FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, made in form of bracket with inner dimensions for power cable and mounted on sleeve of tubing pipe through mounting rind. On ribs of body open grooves are made with side surfaces for interaction to lower end of sleeve. On the opposite side in open grooves holders are mounted for connection of protector body to mounting ring, passing through apertures of mounting ring for interaction with upper end of sleeve. Central channel in mounting ring is made with eccentricity and with size for outer diameter of tubing pipe for holding body of protector on sleeve.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability and higher reliability.
