 4 - additional metal cylinder, 5 - levers mounting installed on the edges of the shaft cylinder, 6-eccentric sleeve, 7-box.
