Method involves forming film hose from flat tape film provided at its one side with bonding layer; unwinding flat tape film from dispensing source and longitudinally bending for producing of hose so that bonding layer is disposed at the outer side, with longitudinal edges being opposed to one another; preliminarily separating strip having bonding layer from said film; placing separated strip onto both longitudinal edges and connecting therewith; filling resultant film hose with respective contents immediately after connection of longitudinal edges.

FIELD: manufacture of portion packages with pasty contents, in particular, sausages.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming film hose from flat tape film provided at its one side with bonding layer; unwinding flat tape film from dispensing source and longitudinally bending for producing of hose so that bonding layer is disposed at the outer side, with longitudinal edges being opposed to one another; preliminarily separating strip having bonding layer from said film; placing separated strip onto both longitudinal edges and connecting therewith; filling resultant film hose with respective contents immediately after connection of longitudinal edges.

EFFECT: simplified method for manufacture of packages and reduced production costs.

The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a La carte packages with pasty content, in particular sausages, film sleeve provided on one side of the connecting layer of flat ribbon-like film which is unwound from a stock and is bent in the longitudinal direction in the sleeve so that the connecting layer is on the outside, and the longitudinal edges of the longitudinal edges opposite to each other, and then are able to connect or provided with a connecting layer strip is placed in the longitudinal direction on both longitudinal edges and connect with them and educated film sleeve directly after this, fill in the content.

From US-A-4528225 known manufacturer of film sleeves due to the fact that is supplied on one side of the connecting layer of flat ribbon-like film unwound from the stock and is bent in the longitudinal direction in the sleeve so that the connecting layer is on the outside, and the longitudinal edges of the longitudinal edges opposite to each other, and then are able to connect or provided with a connecting layer strip is placed in the longitudinal direction on both longitudinal edges and connect with them. The finished sleeve then roll into a roll, in order subsequently to be used elsewhere for the manufacture of a La carte packages.

The longitudinal connection the edges of the film tape by means of the coupling strip allows you to use the film, equipped with a connecting layer only on one side, and solves the problem arising from the well-known from EP-105558 and EP-177992 way, due to the fact that the longitudinal edges are connected overlapped by heat sealing. To obtain air - and water-resistant weld the film should be welded from both sides, because the overlapping edges of the film outer surface comes into contact with the inner surface.

Therefore, in such cases, using a three-layer film of the average of base film and the welded layers on both sides. This film is not only expensive to manufacture, but also have the additional disadvantage that in sausage production filled in film sleeve stuffing is not enough sticks to being welded layer, so that the contents in the cooking process is separated and the bubbles are formed, filling fat or gelatin meat; it is desirable for visual reasons. Therefore converted to the content of the film surface mechanically or chemically treated to increase the adhesion of the meat. For example, in DE 19618172 A1 provides that the internal (later) surface of the tubular packaging casing is treated by corona discharge, to ensure adhesion of meat to the inner surface of the film sleeve. All this requires additional costs.

With another article the Rhone, when the above-described manufacturing tubular-US-A-4528225 impossible processing its inner surface, which exerts a mechanical or taste influence on the content, i.e. sausages, for example, increases the adhesion of meat or gives flavoring substance content. Such processing is carried out in most cases in the form of a coating, is destroyed by the collapse of the finished film sleeves roll and otherwise has no long-term strength.

The technical result of the proposed method of manufacturing a La carte packages is to simplify the method and to increase its efficiency.

This technical result is achieved by a method of manufacturing a portion of the packaging pasty content, in particular sausages, film sleeve provided on one side of the connecting layer is a flat ribbon-like film, which provides for the unwinding of the film stock, separation from one edge of the strip, bending the film in the longitudinal direction in the sleeve so that the connecting layer is located outside, and the edges of its longitudinal edges are positioned opposite each other while separated from the film strip deny that the connecting layer is facing the outer side of the bent sleeve film, put in a longitudinal direction on both p is dolnych the edge of the film and connect with them and directly after this formed film sleeve fill content.

Thus, can also be processed, for example covered with a film of this kind, and then in the process of completing, you can adjust the size of the film sleeve, so immediately you can compensate for tolerances in the width of the film or on its mechanical properties.

The connecting strip is used to connect held at the ready end-to-end longitudinal edges of the film sleeve, may be unwound from individual stock. The polymeric film consists mainly of material from the surfaces to which stick sausages and which does not require additional processing. This can be, for example, polyamide, but also suitable PVC and PVDC, then mixed film (blend) or film of ionomer polymer, for example, Surlyn®.

Below the invention is illustrated on the examples of execution drawings, which represent:

- figure 1: schematically in perspective a device for implementing the method;

- figure 2: cross section obtained in this film sleeve along the line A-a in figure 1;

- 3: 1 corresponding modified form of the device for the implementation of the modified method.

Ribbon-like, already equipped on one side welded SL is eating flat film 1 is unwound from a stock in the form of a roll and using ogylnych rollers 3, and the movable roller 4 is pulled over the forming shoulder 5, as well as through forming the cuff 6, namely by using parallel transport belts 7 along the guide pipe 8, which is closed bent sleeve film 1. Forming a shoulder 5 in combination with forming the cuff 6 makes both longitudinal edges 10 of the longitudinal edges 9 of the film 1 to lie against each other ("butt") on the guide tube 8 (figure 2 not shown), and a welded layer of the film 1 is from the outside.

From the roll 11 roll out the film strip 12, namely by means of a roller 13, which puts the band 12 on the longitudinal edges 9 of the film 1, overlapping them as shown in figure 2. The strip 12 consists of a welded material, for example also made of base film with welded layer facing the longitudinal edges 9 of the film 1. Welding beam 14 is firmly connects the strip 12 with both longitudinal edges 9 of the film 1 and creates due to this film sleeve 15, which is continuously, approximately 2,000 m length, flows through sobrepeso its cumulative plot 16 plot gaskets (not shown), which makes portions of the packing 17, such as the sausage, by stuffing the content in film sleeve 15, tying and capping (brackets 18).

Manufactured according to Fig.3 film sleeve 15 does not differ from manufactured of figure 1 and shown in figure 2 in cross section plenochnoj the sleeve, however, the strip 12 is not unwind here with a special stock, and is separated at one edge of the film 1 from it with a knife 20 and serves through ogylnych rollers 21 with the rotation of the roller 13. Thus, the available runway length 12 always corresponds to the available length of the film 1, and does not require any special preparation and loading device for the manufacture of these two parts of the film sleeve 15.

1. A method of manufacturing a La carte packages with pasty content, in particular sausages, film sleeve (15) provided on one side of the connecting layer is a flat ribbon-like film (1)providing for the unwinding of the film stock, separation from one edge of the strip (12), the bending of the film in the longitudinal direction in the sleeve so that the connecting layer is located outside, and the edges (10) of its longitudinal edges (9) are arranged opposite each other back to back, and thus separated from the film (1) strip (12) rejects that the connecting layer facing to the outer side of the bent sleeve film, put in a longitudinal direction on both longitudinal edges of the film and connect with them, and immediately thereupon formed film sleeve fill content.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the flat film (1) consists of a material with tend to adhese the meat surface.
