The invention is pertaining to the field of metal mining industry, in particular, to the magnetic concentration of the finely ground ores containing the strong-magnetic materials and allows to improve the quality of the concentrate. The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to devices blast-furnace gas cleaning.
A well-known collector half-purification, comprising a cylindrical housing with connections for the supply of dust-gas mixture, the purified exhaust gas, nozzles for supplying the spray water nozzle for removal of the pulp through the water gate [1]. The disadvantage of this dust collector in the formation of wet sludge unsuitable for recycling without preparation.
Famous cyclone electromagnetic separator, comprising a cylindrical housing located outside of the electromagnetic system running magnetic field with the magnetic circuit, the inner surface of the case is made of corrugated, at the downstream pipe is spiral guiding the motion of the gas, and in the lower part there is a locking glass [2].
A disadvantage of this device is to execute the internal surface of the housing corrugated to improve the capture and containment of dust. Such performance is possible on compact plants. On large industrial dust collectors is almost impossible.
The closest to the proposed dust collector cyclone is an electromagnetic separator for separating mixtures of materials in a gaseous environment, comprising a cylindrical housing with connections for the water dust-gas mixture, the clean gas discharge and release of dust, electromagnetic system running magnetic field, the spiral guide the motion of the gas, the locking Cup and installed between the inner surface of the housing and the spiral guide wire core [3].
The disadvantage of this device lies in the fact that the inner surface of the cylindrical housing industrial separator dust collector corrugated very difficult, and the execution of its flat reduces efficiency, as is the possibility of blowing dust in a stream of gas from the zone of dust collection.
The technical object of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of gas cleaning and getting dry dust, suitable for immediate disposal.

The dust collector works as follows.
