The present invention relates to a hand stamp with automatic staining, containing a frame made of metal and having two side walls joined by a top wall, and, in addition, contains the drive bracket made of metal that moves down relative to the frame against the action of a spring force; a drive bracket has two racks that are installed with the ability to move along the side walls of the frame; the above racks are connected with the type block set with the ability to move and rotate in the frame; in the upper area of the frame is provided for supporting ledges for the inserted holder stamp pads, and the above reference the tabs are in the inner direction from the inner side of the side walls of the frame.

Such so-called (whole) metal hand stamps with automatic staining has been known, see US A, and appreciated for reliability and long service life. The frame, also called the body of the stamp, usually consists of a steel plate part, which after cutting or punching holes is subjected to bending, see, for example, also AT 1185 U1, figure 5. In the case of actuation hand-stamp, i.e. when the execution of the stamp, the drive bracket is moved down along the frame, the condition is set out on a substrate, this rack drive bracket having a U-shaped vertically move along the outer sides of the side walls of the frame. The tube is attached from above the top plate of the frame, provides direction and secure location, and the tube is telescopically inserted into the corresponding tube or the like of the host vehicle in the arm to the drive bracket; tube usually contains a cylindrical compression spring, see, for example, also AT 380836 IN or AT 1659 U1. If the supporting protrusions will be formed by the petals, which have been punched and bent, will require accurate manufacturing, because otherwise the stamp holder cushion or to strike the bent petals, thereby preventing its installation in frame or holder ink pads will be installed in the upper area of the frame only with a large gap, so that the stamp holder cushion may accidentally fall out of the hand stamp. For the proper location and ensure high stability in the installed condition, in addition, it would be appropriate, if the supporting projections are provided over the locking tabs. In fact, in this case, the two tabs are always located so that one of them will be above the other, and these projections continue through separate holes (or act through a common elongated hole in the form of a groove), this will be counter-rotation of the respective support element. However, in a simple embodiment, it is also possible that the locking tabs are free to form supporting ledges. As mentioned above, the reference element from the outside can be also used as a support or guide for the appropriate rack bracket; therefore, the direction of the uprights of the bracket on the frame will be particularly advisable if on the outer sides of the bearing elements, the surface of which facing away from the supporting ledges, the guide ribs are formed for the respective racks of the drive bracket. In this case, the support element further forms a guide element for the corresponding rack brackets.

For the most suitable location and fixation of the support and guide elements in the desired position, in addition, to be effective if each reference element will have the upper ledge in the form of shelves, which is adjacent to the upper transition section connecting the side wall with the top wall of the frame.

In order to provide additional support holder stamp pillows in the inserted state, and, if desired, slightly to hold it in the inserted position due to friction (relative slip), will also be effective if on the side in the direction of the width of the frame will have a rib or transverse wall connecting with the upper wall, and if on the inside above the ribs or transverse wall is provided with an additional the additional supporting ledge for the stamp holder cushion in the inserted position.

In this case, there will also be suitable if additional support protrusion is formed using the petal, which, respectively, are cut or punched and bent from the edges. Petal, forming additional support ledge on the transverse wall may in this case be inclined position, i.e. it can be tilted up from the origin on the transverse edge so as to provide elastic joining the edge of the stamp holder cushion at the required distance.

The purpose of the required fastening with snap, and, optionally, an effective moving direction of the uprights of the bracket, as indicated above, effective to produce the supporting elements made of plastic, as, for example, POM, ABS or polyethylene. In this case, if necessary or if desired, when installing the holder stamp cushion supporting protrusions may slightly deviate downwards under the action of elastic deformation, to provide the insert holder stamp pillows without any problems, as well as holding the stamp holder cushion due to its elastic abutment with the use of the friction force.

The present invention will be explained in more detail below using preferred embodiments which, however, should not be limited to, and with reference to the drawings, in which:

Figure 1-6 shows the hand stamp 1 with automatic staining, briefly called a hand stamp with automatic staining, which includes a frame or housing 2, made of metal, and the drive bracket 3 having a U-shaped vertically and is also made of metal. The drive bracket 3 has two racks 4, 5, installed in working position on the outer sides of the side walls 6, 7 of the metal frame 2 with the ability to move vertically up and down arrow 8 in figure 1. In addition, it also provides, essentially, a known standard swivel mechanism 16 for turning the font unit 1, for example, by using two elements 17 with the control link (see Fig.2-5), connected with the possibility of rotation with the upper part of the inner sides of the side walls 6, 7 of the frame 2. For the direction of the ends of the swivel axis 14 in the side walls 6, 7 of the frame is provided with vertical longitudinal slots 18.

However, the turning mechanism 16 can, of course, also be represented in another known form, such as shown is in US 454 499 A.

The metal frame 2 is made of sheet steel billet to cut down or cut out holes and properly curved; two lateral walls 6, 7 are connected in the form of whole parts with the upper wall 19. In the center of this wall 19 is xed, essentially, in a known manner, for example, with rivets, tubular element 10 for a cylindrical compression spring. Moreover, as follows from figures 1 and 2, on a wide front side of the hand stamp 1 has a band or transverse wall 20 in the form of ribs, continuing down from the top wall 19, see also the section in the corner at 6, and this transverse wall 20 extends from one side wall 6 to the other side wall 7 and is shown in the example scenarios provided with a transparent sliding plastic cover 21 as a viewing window for placing a test sheet for the application of the stamp. On the lower sides in the corner areas of the side walls 6, 7 of the frame are connected with providing a steady, essentially, in a standard way by means of couplers 22.

Two racks 4, 5 drive bracket 3 is also made of sheet steel in the form of solid elements and are connected by an edge 23, and this edge also featured slider 24, which is separately shown in figures 1 and 3; by engagement of the latter with one of several the deepe the deposits 25 in the tubular element 10 drive bracket 3 can be fixed in a preset position relative to the frame 2, for example, in order to re-set the tape with the type characters if the font block 11 containing the font ribbon indicating the date or something similar, as shown, or, in particular, in order to impregnate stamp cushion 12 paint.

Together with compartment bottom side directed to stamp plate, it forms supporting surface for container with ink pad and is provided with opening to paint stamp letters in their upper upturned position due to their butting against ink pad in container. Guide-and-align projections for container with ink pad are located at both opposite sides of compartment in pushing-in direction. Besides, there are grooves in container with ink pad, which interact with guide-and-align projections. At upper side and in pushed-in position of container with ink pad, grooves are limited by slats projected at container sides.

A self-inking stamp contains a bottom, a sliding executive mechanism mounted on said bottom, and a stamp plate holder movable within the bottom. The stamp plate holder is attached to the executive mechanism and displaced to operative position when the executive mechanism moves. The stamp plate is mounted within the holder. The first disposal ink feeder is provided in the bottom in the first position and serves to ink the stamp plate. The second auxiliary disposal ink feeder is kept in the bottom being in the second position. The second ink feeder is taken to replace the first one when displaced to the first position.

Two extending locking elements are arranged on every end face side of the cover. Both shelves of support part have two spaced apart locking adapters. Cover locking elements make attachments to locking adapters of support part. Printing unit, as-fixed, covers printing tape in the area of drive wheel.

EFFECT: creation of a stamp, a stamp pad for the stamp, and also a method of replacement of the stamp pad and the method of mounting the stamp plate, which provides a simple, compact and inexpensive design, reduction of the structural size and weight and easy handling.
