Figure 4 - series of operations that describes how to manage the mobile terminal in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to Figure 4, if caused playback menu for the moving image (for example, a media file) according to the custom command and the selected file with the moving image, which must be reproduced, 180 controller controls the screen with the moving image at which the selected file with the moving image is reproduced so that it is displayed on the unit 151 display, such as a touch screen, during S200.

The controller 180 defines, is there a proximity sensor 141 signal to close during the display screen with the moving image, at the stage S205. If present, as a result of the definition, the signal of intimacy, which is formed when a user's finger, stylus, index, etc. is approaching the block 151 playback, and is found by adjoining a contactless sensor 141, 180 controller controls the playback speed of the moving image, according to the detected signal of intimacy, at the stage S210. Here, 180 controller can control the speed of playback of moving images, so the slow speed when the degree of approximation of the maximum according to the detected signal on the next. Alternative, 180 controller can control playback speed of the moving image, to increase the speed when the degree of approximation of the maximum under-used environment.

After the signal about the proximity found, and, therefore, the playback speed of the moving image is managed to slow down or speed up, if the user's finger, etc. is removed from the proximity sensor and therefore the signal about the proximity is not detected, moving image may be reproduced in its original playback speed. Additionally, when the playback speed of the moving image becomes lower or higher according to the detected signal vicinity, on the block 151 display can be displayed alarm icon that indicates the current playback speed of the moving image below or above the normal speed. At the same time on the block 151 display can also be displayed with an icon indicating that it was discovered approaching object, an icon indicating the degree of approximation detected approaching the subject, etc.

At that time, while the playback speed of the moving image is managed according to the signal of intimacy, as described above, are defined at the stage S215 whether you entered the signal touch through the block 151 display. If, as a result of determination, a signal that touch was introduced, the controller 180 stops playback of moving images and capture the screen, which touched on the stage S225. The captured image is created through such a screen capture. Created captured image is set to the name of the file controller through 180 and then it saves it in the specified area of the storage device 160. At this time, when injected signal about a contact, playing moving images may be suspended and may be displayed menu to select whether to perform a screen capture, according used to the environment. Alternatively, once the capture is complete, you may see a message informing you that the takeover was completed.

Further, the controller 180 displays the captured image on the block 151 display and then determines whether the completion screen capture phase S235. If, as a result of determination, the completion screen capture controller 180 starts again suspended playback of moving images, and displays moving images on the block 151 display, on the stage S200. If, as a result of the determination, at the stage S215, a signal that touch was not inserted, the controller 180 continues to execute processes (S220, S200) playback of moving images, and display the screen with the moving image on the block 151 display up until the moving image will not be suspended.

In this process, the playback speed of a moving image may slow down when approaching the user's finger, etc. to the screen with the moving image, which must reproduce quickly, and can be created captured image by tapping the desired screen. Alternative order could be carried out operations different from the screen capture, according to the signal about a contact, other operations can be performed when there is a touch of the border area of the screen with the moving image, and the activity related to the screen capture can be performed only when there is a touch a Central area of the screen. For example, when the signal about the touch is introduced on the border area of the screen with the moving image or area in which the screen with the moving image is not displayed on the block 151 display, playback of moving images may be suspended or can be displayed menu, related to the control screen, etc.

Figure 5 - series of operations that describes how to manage mobile terminal, in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the processes (S250 - S270) playback of the selected file with the moving image, display the screen with the moving image and the playback speed of the moving image, according to the detected signal proximity up until playback of a motion picture is stopped, identical to the process described above of option exercise. Accordingly description of processes to be omitted to simplify the description.

Under this option the implementation of the system determines whether the entered signal touch through the block 151 display, while the playback speed of the moving image is managed according to the signal on the next. If the signal on the touch was introduced, the controller 180 stops playback of moving images, and then manages a specific number of screens with frames that are before and after screen to which touched to display on the unit 151 display, on the stage S275. At this time a number of screens shots displayed on the block 151 display, can be changed according to the custom command, etc., and a specified number of screens with frames can be displayed as an image in the form of a thumbnail.

Then determined whether the chosen any one of the screen shots displayed on the block 151 display, by entering the touch or the like, at the stage S280. If, as a result of determination, any one of the screens with the staff was selected, the controller 180 captures the selected screen, during S290. The captured image is created through such a screen capture. Created captured image is set to the name of the file controller through 180 and then it saves it in the specified area of the storage device 160. Next, you may see a message informing you that a captured image has been created and saved.

Next, you define whether you select another screen with frames that are displayed on the block 151 display, on the stage S295. If, as a result of determination, was chosen another screen with the frame controller 180 re-runs the process (S290) capture the selected screen. However, if any one of the screen shots displayed on the block 151 display is selected on the stage S280 and S295, you define whether you have selected the completion screen capture phase S285. If, as a result of determination, the completion screen capture, 180 controller returns to the process (S250), which recreates the moving image and the screen with the moving image is displayed.

