The invention relates to medicine, namely to Oncology, and can be used for timely assessment of the direction of development of the pathological process of the stomach and the appointment of adequate treatment. Known "Method of predicting the course of cancer" (Patent RF №2018835, bull. No. 16 from 30.08.94). The essence of the method lies in the fact that from the peripheral blood of cancer patients produce lymphocytes and neutrophils, determine the level of histamine in the next 4-5 days, I hope the attitude indicator in the lymphocytes to the level of amine in neutrophils, and values greater than 0.9 to predict an unfavorable course of the disease in the appearance of recurrence and metastases. However, the disadvantage of this method can be considered, on the one hand, the fact that the level of histamine in the blood may increase if the number of allergic diseases and intake of certain medications, but it is not possible to consider the analyzed indicator pathogenetically determined and used to forecast the development of the malignant process in the stomach, on the other hand the duration of the analysis associated with the separation of blood corpuscles and the definition and content of histamine within 4-5 days. As a prototype we have chosen "a method for predicting the development of metastases in patients with cancer who m the rectum" (Patent No. 2420742, bull. No. 16 dated 10.06.2011). The authors suggest, based on the determination of hormones testosterone and prolactin levels in tumor tissue and perifocal zone to predict the development of metastases in different terms. This method has an important prognostic value for patients with rectal cancer and is not used for gastric cancer. Also, despite the fact that the production of steroids, including local, connected with the floor, in this way, this point was not taken into account. The aim of the invention is the prediction direction for the development of malignant process in men, patients prestavitelyami gastric cancer. This goal is achieved by the fact that men in the tissue of malignant tumors of the stomach prestavitelyami of histotype after radical surgery in volume gastrectomy determine the level of testosterone, and when the values of 7.8±0.6 ng/g tissue predict the generalization process in a period of 6 to 12 months. High testosterone levels in tumor tissue (of 174.5±15,6 ng/g tissue) shows a favorable course of the process, as evidenced by the increasing life expectancy of patients. The invention "method for determining the orientation of the pathological process prestavitelyami stomach cancer" is new, because it is unknown from the level of edicine in forecasting development opportunities generalization of the malignant process. The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that in tumor tissue to determine the level of testosterone and at low concentrations predict the probability of the generalization process. This method of forecasting is new and gives the opportunity to take timely measures to prevent the development of distant metastasis of a tumor. In open sources information of Russia, CIS and abroad indications for a similar method for predicting the development of generalization prestavitelyami stomach cancer we have not identified. The invention is industrially applicable as it can be reproduced and repeated many times in the medical health care institutions. The method is as follows. A portion of the tumor tissue of the stomach in the amount of 100 mg crushed in homogenisator with 1 ml of cold sterile saline. The obtained homogenate was centrifuged for 30 min at 18000 rpm Precipitate was discarded, and the supernatant was determined by the level of testosterone by an enzyme immunoassay using sets of "Hema" (Russia). Determination of testosterone is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay. Testosterone from a sample competes with the conjugated testosterone for binding to monoclonal antibodies on the surface of the well, forming a "sandwich", the soda is containing peroxidase. The concentration of testosterone is directly proportional to the associated activity, determined by interpolation on the calibration curve. An example of the application method can serve as a statement of case histories. Patient K., born in 1968, case history No.-16672/s, was admitted to the Department of General Oncology, RNII 12.11.2009, During the year there were pains in the epigastrium, by the end of August 2009 - nausea and occasional vomiting, lost 20 kg In October when FGDS revealed infiltrative cancer of the stomach, histological analysis No. 69043-46-persinality cancer. Ultrasound organs - increase in retroperitoneal lymph nodes epigastria to 1.5 see a Patient hospitalized in the Department to perform gastrectomy followed by chemotherapy. At laparotomy revealed a total infiltrative tumor of the stomach, spread the visceral and parietal peritoneum to 0.3 see During the surgery, the patient was taken tissue samples from the tumor. From tissue samples were prepared 10% homogenates was determined by the level of testosterone by an enzyme immunoassay using sets of "Hema" (Russia). Testosterone levels in tumor tissue amounted to 7.2 ng/g of tissue. The postoperative period was uneventful, with no complications. The level of leukocytes, peripheral blood lymphocytes was reduced; abnormalities in the biochemical analysis of blood, the total is m the urine sample was not. Sutures were removed on the 14th day. The patient was discharged in satisfactory condition with a diagnosis of stomach Cancer T3N1M1, St. IV, CL gr. II, countermats the visceral and parietal peritoneum. HA No. 72652-657/09 - persinality cancer invasion all layers of the stomach wall, MTS l/m/seal. At the place of residence had received treatment with Ftorafur per os. 6 months after surgery died in the generalization process, relapse in the anastomosis, dysphagia. Patient K., 1930 birth, history of disease-8180/s, was admitted to the Department of General Oncology, RNII 09.06.2009, Within months it had recurrent pain in the epigastrium, nausea, belching, vomiting, weakness. When FGDS revealed infiltrative tumor of the stomach, subcompensated stenosis of the output Department. Ultrasound of the abdominal cavity data for distant metastases no. The patient was hospitalized in the Department to perform gastrectomy. At laparotomy revealed infiltrative-ulcerous tumor output section of the stomach with subcompensated stenosis with the transition to the body of the stomach with metastases in lymph nodes in the projection of the left gastric vessels and greater omentum, with a diameter from 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm Distant metastases not detected. Was performed surgery in the volume gastrectomy, during which the sample was collected tumor tissue. A 10% homogenate of the tissue tumors ODA is delali testosterone by an enzyme immunoassay using a set of reagents firm "Hema" (Russia). The level of steroid in the tumor tissue was 185,4 ng/g of tissue. At discharge, the patient has the final diagnosis: gastric Cancer T3N1M0, St. III, class gr. II, HA No. 38199 - 202/09 - persinality c-r with a diffuse infiltrative growth, invasion all layers of the stomach wall, MTS m/omentum. The postoperative period was uneventful, with no complications. The level of leukocytes, peripheral blood lymphocytes was reduced; abnormalities in the biochemical blood analysis, urinalysis was not. Sutures were removed on the 12th day. The patient was discharged in satisfactory condition. Up to the present time is the observation of no evidence of disease progression (recurrence and distant metastases are absent). Were studied 15 men sick prestavitelyami gastric cancer T2-3 N0-2 M0-1, were treated in the Department of General Oncology, RNII and subjected to the operation. It is shown that 10 patients from 15 value content of testosterone in tumor tissue was varied in the range of 7.8±0.6 ng/g tissue compared. Found testosterone levels in tumor tissue was accompanied by the development of these patients have metastases in distant organs during the year (6 to 12 months). The remaining 5 patients, the level of steroid in the tumor tissue averaged 174,9±12,5 ng/g tissue. These patients are still alive within lat. Technical and economic efficiency of the method lies in the possibility of objective assessment of the direction of development of pathological process; timely forecasting of development of generalization; the adoption of adequate remedial measures. The method of determining the orientation of the pathological process prestavitelyami stomach cancer, including surgery, biochemical study, characterized in that in men with prestavitelyami gastric cancer after radical surgery in volume gastroektomii in tissue malignant tumor determine the level of testosterone and when the values of 7.8±0.6 ng/g tissue predict the generalization process in a period of 6 to 12 months, when the testosterone level of 174.5±15,6 ng/g tissue predicts favorable throughout the process, the increase of life expectancy of patients.
