Device for controllable loading of harmful powder-like material into container / 2243927 Proposed device for loading powder-like material into container contains housing whose open lower part terminates in hermetic apron. Said housing is connected to inlet pipe to deliver powder-like material and to pipe to remove gas. Movable valve in housing is adapted for interaction with said hermetic apron and is controlled by magnetic device. Case secured on lower part of housing and open in its central part to pass container has move-off device providing gripping and carrying over of container cover. Devices are provided to determine amount of powder-like material in container and at least one ventilating loop at level of perimeter of said hole in case and/or at level of said hermetic apron to provide removal of part of said powder-like material which can be found at said levels and direct material towards processing unit. |
Automatic machine for forming glued paper bags used for powder material package / 2264332 Automated machine comprises base 1, bag forming unit including vertical tube 2 of rectangular cross-section connected to base by lower end thereof and forming apron 20 adapted to supply paper unwound from roll 19 to lower tube part. Automated machine also has measuring hopper 17 with auger 18, unit 12 to apply glue on side surface of paper blank, conveyers 3 installed on lower part of vertical tube 2 and basket 4 with three cartridges 6. The cartridges are connected to holders welded to hollow tube 8 and extending at 120° from it. Cartridges 6 are composed of two parts divided by baffle installed in connection area thereof. Cross-section of low cartridge part mates that of vertical tube, height thereof is equal to paper blank length. Upper cartridge part is slidably fitted in lower cartridge part. Unit for making notches 13 in paper bag blank is installed at the level of lower edge of lower part of the first cartridge. The second unit to apply glue 11 on paper bag blank and under cut line is installed in the same plane. Hollow tube 8 passes into lower tube 10 rigidly secured in automated machine base center through piston seals 9. Weighting unit fork 16 is installed under measuring hopper. Mechanism 14 for folding and gluing bag bottom and top ends is arranged under lower edge of lower part of the third cartridge. Mechanism 14 comprises two flat plates 25 for folding bag sides, two rotary plates 26 and pneumocylinder adapted to control movement of the plates. Flat plates 25 are secured to rods 24 so that the plates may move in common plane one towards another. Rotary plates 26 are connected to central axis so that they may rotate about axis one towards another to fold bag sides and to press bag ends provided with glue. |