In this process, the user can capture the screen, which touched, and the required screen, which is selected from the screens with the staff before or after the screen to which touched.

Figa and 6B - the sequence of operations that describes how to manage mobile terminal according to the third variant of implementation of the present invention. In this embodiment, the processes (S300 - S320) playback of the selected file with the moving image, display the screen with the moving image and the playback speed of the moving image, according to the detected signal proximity up until playback of a motion picture is stopped, identical to the processes described above options for the implementation. Accordingly description of processes to be omitted to simplify the description.

Under this option the implementation of the system determines whether the entered signal touch through the block 151 display, while the playback speed of the moving image is managed according to the signal on the next. If the signal on the touch was introduced, the controller 180 captures the screen to which touched, creates the captured image and displays the captured image on the block 151 display in full screen mode at the stage S325. Here, the captured image can be saved in predefined areas with a predefined name of the file, and can be displayed menu to allow the user to choose a file name and store the captured image. When the captured image is saved, it is saved associated with capture information.

You then determine if the signal is entered on the touch and drag with the left or right direction, or the signal of touch with the first direction, such as the signal-clicking with the left and right directions, including drawing operations on the surface of the touch screen finger, etc. on stage S330. If, as a result of the definition, it is a signal about «tapping and dragging» and a signal of «tapping», 180 controller displays a screen with the previous frame or the screen followed by a frame in the block 151 display in the direction indicated by a signal about a contact, using the captured image as the screen with the current frame, on the stage S335.

For example, when you enter a signal of touch with the left orientation, you may see a screen with a frame before the current frame, and when you enter the signal of touch with the right direction, you may see a screen with a frame after the current frame. In this case you may see a screen shot immediately before or after the current frame, or you may see a screen with a frame in a few frames before or after a few frames of the current frame according to your settings.

Next, you determine whether you entered the signal touch through the block 151 display in the state when the screen shot before or after the captured frame on stage S340. If, as a result of the definition introduced a signal about the touch controller 180 capture the screen with the frame to which touched, and creates the captured image on the stage S345. It then determines whether there was again touching the captured image on the stage of the S350. If, as a result of determination to captured image again touched, the controller turns over 180 captured image and controls associated with capture information on the reverse side to show it on stage S360. Associated with capture information can include the file size and date of creation of the selected captured images, the information related to the captured moving images, etc.

It then determines whether there was again touch the back side of the captured image or some time passed without entering a touch on the stage S365, 180 controller manages the original captured image before turning to show it on stage S370 and then returned to the process (S330). However, if, as a result of the determination, at the stage S350, captured images are not concerned determines whether the selected completion screen capture phase S355. If, as a result of determination, the completion screen capture, 180 controller returns to the process (S300), where it continues to play the moving image and displays the screen with the moving image.

In this process the desired screen from screen shots of the previous or subsequent relative to the screen, to which touched, can be captured and can be created in the captured image. Additionally, although the directions to the left and right have been described as the first direction in this embodiment, the direction of the signal on tap that can display a screen with the frame, the previous or next on the screen, which touched, can be freely set according to the command of the user or the like

Figa and 7B - the sequence of operations that describes how to manage mobile terminal according to the fourth draft of the implementation of the present invention. In this embodiment, the processes (S400 - S420) playback of the selected file with the moving image, display the screen with the moving image and the playback speed of the moving image, according to the detected signal proximity up until playback of a motion picture is stopped, identical to the processes described above options for the implementation. Accordingly description of processes to be omitted to simplify the description.

Under this option the implementation of the system determines whether the entered signal touch through the block 151 display, while the playback speed of the moving image is managed according to the signal on the next. If you have entered the signal of the touch controller 180 stops playback of moving images and manages suspended the screen to show it on stage S425.

Then, you define a number, enter a signal about a contact in the first direction, for example, upwards or downwards, at the stage S430. If, as a result of determining the signal you touch entered the controller 180 captures the screen to which touched, and creates the captured image on the stage S435, and then displays a menu to select, move created a captured image to a storage location for captured images, at the stage S440. If, as a result of determination, was selected menu to move the captured image in the folder, the controller 180 moves created captured image preset folder store and manages the selected operation so that it was performed on stage S460. After that, if you stop the playback of moving images, playback stops moving image, but if you stop the playback of moving images is not selected, the controller 180 continues to play, a moving image on stage S465.

If, as a result of the determination, at the stage S440, menu to move created the captured image in the folder is selected, the controller 180 manages the display menu so that it disappeared and then determines whether there was introduced a signal about a contact in the second direction, for example, upwards or downwards, different from the first direction, at the stage S445.

