The invention relates to the field of computer functional units. Known opto-mechanical and optical input device in the computer graphics information and management operating system /mouse/ /M. Kutuzov, A. Preobrazhensky Choice of computer. - M.: Peter, 2004, p.29-34/. The principle of them is based on registration of the movements of the remote sensor on the working surface and rendering it move on the screen through the cursor.
