The invention is pertaining to the field of metal mining industry, in particular, to the magnetic concentration of the finely ground ores containing the strong-magnetic materials and allows to improve the quality of the concentrate. The method provides for the gating of the mash through the working area of the electromagnetic separator with the motionless drum, when the layer of the having flocculated and moving on the working surface particles of the concentrate under action of the traveling magnetic field are exposed to such a mechanical action at which the floccules are destroyed making themselves free from the nonmagnetic fractions, which are flushed away by the water sprays, then the freed thus magnetic particles again are formed in floccules and are withdrawn into the discharge zone. The device includes the body-bath with the conical bottom, the working tool made in the form of the vertical casing-shell with the rotating circular magnet system, which is arranged inside the casing-shell and based on the permanent magnets. Dust extractor is implemented of top cylinder-taper butt with flange and branch for withdrawal of treated gas, dust catching unit with flanges and with branch for supply of powder-gas mixture and bottom cylinder-taper butt with flange and branch for dust withdrawal. Dust catching unit is assembled on separate stand in composition of cylinder with flanges and branches for supply of powder-gas mixture. On it on the outside it is installed electromagnetic system with magnetic conductors, inside there are installed spiral guide for movement of powder-gas mixture, rest of cellular core made of nonferromagnetic material, cellular core in the form of vertical strips made of ferromagnetic material, installed on-the-mitre to movement of powder-gas mixture, and locking sleeve.

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to a device for cleaning flue gases of blast furnaces.
Known half-collector gas purification, comprising a cylindrical housing with connections for the supply of dust-gas mixture and clean gas discharge nozzle for spraying water and the outlet for removal of the pulp through a water trap (1).
The disadvantage of this dust collector in the formation of wet sludge unsuitable for disposal without prior preparation.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed device is a dust collector, comprising a cylindrical housing with connections for the supply of dust-gas mixture, the clean gas discharge and release of dust, electromagnetic system running magnetic field, the spiral guide the motion of the gas, the locking Cup and the honeycomb core on the inner surface of the shell in the zone of action of the magnetic field established support from non-ferromagnetic material, and a honeycomb core is installed between the supports and the spiral guide (2).
The disadvantage of this dust collector is the absence of a magnetic circuit inside the dust collector, which reduces the efficiency, and the difficulty of assembling large components for industrial dust collectors.
Technical for the of ACA the proposed device is to increase the efficiency of dust collection and simplify equipment installation of dust collection system on modern high-catchers.
The technical solution is that in a well-known collector, comprising a cylindrical housing with connections for the supply of dust-gas mixture, the clean gas discharge and release the dust collector is made of the upper conical end with a flange and a pipe for draining cleaned gas block dust with flanges and with a pipe for the supply of dust-gas mixture and the lower conical end flange and socket to release dust, block dust collected on a separate stand in the composition of the cylinder flange and tube feeding dust-gas mixture, which is installed outside the magnetic system with magnetic circuits, installed inside the spiral guide movement of dust-gas mixture supports cellular core of non-ferromagnetic material, the honeycomb core in the form of vertical strips of ferromagnetic material mounted at an angle to the movement of the dust-gas mixture, and the locking Cup.
Assembly on a separate stand in the cylinder with flanges only dust collecting equipment is extremely simple preparation of equipment for installation on the lower cylindrical end, and the manufacture of the honeycomb core in the form of vertical strips in the role of magnetic circuits inside the body, increases the efficiency of dust collection.
The proposed device is the primary objective in the General form shown in figure 1 and figure 2 and consists of the top end 1 with a flange 13 and a nozzle clean gas discharge 16 with flanges 14, block dust in the composition of the cylinder 4 with the flanges 5 and 13 and socket 2 for receiving dust-gas mixture with flanges 3, which is outside mount electromagnetic system 11 with the magnetic circuit 9, and the inside of the spiral guide 12 movement of dust-gas mixture, the cellular core 10 made in the form of vertical strips of ferromagnetic material mounted at an angle to the direction of movement of the dust-gas mixture on the supports 15 of the honeycomb core, the locking Cup 8, the lower conical end 6 with the outlet pipe dust 7 and the flange 5.
Improving the efficiency of dust collection is provided by the offset of dust by centrifugal forces to the periphery of the flow, the dust electromagnetic field of high tension provided by the magnetic - vertical stripes, locking dust in the electromagnetic field of the honeycomb core and the direction of its nozzle to remove dust.
