The invention relates to the field of mining, in particular to the oil and gas industry, and can be used to protect the power cable from mechanical damage during descent-ascent suspension tubing with the installation of electrical submersible pump in the well.

Known protectors to protect the power cable in the borehole containing the plug housings, fasteners and holes Rethimno key (2, 3).

The disadvantages of the known protectors are the design complexity, difficulty in manufacturing, inconvenience during installation and dismantling at the wellhead.

The objective of the invention is to reduce the element base design protector to protect the power cable in the borehole, to improve the processability during manufacture, the ease of use during installation and dismantling at the wellhead, to increase reliability and competitiveness.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the protector to protect the silo is on cable in the borehole, comprising a housing and a groove to accommodate the power cable, characterized in that it has reflectors for communication with the internal TV production casing, and the casing closed, in the form of earrings, with a thicker part and a channel for gripping the tubing, with thickened parts are made of the nest and there is a slot made open to input angle α to the axis of the groove of the power cable and lock when threading pipe with coupling at the wellhead, with the width of the open groove is less than the width of the power cable and the surface of the nest, exciting power cable, made with the possibility of compressing the cable to the surface of the tubing.

For fastening the protector to the suspension tubing and simultaneous sealing of threaded connections screwing the coupling and the pipe on the edge of the tread coaxially with the axis of the channel is performed turning to interact with the inner diameter of the bore in the sleeve and with an outer diameter of sbeg tapered threads of the tubing.

Figure 1 shows the installation of a protector to protect the power cable over the mouth of the well in the context.

In a static position the elements of a protector to protect the power cable in the borehole interact as follows.

Over the mouth of the well at an angle 6 (α) in the slot 8 through the open groove 4, is made in a thickened portion 3 of the closed casing of the protector 1, is injected power cable 5 (Fig 1).

The protector 1, moving through power cable 5 through the slot 8 is set by turning 12 in the inner diameter of the bore 13, is made in the sleeve 9 according to GOST 633-80 (pipe pump-compressor the e and couplings).

When this power cable 5 is captured by the surfaces 11 of the socket 8 of the tread 1, as the width of the open groove 4 is less than the width of the power cable 5.

Pump-compressor pipe 10 lifting mechanism tapered thread is inserted through the channel 2 protector 1 at the wellhead in the clutch 9 (figure 2).

In the process of screwing the tubing 10 with the sleeve 9 at the wellhead protector 1 through channel 2 and a tapered pipe thread is stretched on the surface of the tubing and power cable 5 is fixed in the socket 8 through the surface 11 of the socket 8 of the protector 1, the outer diameter of the coupling sleeve 9 and is pressed against the outer surface of the tubing 10.

While turning 12 made coaxially with the axis of the channel of the tread 1, communicates with the inner diameter of the bore 13, is made in the sleeve 9, and at the same time with an external diameter of sbeg tapered threads 14 made in the pump-compressor pipe according to GOST 633-80 - pipe tubing and couplings, provides for additional mounting of the protector on the suspension and simultaneously seals the threaded connection screwing the coupling and the tubing at the wellhead.

In a dynamic situation when running or lifting of the suspension tubing with electrical submersible pump and power cable in the borehole, the protector elements which interact as follows.

In the process of running, lifting of the suspension tubing with electrical submersible pump and power cable 5 in the attachment of the production casing 15 with couplings, as well as areas of their curvature in the well, particularly the suitability or horizontal wells, mechanical contact between the inner channel 16 of the casing 15 and the tread 1 with power cable 5.

Power cable 5, is laid in the slot 8 and is fixed breathtaking surfaces 11, and the outer surfaces of the tubing 10 and the clutch 9, protected from mechanical damage by the reflectors 7, communicating with the internal channel 16 of the casing 15 (Fig 3), as during the descent and ascent of the suspension tubing in the well.

The presence of the tread 1 turning 12 made coaxially with the axis of the channel of the tread 1 and communicating with the inner diameter of the bore 13 in the sleeve 9 and the outer diameter of sbeg tapered threads 14 of the tubing 10, provides additional mounting of the protector on the suspension and simultaneously sealing the threaded coupling and pipe during operation.

Proposed new technical solution of the protector to protect the power cable in the process of running, lifting of the suspension in the well with the electro is Interbilim pump differs from the known technical solutions novelty, technology in the manufacture, convenient for installation and dismantling as on the mouth, and above the mouth of the well, reliable in operation, competitive, and its use in production will provide a positive technical and economic effect.
