FIELD: oil production industry, particularly to centralize pipe strings in oil wells, namely centralizers and protectors having friction reducing rollers.
SUBSTANCE: centralizer comprises locating member, support members and axes with friction reducing rollers arranged on the axes. Locating member is made as two locating rings. Support members are formed as resilient bars with ends connected to location rings. Resilient bars define boxes in cross-sections of medium parts thereof. Bottoms of the boxes have at least two slots to expose rollers. Roller axes are installed in orifices formed in box sides. Gap is formed between sides of resilient bar boxes and pipe to which centralizer is connected when centralizer is in unloading state.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption and, as result, decreased cost of the centralizer.

The invention relates to the oil industry, namely the centering columns of pipes for oil wells, in particular to the manufacture of centralizers and protectors, in designs which reduce the frictional forces applied to the rollers.
Known protector for patent GB 2275284, publ. 21.02.1994,
The protector includes a housing consisting of two elements, compressible around the drill pipe. On the outer surface of the housing to reduce friction elements which are in contact with the inner surface of the casing. These elements made in the form of spherical, cylindrical or elliptical rollers made of miscorrection material. The rollers are installed in the sockets and are held in them due to the fact that the size of the holes in the nests of smaller dimensions of the rollers. Part of the body of each roller stands for the dimensions of the holes of the socket and in contact with the inner wall of the casing. The nest is attached to the protector case.
The disadvantages of the protector are:
substantial consumption of body protector, and hence its value.
low reliability of the design of the tread owing to the fact that when significant loads on the protector and the vibrations of the drill pipe possible expansion of the material of the edges of the holes in the sockets and the deposition of these films, that p is iveget to the output of protector of the order.
Known centralizer casing pipes according to international application WO 95/21986, publ. 14.02.1995, adopted by the applicant as an analogue of the prototype.
The centralizer includes a housing located on its surface several rows of support ribs. In the hollows between the support ribs on the axes fixed in the ribs, mounted rollers with elliptical or spherical surface that reduces friction during contact of the clamp with the wall of the casing.
The disadvantage of this centralizer is a significant consumption of its body, which increases the manufacturing cost of the centralizer.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to eliminate this drawback of the prototype, namely the reduction of the material of the centralizer and, as a consequence, the cost of production.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the centralizer casing containing the installation element, the support elements, the axis placed on them with rollers to reduce friction, according to the invention the adjusting element is designed in the form of two rings, the bearing elements are in the form of elastic straps, the ends of which are attached to the mounting rings, elastic strap in the middle part have a box-shaped cross-section, in the bottom of the box is made of at least two slots for the rollers, the axes of the rollers are installed in the tversted, made in the sides of the box between the sides of boxes of elastic straps and a pipe which includes a centralizer, a gap in an unloaded centralizer.
In addition, the technical result is achieved in that the elastic straps have a spiral configuration relative to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the centralizer.
The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the axis of the rollers protruding beyond the dimensions of the sides of boxes of elastic strips, rollers, reducing friction, installed in pairs on consoles axes, with elastic straps there are no grooves for the rollers.
The claimed technical solution allows to abandon the whole body of the centralizer with rollers to reduce friction. This provides a reduction in the material intensity of the centralizer and accordingly the cost of its manufacture.
The gap between the sides of boxes of elastic straps and a pipe which includes a centralizer, facilitates the installation of the clamp on the pipe. With a slight side load on the centralizer it is transmitted to the pipe via an elastic strap and mounting rings. When you increase the load on the centralizer gaps between the sides of the boxes of the elastic strips and the tube are selected and the load transmitted to the pipe through the side ducts, which increases the service life of the centralizer.
The configuration of the elastic strips spiral consider is ina longitudinal axis of symmetry of the centralizer provides the turbulization of the technological solution for cementing casing strings.
The essence of the claimed technical solution is illustrated by drawings.
Figure 1 shows a General view of the centralizer, combined with a cross section of the frontal plane.
Figure 2 shows a view of the centralizer at the top, combined with a horizontal incision along the elastic strap.
The centralizer contains the mounting ring 1, one of which threaded holes 2 under the set screws. The mounting ring 1 is attached, for example, by welding the elastic strap 3. In the middle part of the elastic strips 3 have a box-shaped cross-section. In the bottom 4 boxes are made grooves 5 to exit rollers 6. Axis 7 of the rollers 6 mounted in holes formed in the flanges 8 of the enclosure, and fastened with washers 9 and pin 10. Board 8 boxes of elastic strips 3 are fastened together by rivets 11 and spacers 12 (positions 11, 12 shown in figure 1 by Convention).
When unloaded the centralizer between the sides of boxes of elastic straps and a pipe which includes a centralizer, a gap, which is selected by increasing the load on the clamp and the load on the pipe is passed through the side ducts elastic straps.
