SUBSTANCE: centralizer has rod, pivotally connected casing halves with supports and retainer adapted to fix casing halves. Casing halves are provided with flat projections. Outer faces of the projections have additional rectangular extensions. Centralizer is provided with two additional casing halves with supports, slots and grooves having characteristics corresponding to that of pivotally connected case halve projections and located transversely to jointing plane. Circumferences and diameters of the supports of pivotally connected and additional casing halves are mutually aligned. Retainers are arranged in supports of additional casing halves, retainer ends are located in pivotally connected casing halves.

EFFECT: increased reliability of centralizer operation and service life thereof.

The invention relates to a drilling technique and can be used when drilling directional wells.

Known centralizer (see Vmesa "layout of the bottom of the drill string", M, 1972, p.64-65, Fig. 21 g), includes a Central shaft with a bearing in the form of rings located in grooves of the Central trunk, and the lantern consisting of a sleeve, limiters and clips, which use finger, washer and cotter pin installed cavity of rubber-metal core. A disadvantage of this device is the design complexity and high cost of time for the installation of the centralizer, because the installation of the centralizer shall be made at rassledovanie rods and drilling becoming rods need to support using additional devices.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is guiding device for drill rods (autospecs No. 825909), including the hinge of the United polumbaum installed in the groove of the rod, provided with supports and apparent from the disclosure a latch that is located in the eyes of polumbaum.

A disadvantage of this device is the rapid destruction of the bearings and the fixing unit of polumbaum action on them in the process of drilling from the side of the rod considerable axial, radial loads and load torque transmitted from the in the usausausa rod.

Unified technical result is to increase the reliability of the centralizer and its durability. Unified technical result is achieved by the fact that known centralizer rod drill rod comprising a rod pivotally connected polumbaum with supports and lock polumbaum, fitted with swivel United polumbaum flat shoulders, the outer plane which have an additional rectangular protrusions, as well as two additional paleobotany with supports and located perpendicular to the plane of their parting grooves and grooves, with the parameters corresponding to parameters of the projections articulated the United polumbaum, with support pivotally United and additional polumbaum combined circumference and diameter, and the latches are placed in the supports additional polumbaum and their ends are hinge supports of the United polumbaum.

The device of the centralizer rod drill rod is illustrated by drawings, showing the section in the axial plane (figure 1), the section in the radial plane (figure 2) and side view (Fig 3).

The centralizer consists of drill rod 1 (smfh), annular groove which is placed lower polumbaum 2, 3, hinge-connected to each other axis 4 (smig) and an additional upper polumbaum 5 (smpeg)fixed relative to the hinge connecting the floor of the Boim clamps 6. The upper ends of the latches are located in the cylindrical holes formed in the supports (ribs) 7 (smpeg) additional polumbaum 5 (smig) and preloaded by springs 8. Holes on one side have a reduced diameter, and on the other hand closed threaded plugs 9. The lower ends of the latches 6 are holes formed in the supports (ribs) 10 (smpeg) bottom hinge of the United polumbaum 2,3 (smfg).

Pivotally connected polumbaum 2, 3 have a flat ledges 11 (smpeg, 3), parallel to the plane of their connector, the outer surfaces of which have an additional rectangular protrusions 12, and additional polumbaum 5 (smpeg) is made perpendicular to the plane of their corresponding connector on the size of the slots and grooves.

The rod 1 has a radial kalibrovaniya holes 13, which connects the internal cavity with an annular groove 14 made on the inner cylindrical surfaces of polumbaum.

For securing the centering rod rods within the depths of drilled wells used set of centralizers of different diameters on the supports with a step corresponding to the maximum loss of the diameter of the drilling tool during the flight.

Installation of the centralizer rod drill rod is as follows.

The work clamp is as follows. The centralizer is introduced into the well, turn on the rotation rod rods and continues drilling.

Because in the process of the centralizer at the same time he can build no more than three supports (ribs), and each bearing (edge) element includes upper and lower polumbaum, then load from the rotating rod for fixation of polumbaum reduced, thereby increasing the reliability of the centralizer.

Disassembly of the centralizer as follows. The centralizer is extracted from the well. Special dvuhtokovoe plug, is inserted through the adjacent holes on the bottom hinge of the United polumbaum 2, 3, the tabs 6 are moved to the top additional fixing half-clamp 5 and it is extracted from the ring groove of the rod 1. Similarly extracted second additional fixing half-clamp 5. Then removed the lower hinge connected polumbaum 2, 3. The rod 1 is passed through the lunette and the cartridge and removed from the machine.

The application of the proposed centralizer rod rods compared to the prototype will allow to increase the efficiency of drilling wells by increasing its reliability and durability.
