The device can be used for separating mechanical mixtures into components of their magnetic fraction. The prior art of the invention are known from magnetic separation molding compounds, as well as a magnetic mineral beneficiation. The known device for extracting thin magnetic fraction (Vphoto Electromagnetic separators. M.: Mashinostroenie, 1978; Vierraden and other Processes and machines for mineral processing. M.: Nedra, 1974) contain rotating elements in phase separation and leads to the formation of flocs, resulting in increased operating costs and reduces the quality of the separation process. The reason preventing people from getting in the known solutions of the desired result (reduction of operational costs and improving the quality and percentage yield of the allocated components is the availability of the rotating mechanical system and high level of magnetic potential energy U required to provide magnetic ponderomotive force, extracting and retaining the magnetic particle and the resulting collapse of flocs.
Closest to the claimed device is an electromagnetic separator (patent for invention №2217237)containing feeder of raw materials in the form of a funnel with the changing diameter of razdelitel, consisting of two vertically arranged plates. Plate made of electrical steel sheets. In the slots stacked three-phase winding that generates a traveling magnetic field. When the mechanical separation of the mixture in the specified separator is discharging planning under the action of gravity, by increasing the cross-sectional area of the jet. The essence of the invention.
The invention is aimed at improving the quality of the separation process of fine mechanical mixtures containing magnetic fraction. In the implementation of the workflow (the generation of the magnetic fraction from mechanical mixtures) the original product from the dispenser enters the trench, forming with a horizontal plane an angle α. The mixture, moving down the chute regulated by the geometry of the trough configuration is subjected to the action of ponderomotive forces of the magnetic field and shaking, which VSP is indicates. Traveling magnetic field attracts the magnetic particles along the inclined face of the gutter across the movement of the mixture under the action of gravity along the chute down.
The technical result obtained by the solution of the problem is the mechanical separation of the mixture only on the magnetic and only the non-magnetic fraction, i.e. the improvement of the quality of the separation process. The required technical result, namely improving the quality of the separation process is achieved by the constrained mechanical flow of the mixture under the action of gravity along the bottom of the inclined chute, floating magnetic particles under the action of ponderomotive forces (F=μVHqradH) half-cycle and fluctuations elastically suspended gutters due to the alternating magnetic field, then move them along the inclined face of the gutter in the pipeline thanks to the energy of a traveling magnetic field.
