There is a method of production of canned "Salad with herring", providing training prescription components, cooking, cleaning and cutting of chicken eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes, tomatoes and apples, cutting and freezing of lettuce, green onions and greens, cutting fillets salted herring and pickled cucumbers, mixing of these components with salt, packing and sour cream mixture, sealing and sterilization (RU 2322880 C1, 2008).
