The invention is pertaining to the field of metal mining industry, in particular, to the magnetic concentration of the finely ground ores containing the strong-magnetic materials and allows to improve the quality of the concentrate. The method provides for the gating of the mash through the working area of the electromagnetic separator with the motionless drum, when the layer of the having flocculated and moving on the working surface particles of the concentrate under action of the traveling magnetic field are exposed to such a mechanical action at which the floccules are destroyed making themselves free from the nonmagnetic fractions, which are flushed away by the water sprays, then the freed thus magnetic particles again are formed in floccules and are withdrawn into the discharge zone. The device includes the body-bath with the conical bottom, the working tool made in the form of the vertical casing-shell with the rotating circular magnet system, which is arranged inside the casing-shell and based on the permanent magnets. On the exterior surface of the casing-shell along its generatrix there are the mounted nets made out of the nonmagnetic material with the mesh size exceeding the maximum size of the grains, but less than the dimension of the floccules along their long axis, and near to the nets the flashing collectors are mounted. For withdrawal of the layer of the floccules of the magnetic fraction the spiral guide is installed.

The invention relates to the field of mineral processing method of magnetic separation.
There are various types of laboratory elektromagnitnykh separators with adjustable values of magnetic field strength in the zone of separation, which are used as separators analyzers [VV Karmazin, V.I. Karmazin Magnetic and electrical methods of enrichment. Moscow: Nedra, 1988].
Also known magnetic separator analyzer periodic action [inventor's certificate SU # 1651966, 03 1/06. Bull. No. 20 of 30.05.91], magnetic system which is made in the form of rotating around a vertical axis radially spaced permanent magnets under the non-magnetic plate with scattered thin layer of the analyzed mineral mixture.
A common shortcoming of these devices is the low productivity, work only in periodic mode and the low selectivity of separation. Closest to the proposed combination of essential features is the electrodynamic separator [inventor's certificate SU # 1139506, CL 03 With 1/24, bull. No. 6 from 15.02 1985, 3 C.] (prototype)containing transporting the body, the receivers separation products and the magnetic system is made in the form of a disk mounted for rotation and located under the conveyor body in a plane parallel to the plane of the latter, and on the working surface of the disk placed permanent magnets with alternating along the perimeter of the disk polarity of the poles.
The drawback to this unit is the impossibility of selective separation of mineral mixtures in magnetic properties with the aim of analyzing and then selecting the desired types of magnetic separators for industrial enrichment.
The technical result of the invention is the selective separation of the separated product on the magnetic fraction in the continuous mode, in a large range of magnetic vospriimchivosti and receiving masterbatch.
This technical result is achieved in that in the magnetic separator-analyzer containing rotating around the vertical axis of the magnetic system consisting of permanent magnets with alternating along the arc of a circle magnetic polarity, it is new that the magnetic system is located above the moving belt of the conveyor with the possibility of changing the distance to the tape vertically and tilt the axis of rotation, the unloading of the magnetic fraction is carried out by means of rotating together with the magnetic system of the magnetic disk located under the magnetic system with the possibility of changing the distance from the magnets.
The novelty of the proposed solution is that moving on the conveyor belt of the separated product initially enters the relatively weak alternating magnetic field, and then in a stronger, which leads to the separation of the magnetic fraction into two parts. The separator design analyzer allows you to obtain a magnetic fractions with different content useful product.
A schematic view of the separator-analyzer presented in figure 1 (side view) and figure 2 (top view). Above the conveyor belt 1 with the separated product 2 is the electric motor 3 with an adjustable number of turns on an axis which is fixed with two discs of non-magnetic material 4, 6. On the lower surface of the disc 4 on the perimeter of the fixed permanent magnets 5 in the form of rectangular prisms size 80-60-20 mm, from an alloy of Nd-Fe-B with alternating magnetic polarity. Under the disk 4 is the discharge disc 6 with the possibility of changing the distance between the disks using threaded rods 7. The whole system has the ability to change the vertical distance between the system and the surface of the conveyor and tilt angle α (0-15°) 8. On both sides of the belt are the receivers of the magnetic fractions of the separated product 9 and 10, provided with screens to prevent its spread by receivers (not shown).
Works separator analyzer as follows.
When moving conveyor belt with the separated product in the direction of the arrow 11 initially under the action of magnetic forces of the magnetic fraction is allocated 12 with the maximum values of the specific magnetic susceptibility (separation of magnetite ore mineral grains of magnetite, which is pressed against the lower surface of the rotating disk 6, acquires the angular velocity of rotation and the centrifugal force is discharged in the direction of the arrows 13 in the receiver of the magnetic fraction 9. Upon further movement of the separated product gets into the zone of action of magnets located at a closer distance to the surface of the disk 6 is attracted magnetic fraction with lower values of the specific magnetic susceptibility (separation of magnetite ores are grain, in addition to containing magnetite non-metallic minerals), which is discharged in the direction of arrows 14 in the receiver middlings 13.
Non-magnetic mass continues to move on the conveyor and enters the receiver tailings (not shown).
By changing the distance from the rotating disk to the surface of the conveyor, the angle of inclination of the system, the distance between the disks 4 and 5 and the rotation speed of the system you can get the products with the specified content of the magnetic mineral.
Advantages of magnetic separator analyzer are that it allows the extraction and separation of magnetic fraction into two parts with different (adjustable) content of usable magnetic product, including obtaining magnetic concentrates of high purity.
Tested working prototype separator analyzer on magnetitic ores Abakan field showed high efficiency of the enrichment process.
