EFFECT: simplified construction, higher manufacturability and reliability.

The invention relates to the field of mining, in particular to the oil and gas industry, and can be used to protect the power cable from mechanical damage during descent-ascent suspension tubing with the installation of electrical submersible pump in the well.
Known devices protect the power cable in the well, containing the appropriate split housings, fasteners and holes Rethimno key (2, 3).
The disadvantages of the known devices is the design complexity, difficulty in manufacturing, inconvenience during installation and dismantling.
Known protection device power cable in the well, comprising a housing and a groove to accommodate the power cable (1).
The disadvantages of the known devices are large shell base, the design complexity, low-tech, difficulty in manufacturing, inconvenience during installation and dismantling, unreliable in operation.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the element base structure of the device to protect the power cable in the borehole, to improve the processability during manufacture, the ease of use during installation and dismantling, to increase reliability and competitiveness.
The technical result is achieved in that the protection device power cable in a borehole containing a housing and a groove to accommodate the power cable, characterized in that the casing closed from an elastic material with thickening and inner tapered channel to communicate with the tapered threads of the tubing, and the groove is located on the outer surface of the body parallel to its axis in its thicker and has a T-shape, which corresponds to the section of the power cable, to accommodate the installation and capture the T-shaped groove mentioned power cable screwing in the borehole once the tubing with the clutch.

Device to protect the power cable contains:

In a static position the elements of the device protect the power cable in the borehole interact as follows.
Over the mouth of the hole before with what iniwanan regular tubing 3 and the clutch 8 closed casing 1 device protect the power cable, made of elastic material, compress and power cable 7 freely set in the extended T-shaped groove 6, is made in the thickened portion 5 of the housing 1 parallel to the axis of the housing (1).
After installation of the power cable 7 in T-shaped groove 6 a closed housing 1 is released from the compression force of and it takes the original form (before compression), while the T-shaped groove 6 captures the power cable 7 (figure 4).
Before screwing the tubing 3 it freely inserted into the sleeve 8 through the conical channel 2 of the closed casing 1 device protect the power cable in the borehole (figure 2).
In the process of screwing the tubing 3 to the sleeve 8 by the interaction of the conical channel 2 of the closed casing 1 and the conical thread 4 tubing 3 protection device power cable deforms and the cylindrical surface of the pipe is in a tapered channel 2 of the closed casing 1 (Fig 3).
In the process of screwing the tubing 3 and the clutch 8 power cable 7 through T-shaped groove 6 eliminates the twisting devices protect the power cable with respect to an axis of the suspension tubing, and after screwing the closed casing 1 is fixed on the cylindrical surface of the pipe.

The level of technical solutions protection device power cable in the borehole has no analogues in Russian the Federation, and abroad.
