SUBSTANCE: reservoir is mounted on a foundation and consists of a tapered bottom, a body wall, a floating roof with a rim seal, a receptor-and-dispenser unit, a drainage unit and a device for bottom sedimentation washaway. The receptor-and-dispenser unit is mounted inside the foundation in immediate proximity to the bottom taper base; the drainage unit and the device for bottom sedimentation washaway are mounted below the bottom taper vertex; the floating roof design provides for maintenance of technological clearances between the roof and the reservoir top edge and between the roof and the bottom taper vertex when the roof is in the uppermost and lowermost positions accordingly.

The invention relates to the storage of oil and oil products, in particular to the storage tanks for petroleum products, which increases the volume of the contained oil in the same tank dimensions.

The design of existing reservoirs known from textbooks for students: Konovalov NI, Mustafin F.M. and other Equipment tanks", Ufa: Disinformers, 2005 (page 4, 5, 12, 23, 24, 78; sections: 1.1. Design of steel vertical tanks; 1.3.3. Receiving and distributing device; 1.5. Prevention of accumulation and erosion wax and paraffin precipitation; fig.1.2, 1,3) prototype.

The steel cylindrical tank mounted on the Foundation, contains the casing wall, a bottom slope from the center to the periphery of the floating roof sealing gate, receiving and distributing, modopocket devices and device for erosion of sediment.

The disadvantage of this design is that technological equipment: two-way dispensers, modopocket devices and device for erosion of sediment placed in the lower part of the tank, occupy a considerable height of the tank the place that the taking into account of the adopted dimensions of the diameters of the tanks (up to 60 m) reduces the utilization rate of the total volume of the tank. In fact, it remains underutilized from 6 to 20% of the volume of p is servoir depending on its size.

The objective of the invention to increase the utilization ratio of the volume of the tank, and consequently, to obtain an increase in the volume of use contained in the tank of oil.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the tank, installed on the base containing conical bottom, the wall of the housing, the floating roof sealing gate, receiving and distributing, modopocket devices and device for erosion of sediment, receiving and distributing device located inside of the basement below the horizontal plane passing through the base of the cone bottoms, modopocket device and a device for erosion of bottom sediments located below the top cone bottom, and floating roof sealing stopper is configured to move with maintaining the technological gap to the top edge of the tank in the upper position to the top of the cone bottoms in the lower position.

This design allows full use of the volume of the tank by placing the main technological equipment in the basement under the conical bottom.

Structural features of the invention are illustrated by the drawing, which shows a storage tank for petroleum products, side view.

The cylindrical tank for storing oil has a conical bottom 1, the wall 2 of the casing is a, the floating roof 3 with the sealing stopper 4, which prevents the evaporation of petroleum products into the surrounding atmosphere. Receiving and distributing device 5 consists of a system of pipes and nozzles for injection pumping the oil into the tank and out and equipped with a safety shut-off devices (this is not subject matter). Modopocket device 6 is used to drain accumulated on the surface of the floating roof 2 of the water, and the device 7 for erosion sediment prevents the formation of a conical bottom 1 of the tank of the different kinds of savings.

For more volume for oil reservoir mounted on the base 8. To increase the vertical movement of the floating roof receiving and distributing device 5 is placed inside of the base 8 below the horizontal plane passing through the base of the cone of the bottom 1.

For effective drainage accumulating on the surface of the floating roof 2 water modopocket device 6 is located below the top of the cone bottom. In this same plane, the maximum closer to the bottom, there is a device 7 for erosion of sediment.

Floating roof 3 with the sealing stopper 4 is made with limiters its lowering and lifting so that when the move saved the technological gap to the top edge of the tank in Rheem position and to the top cone bottom 1 - in the lower position, with minimal technological gap between the bottom of the floating roof and underneath it equipment is about 100 mm

This is done, for example, through the use of sensors, the signals from which stop the flow of oil in the reservoir or pumping oil from the reservoir. For the same purpose in the design of the reservoir can be provided by the supporting rack mounted either on the bottom or floating on the roof

The design of the tank, which freed up to 20% of volume for petroleum products, by placing the technological equipment in the base 8, allows to increase the efficiency of the tank under the previous aguabonita.

The cylindrical tank for storing oil products, installed on the base containing conical bottom, the wall of the housing, the floating roof sealing shutter primarization, modopocket devices and device for erosion of bottom sediments, characterized in that primarization device placed inside of the base below the horizontal plane passing through the base of the cone bottoms, modopocket device and a device for erosion of bottom sediments located below the top cone bottom, and floating roof sealing stopper is configured to move with maintaining the technological gap to the top edge of the tank in the upper position to the top of the cone-plate in the lower position.
