The reservoir is installed with displacement of its centre, relative to the centre of the support foundation slab by the value a=0.1÷0.4(D2-D3) towards the side opposite to the direction of the suggested tilt, where D3 - reservoir diameter, D2 - diameter of the support foundation slab. The invention relates to the construction, in particular to structures for storage of liquids in large volumes located on a heterogeneous basis, typically the slopes. The known method of the device of buildings and structures on a slab Foundation on any soil Foundation, in particular folded weak or loose soils large capacity (see RF patent №2352723; CL E02D 35/00; 2009 - equivalent). The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of its implementation and the need for geodetic observations during the first years of operation. The technical result of the problem is the elimination of roll of the vessel under cyclic loads during operation by adjusting the difference between the sediment centre and edges of the tank to the specified values. The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the construction of DL the storage of large amounts of liquids at heterogeneous base, including the supporting base plate and installed on the tank, according to the invention the supporting base plate is made with an inclined sole that has a variable thickness with a difference thickening b=0÷1h in the area of the proposed roll, where h is the design thickness of the base plate and the tank is installed on the supporting base plate shifting its center relative to the center of the supporting base plate on the value of a=0,1÷0,4(D2-D3) in the opposite direction of the intended roll 7, where D3 is the tank diameter, D2 is the diameter of the circular support base plate. The novelty of the claimed proposal due to the fact that the use of non-axial arrangement of the supporting base plate and the tank and inclined soles of the supporting base plate with variable thickness, allows to achieve the guideline values for difference between sediment edges and center of the tank, and to avoid roll, when designing tanks on a heterogeneous basis. The invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which figure 1 shows a construction for storage of large amounts of liquids (side view); figure 2 - is a plan (top view). Structure for storing large amounts of liquids consists of bags of gravel-sand mixture 1. diameter D1, which is the supporting base plate 2 with a diameter D2, and undamental plate installed tank 3 with a diameter D3.
