The invention relates to the production of porous aggregates for concrete.
Known mixture for the production of porous filler containing, wt.%: clay 70,0-80,0; crushed shungite 15,0-20,0; waste mineral wool 5,0-10,0 [1].
The objective of the invention is to increase the strength of the porous aggregate.
The technical result is achieved in that the mixture for the production of porous aggregates containing clay, crushed shungite, waste mineral wool contains shungite, crushed to a full pass through the mesh hole size 2 mm, and optionally phosphorus in the following ratio, wt.%: clay 79,0-83,0; specified shungite 11,0-13,0; waste mineral wool 3,0-4,0; phosphorite 3,0-4,0.

In the blend for the production of porous filler use: montmorillonite clay, including Al-montmorillonite and Fe-montmorillonite (nontronite).
Components of the raw material mixture is metered in the desired quantities. Shungite crushed to a full pass through the mesh hole size 2 mm, mixed with industrial waste mineral wool, crushed to a powder with phosphate and clay. The resulting mixture is moistened to 18-23% and molded from the pellets of size 20-40 mm, which are dried to a moisture content of not more than 6 % and calcined at a temperature of 1080-1120°C.
