The crude mixture for making silicate bricks, which contains quartz sand, ground unslaked lime, crushed mineral wool, has the following ratio of components, wt %: quartz sand 87-87.5, ground unslaked lime 10.5-12, crushed mineral wool 0.5-2.5.

EFFECT: high frost resistance.

The invention relates to the production of building materials.

Known raw material mixture for the production of silicate bricks, contains, mass%: ground quicklime 6-10; crushed mineral wool 3-15; silica filler (quartz sand) - others [1].

The objective of the invention consists in increasing the frost resistance of a silicate brick.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the raw mix for manufacture of a silicate brick, which includes quartz sand, ground lime, crushed mineral wool, the components are in the following ratio, mass%: quartz sand 87-87,5; ground not slaked izvest 10,5-12; crushed mineral wool 0,5-2,5.

The following is an example of a silicate brick.

Components are batched in the required amount. Quartz sand is mixed with lime and crushed (until passing through a grid 063) mineral wool, add water and stand before full clearing to exhaust. From the received raw material mixture is formed into bricks, which expose autoclave processing in the atmosphere saturated steam at a pressure of 0.9-1.1 MPa and 175-180 OC for 8-12 hours