If, as a result of the definition, the signal about a contact in the second direction was introduced, 180 controller controls the screen with the frame before or after paused screen to show it on the display unit, at the stage S450. Then, you define whether you selected the completion screen capture phase S455. If, as a result of determination, the completion screen capture is selected, the controller 180 returned to the process (S430).

Figa and 8B is a sequence of operations that describes how to manage mobile terminal according to the fifth variant of the implementation of the present invention. In this embodiment, the processes (S500 - S520) playback of the selected file with the moving image, display the screen with the moving image and the playback speed of the moving image, according to the detected signal proximity up until playback of a motion picture is stopped, identical to the processes described above options for the implementation.

Under this option the implementation of the system determines whether the entered signal touch through the block 151 display, on the stage S515, while the playback speed of the moving image is managed according to the signal on the next. If you have entered the signal of the touch controller 180 stops playback of moving images and displays paused the screen on the unit 151 display, on the stage S525. Then, you define whether you entered the signal about a contact in the first direction, at the stage S530. If, as a result of determination, was introduced signal about a contact in the first direction, the controller 180 captures suspended the screen creating a captured image on the stage S535.

Then, you define whether you entered the signal about a contact in the second direction, at the stage S540. If, as a result of determination, was introduced signal about a contact in the second direction, the controller 180 captures suspended the screen and puts the current mode is in a mode of communication at the stage S550. Here, the communication mode refers to a mode where it can be connected, for example, a voice call, video call, send and receive messages and data sharing. Then, you define whether you selected editing the captured images in a mode of communication at the stage S555. If, as a result of determination, was selected by editing the captured images, the controller provides 180 menu, where the captured image can then be edited on the stage S560.

Next, 180 controller manages the operations that were selected in the mode of communication, so that they run on stage S565. Examples of operations selected in the mode of communication may include the operation to transfer the captured images, the operation for writing messages, using the captured image as your background images and send the recorded image, the operation to transfer the captured image as the rollover image in video call, etc.

After that, if you stop the playback of moving images, playback stops moving image, but if you stop the playback of moving images is not selected, the controller 180 continues to perform the playback process of the moving image and the display screen with the moving image, at the stage S570.

Figure 9 - series of operations that describes how to manage the mobile terminal in accordance with the sixth embodiment of the present invention. Referring to figure 9, if caused playback menu for the moving image (for example, a media file) according to the custom command and the selected file with the moving image, which must be reproduced, 180 controller plays the selected moving image and controls the screen with the moving image so that it appears on the block 151 display, for example, on the touch screen, during the S600. The controller 180 determines discovered and adopted, whether from the proximity sensor 141 signal to close during the display screen with the moving image, at the stage S605.

If, as a result of determining that a signal is being received on the proximity, which is created when, for example, the palm of the user or the like, reaches proximity sensors, the controller controls the brightness of the screen with the moving image, at the stage S610. Here, the signal about the proximity can be formed when the palm of a user with a broader scope of detection than the finger that is approaching a contactless sensor. Additionally, the brightness of the screen with the moving image can be managed so as to darken to such an extent that the contents of the screen cannot be recognized, or the screen with the moving image can be switched off completely.

Then, you define, in the condition, when the brightness of the screen with the moving image is managed according to the signal of intimacy, have you entered the signal about a contact through the block 151 display, on the stage S620. The controller 180 stops playback of moving images on stage 625 and displays the menu screen on the stage S630. At this time display the menu screen may be a menu displayed in the idle state menu associated with the management of the moving image, set menu from the user, etc.

In the above process, as it has been described that when detected tone of intimacy, the screen brightness is controlled so as to become dark, and despite the fact that the signal of intimacy not found, supported managed the brightness of the screen. However, the brightness of the screen can be operated only when it detects the signal of intimacy, and the screen brightness can be controlled so that you have the original brightness when the signal about the proximity is not detected, according used to the environment.

Figure 10 - series of operations that describes how to manage the mobile terminal in accordance with the seventh of the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, describes an example, in which the screen is controlled according to the signal of intimacy, when viewed broadcasting.

Referring to figure 10, signal broadcasting, selected according to the custom command, is made via a plug-111 reception of broadcasting controller 180, at the stage S650. Module 111 reception of broadcasting demodulates the received signal broadcasting and generates traffic. Formed transport stream is divided into elementary streams, such as video, audio and data, and then decoded so that playback signals broadcasting, such as audio and video, as well as information data can be generated each transport stream, at the stage S665. The controller 180 displays the playback signals broadcast on the block 151 display, so that the screen broadcasting appears on the display unit 151, at the stage S660.

The 180 controller determines whether the discovered and adopted the tone of intimacy, which is created when, for example, the palm of the user or the like, reaches proximity sensors, while display screen, broadcast on stage S665. If, as a result of determining the signal proximity was adopted, 180 controller controls the brightness of the screen, broadcast on stage S670. Here the brightness of the screen broadcasting can be managed so as to darken to such an extent that the contents of the screen cannot be recognized, or the screen with the moving image can be switched off completely.

