The invention relates to the field of construction of buildings intended for the storage of liquid hazardous environmental substances, such as oil and petroleum products.

It is known store petroleum products, which has hidroizoliacine capacity below groundwater levels and associated piping with trays that are installed under each tank. This invention is intended to prevent environmental pollution mainly when working at a refuelling point (see, for example, patent RU 2114264, 31.07.97, E 04 H 7/02).

For large repositories, this solution is not applicable due to technical difficulties and high cost. In addition, it is not possible to solve the problems of store protection from external shocks.

A known design of a tank for storing liquids, which includes recessed into the ground hard case with capacity inside communicated with the outside space, with capacity made in the form of a flexible waterproof bag attached to the wall of the housing. In the tank is stored fluid, the bag is filled with groundwater, while the total pressure of the stored liquid, and groundwater in the bag on the inner surface of the walls of the tank balances the outward pressure of the groundwater in these walls. The invention allow you to plug the et to prevent mixing of ground water with the stored liquid, but it is not suitable for storage of hazardous liquids (e.g. petroleum products), because it does not provide measures to protect against accidental spillage stored in the reservoir fluids (see, for example, as the USSR 808657, 28.03.77, E 04 H 7/02).

Known more simple in design and cheap storage for oil, oil products, liquid fertilizers, selected as the closest analogue, including the pit, which houses the tank with the stored substance, made in the form of an elastic and waterproof bag of plastic foil, placed in a pit. Store has a Central rack in the form of a pipe, which is supplied and discharged the stored liquid. But this design is also applicable for small stores. For stores with a volume of more than 2000 m3the design is particularly vulnerable to earthquakes and external shocks, as the shell of the tank is pushed to the side walls of the pit (see, for example, as the USSR 190540, 27.07.64, E 04 H 7/02).

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to protect the storage of hazardous liquid substances from external knocks and spills of these substances outside storage. This result was achieved improvements in the known constructions for storage of liquid hazardous substances, containing the pit, to the Thor placed the tank with the stored substance.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the facility for storage of liquid hazardous substances, containing the pit in which is placed a tank of stored substance, made in the form of an elastic and waterproof bag, according to the invention the sides and bottom of the pit with, and the trench has a width L≥4R and depth N≥3R and filled with water to the level of N-h, where h is the height of the unfilled volume of the pit and not a water-filled part of the volume has a value greater than the volume capacity of the tank, which is in a floating state while the tank is removed from the bottom and walls of the pit at a distance of not less than the value of the radius R of the tank, thus to control the position of the floating vessel in the pit it is attached to the walls of the pit flexible fastening elements or grid system.

The tank can be made in the form of a ball or cylinder, for example, of plastic or plastic film.

Tank may be divided by partitions into sectors, and the pit filled with salt water.

The essence of the proposed invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows a structure for storing liquid hazardous substances in cross section.

The proposed structure is a trench 1, filled with water 2, which supports the supports the tank 3 with the stored liquid substance, for example oil.

Pit 1 may be made in the form of spherical depressions in the ground or in the form of a trench. The parameters of the pit is chosen from the condition that filled the stored liquid material (oil) tank floated in the water and was from the bottom and walls of the pit at a distance of not less than R-radius of the tank. The tank is preferably in the form of a ball or cylinder of light material - plastic, plastic film, light metal. In some cases, localization of the alleged damage, it is advisable to divide the tank into sections by partitions 4. The preferred parameters of the pit, on the basis of the calculations, the following: width L≥4R, and the depth H≥3R, where the depth of the pit H is 10 m and above, and the width of the L - 12 m and more. Tank diameter is preferably selected in the range from 6 to 30 m

From the point of view of vibration protection of the tank preferably an increase of the parameters of the pit, but in this construction a same increase. Therefore, you should consider that to protect the tank from external shock enough to withstand the distance from the membrane tank to the bottom and sidewalls of the trench not less than R.

The sides and bottom of the pit, it is desirable to gidroizolirovat. The facility should be equipped with a system of pumps to fill and pump out of the pit.

DL is so that in case of an emergency oil remained in the pit, its volume is filled with water to the level (H-h), where h is the height of the blank volume, with empty water tank: (L×h×Z), where Z is the length of the pit must exceed the volume of the tank.

To control the position of the floating vessel in the pit use a flexible fastening elements 5 made in the form of a mesh (net) of metal cables with a diameter of 10-20 mm, with a grid cell size of 50×50 cm2or the grid system in the form of a hammock. You can track the position of the tank in the pit 1 depending on the degree of filling of the tank 3 and the weather conditions by means of winches 6, on which is mounted the clamping elements 5. It is desirable to fill the pit with salt water.

In the event of an earthquake or other shock effects on the pit water surrounding the tank, will repay this impact, and in case of destruction of the oil tank will not result in a water-filled portion of the volume of the pit, where the oil can be pumped out.

During the accident, the presence of a large amount of water in the pit improves fire characteristics of the object in the cooling of oil spills and reduce the vapour pressure of petroleum products.

Emergency situation will have minimal consequences. The construction is technically easily feasible and economically, because of the pit can be used is to the terrain, for example, the ravines, and the shell of the tank can be quite thin, as in a floating state, the tank suffers a small load.

1. Facility for storage of liquid hazardous substances, containing the pit in which is placed a tank of stored substance, made in the form of an elastic and waterproof bag, characterized in that the sides and bottom of the pit with, and the trench has a width L ≥ 4R and a depth of H ≥ 3R and filled with water to the level of N - h, where h is the height of the unfilled volume of the pit, and empty water part of its volume has a value greater than the volume capacity of the tank, which is in a floating state, when the reservoir is removed from the bottom and walls excavation for a distance not less than the value of the radius R of the tank, thus to control the position of the floating vessel in the pit it is attached to the walls of the pit flexible fastening elements or grid system.

2. Facility for storage of liquid hazardous substances according to claim 1, characterized in that the tank is made in the form of a ball or cylinder, for example, of plastic or plastic film.

3. Facility for storage of liquid hazardous substances according to claim 1, characterized in that the tank is divided by partitions into sectors.

4. Facility for storage of liquid hazardous substances according to claim 1, the tives such as those the pit is filled with salt water.
