Outlet funnel pipe is provided with bag engagement and fixing mechanism and with orifice to supply air from compressed air pipeline. Device also has pressure-operated valve and ejector. Ejector diffuser is fastened to air supply orifice of the funnel. Inlet ejector chamber communicates with atmosphere. Ejector diffuser is opened into outlet pipe of loading funnel. Ejector nozzle is connected to compressed air pipeline through pressure-operated valve. Outlet diffuser opening throat is 0.03-0.07 of that of outlet funnel pipe. Ejector axis extends at 15° to funnel axis.
EFFECT: increased reliability and economy of bag filling operation.

The invention relates to the field of packaging and can be used for filling bags with bulk materials, in particular for filling in paper or plastic bags bulk materials with low specific weight, in particular flour, potato chips, etc.
The known device for filling bags with bulk products containing cargo frame with feeding hopper and the mechanism of capture and fixation of the bag at the neck hoppers (see, e.g., Auth. mon. The USSR №373216, M CL 65 In from 21.05.71 year).
When applying, for example, from the feeder or manually granular material through the hopper enters the bag, which under the action of the weight of the material extends, allowing you to fill the bag completely. When filling, for example, a bag made of burlap sugar no difficulty will arise.
If the device is used for packing lighter material, moreover, prone to caking or clumping, such as soybeans, soy flour, to ensure the bag has been filled use of various types of agitators such as truck frames with feeding hopper or placed under the bag pallet (see, e.g., Auth. mon. The USSR №154810, M CL 65 In 1/22, Appl. 25.09.61, No. 1640013, M CL 65 In 1/22, Appl. 11.04.91, and the magazine "the World of measurement", 2003, p.29, Fig.3).
The disadvantage of these technical is of such solutions is what is the shaking of the bag together with the packing material. For this reason, the shaking device should have considerable power and, more importantly, the bag is subjected to considerable effort and may rupture or break away from the locking mechanism on the neck hoppers, especially paper bag and the bag with polyethylene liner.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability and efficiency of the process of filling bags with bulk products.
To this end, in the device for filling bags with bulk products containing cargo frame which is placed in the hopper, the inlet of which communicates with the feeder, and at the outlet port hoppers installed the capture mechanism and the fixing of the bag and made a hole for air supply, a line of compressed air, the pneumatic valve and the ejector, a diffuser is fixed in the hole for air supply hoppers, receiving chamber of the ejector in communication with the atmosphere, the diffuser of the ejector is open into the cavity, the outlet of a feed hopper, the nozzle of the ejector is connected through a pneumatic valve to compressed air, the cross-sectional area of the outlet of the diffuser of the ejector is 0,03-0,07 from the sectional area of the holes of the outlet of a feed hopper, and the axis of the ejector is tilted ogamdo 15 degrees to the axis of the feed hopper. In addition, the axis of the ejector may intersect with the axis of the feed hopper.

The device operates as follows.