Next, 180 controller manages reproducible signal broadcasting, taking them out of the module 111 receive broadcasts in order to save storage device 160, at the stage S675. At this time the controller 180 can output signal notification, for example the index icon informing you that the screen broadcasting saved.

Then, you define in the state when the screen brightness broadcasting is controlled according to the signal of intimacy, whether entered the signal touch through the block 151 display, on the stage S680. If, as a result of determination, a signal that touch was introduced, determines whether to play the saved broadcasting, on the stage S685. If, as a result of the definitions stored broadcasting will be played, the controller 180 manages saved by broadcasting signals to reproduce on stage S690. Next, you define whether you have selected the playback is stopped broadcasting on stage S695. If, as a result of determination, stop playing broadcasting was not selected, the controller 180 returned to the process (S650)where the selected signal broadcasting is decoded, and the screen TV broadcasting is displayed.

In the case of a mobile terminal with the shift function of time, the screen brightness can be controlled using the shift function of time in order to continuously play the parts that were not displayed on the block 151 display and/or the subsequent parts.

In this process, when a palm user or similar approaches to non-contact sensor, the screen brightness broadcasting can be managed so as to darken to such an extent that the contents of the screen cannot be recognized, or the screen TV broadcasts can be completely disabled. Additionally, when the screen brightness is controlled, can be solved, whether to sound the signal according to your settings.

11 and 12 - diagrams showing the functioning of non-contact sensor. Citing 11, when the user's finger is approaching the display unit, a proximity sensor, placed in the first case, etc. and perceives this approximation and displays the signal on the next. Here, when a finger is placed in position A, B or C can be derived variety of signals proximity respectively.

Additionally, includes plenty of contactless sensors with different detection area. In this state, the case when the signal about the proximity derive from all non-contact sensors, and in the case when a signal is output from any one of several non-contact sensors, are compared with each other, can be identified in the case when a finger comes nearer to contactless sensors, and in the case when a palm user, have a vast area of detection than detection area finger approaches to non-contact sensors.

Accordingly, the 180 controller can control the speed of playback of moving images, so can slow it down or speed up, according to the proximity of the user's finger. For example, if the user's finger is moving away from the position And, given how critical position, any signal on the proximity cannot be detected. Thus, the 180 controller can play a moving image with baseline normal speed. Additionally, when a palm user or similar approaches to non-contact sensor, can be controlled by the brightness of the screen.

Fig shows the case when the user's finger is approaching, and then applies to the display unit. When the finger touches the block 151 display, 180 controller may determine that it was a touch input, in what area of the block 151 display happened touch, etc. on the basis of a signal about touch, taken from block 151 display, which includes touch screen.

Vig-27 - plans showing how to manage mobile terminal in accordance with the present invention together with the screen shown on the display unit.

First, Fig-16 - plans showing the process of creating the captured image by entering through touch in the way of managing the mobile terminal in accordance with the present invention. Fig diagram shows an example of the screen with the moving image, which displays a moving image. If in the state when the screen 700 with a moving image is displayed on the unit 151 display, the user's finger or similar approaches the screen 700 with the moving image, the playback speed 700 moving images can be managed so as to slow down or speed up. Additionally, when the user's finger or the like touches the screen 700 with a moving image and, consequently, the present input 703 touch, as shown in Fig, screen, which touched, can be captured in order to create the captured image.

Team-specific user management screen, can be introduced through the block 130 user input or can be entered by selecting the icon menu that is associated with the control of the screen displayed on the screen 700 with a moving image. Additionally, when there is a touch of the left, right, top, or bottom edge of the screen area 700 with a moving image may be displayed menu related to the control screen. When the touch screen center 700 with the moving image, the screen can be closed.

When the screen is touched 700 with the moving image, screen, which touched, may not be captured immediately, but instead pauses playback of moving images, and can be displayed menu 710 select capture to select capture, as shown in Fig. If "Yes" is selected in the menu 710 select capture, screen, which touched, is captured in order to create the captured image. However, if "No" is selected in the menu 710 select capture, suspended moving image again plays without a screen capture.

Fig shows an example in which the message is displayed 720 capture is completed, informing the user that the takeover is completed. Message 720 capture is completed can be displayed in a popup window. Message 720 capture is completed can be displayed within a certain period of time, then automatically disappear, and the moving image may be displayed next. Additionally, only when there was a tap messages 720 capture is completed, the moving image may be displayed next, after that message disappears 720 capture is completed.

Fig - scheme, to which reference is made to describe the process of display screens with multiple frame and capture the screen by touching the screen in the way of managing the mobile terminal in accordance with the present invention.
