The invention relates to veterinary therapy, relates to a method of treatment and can be used for treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of calves.

Gastrointestinal diseases of calves due to a variety of etiologic agents (bacteria, viruses), as well as alimentary-functional factors. Clinical syndrome with gastrointestinal diseases - diarrhea with subsequent increase of dysbiosis and toxicity.

Known methods of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of calves using various means: antibiotics, sulfonamides, electrolytes, vitamins, enzymes, herbs and other

To suppress and prevent the development of putrefactive microflora known methods of antimicrobial therapy: nicotina, which consists of chloramphenicol and netwerken /1/bactrim in combination with sulfalenom /2/, gentamicin in combination with glucose in physiological solution and terravita /3/baytril /4/. However, these drugs may cause in the abomasum of calves dysbacteriosis or suppress the activity of beneficial microflora.

Another known methods of treatment of dyspepsia newborn calves, including as a binder and subdesignation tools such preparations are natural and plant origin, as the lignin treatment, decoction of oak bark, crust is th sage leaves, the herb St. John's wort, fruit sorrel and herbs such as herbal collection, consisting of 3 parts of the herb St. John's wort 1 part herb cinquefoil goose, 1 part herb Polygonum persicaria, 2 parts of seeds of a plantain, 2 parts leaves mother and stepmother /5/, an aqueous extract of the herb of Hypericum perforatum, creeping thyme, peppermint and mother-and-stepmother, taken in equal quantities, at a dose of 100 ml 3-4 times daily until clinical recovery /6/. These and other infusions and decoctions can not be used as the primary means for the treatment of dyspepsia newborn calves due to lack of effectiveness, but only as a means of adjuvant therapy.

There are also known methods of treatment of calves suffering from dyspepsia, probiotics (live microorganisms or substances of microbial origin, providing for a natural way of introducing a positive effect on physiological, biochemical and immunological response of the host through the stabilization and optimization of the functions of its normal microflora): for example biological drug PABK at a dose of 50 to 90 ml /6/, bipinnatum at a dose of 150 billion microbial cells with simple dyspepsia, is entered twice, in toxic - four /7/, probiotic RACES, derived from the original strain B.subtilis 534 genetic recombinations, introduces the hedgehog the day before the morning feeding colostrum 4 ml on the head /8/, actonelbuy is introduced at a dose of 30 ml per head 2 times a day till recovery /9/, Board-1.1 applied at a dose of 50 ml/kg body weight 2 times a day with an interval of 12 hours before clinical recovery /10/. However, the use of probiotics is not always accompanied by positive effects that can be caused by a failed selection used for their preparation strains, technology failure and other causes of reduced quality of drugs. Use in complex therapy with antibiotics probiotics on the basis of living organisms is difficult or impossible. In addition, probiotic preparations have limited spectrum of activity, as they are directed against a small group of pathogens. Thus, a biological product on the basis of strain B.subtilis 3H (backspin) /11/ ineffective against a number of pathogens of acute intestinal infections, for example, is caused by the bacteria Pseudomonas spp., Streptococcus spp., Enterococcus spp.

The closest analogue to the technical essence and the claimed effect is a method of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases calves EM-drug - resistant community effective microorganisms "Baikal EM-1, including symbiotic complex of 86 strains of microorganisms, which is used newborn calves from the second feeding colostrum, at a dose of 20 ml for 30 days for treatment at the dose of 40 m is until diarrhoea has ceased, and then at a dose of 20 ml /12/. The treatment efficiency is 90%.

Task, which is aimed at solving the invention are to provide a method for treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in calves with the use of biocompatible, safe and environmentally friendly product.

The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of calves.

The task is solved as follows.

The method of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in calves is a dose of a biological product, which is a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and EM-drug "Baikal EM-1 in a 1:1 ratio.

Used the herbal ingredients are widely used in herbal medicine. Physiological effects of biologically active substances of herbal variety. They regulate mineral, carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism, promote hematopoietic function and increase the concentration of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood. Biostimulating effect is manifested in the improvement of such indicators in the serum, as total protein, Lisitsina and bactericidal activity of the serum is Ravi, and also to increase the activity of the elements of the protective system of blood lymphocytes and neutrophils and strengthening the functions of phagocytes, which is confirmed experimentally. The effect of herbal on imunnologicheskie status of newborn calves was determined in two series of experiments: 1 series - economy, long prone to gastro-intestinal diseases of newborn calves (incidence-75-87%, deaths 17-22%), 2 series - economy, relatively prosperous for gastro-intestinal diseases of calves (incidence - 19-22%, mortality - 1,0-1,5%). According to the principle analogues formed by two groups of normally developed newborn calves (body mass 30-32 kg, body length of more than 80 cm, even coat all over the body the presence in the oral cavity for at least 6 incisors, the time of appearance of movement and reflexes of sucking within 30 minutes after birth): experimental and control. Calves experimental groups, starting from the second feeding colostrum within 12 days appointed interior herbal. The calves of the control groups of drugs have not been received. The parameters of the immune status of calves was studied at the end of the experience is common in modern biology tests (table 1).

To determine the effectiveness of a mixture of herbal infusion, VK is causehe grass Hypericum perforatum, of meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine and drug Baikal EM in the ratio 1:1, kept at the temperature of 18-20°C during the day, on the proposed laughter for the treatment of calves with simptomokompleksom diarrhoea in comparison with probiotic "Okarin" (similar), EM-drug "Baikal EM-1 (prototype) and pectocarya (basic method) was formed 4 groups of calves 2-3 days of age with clinical signs of dyspepsia (depression, lethargy, lack of appetite, liquid feces beige, defecation frequency 5-7 times a day). Calves were treated as follows:

group 1 (the method in accordance with the invention): after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet inside a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and drug "Baikal EM-1 in a 1:1 ratio, sustained at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day, according to the following scheme: 1 day - twice in doses of 30 ml and 50 ml; 2nd day - a triple dose of 100 ml; in subsequent the five days at a dose of 100 ml to clinical recovery;

group 2 (the method is similar): after 3 to 4 hours is vodorodnoi diet inside 2 capsules of probiotic "Okarin in 200 ml of warm boiled water for 20-30 minutes until the next feeding 2 times a day with an interval of 12 hours before clinical recovery;

group 3 (prototype method): after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet inside GM-drug "Baikal EM-1 in a dose of 40 ml for 20-30 minutes until the next feeding 1 time per day until clinical recovery;

group 4 (basic method): the drug "Pectoris" in a dose of 0.26 g/kg body weight 3 times daily until clinical recovery.

Analysis was performed on key clinical indicators. After recovery within one month observed the growth and development of animals. In the blood was determined by the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, T - and b-lymphocytes, total protein, bactericidal, the authors estimated the effect activity of blood serum, the phagocytic activity of blood neutrophils, total lipids and glucose (tables 3, 4, 5). It is established that the treatment of calves suffering from dyspepsia, a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and drug "Baikal EM-1 in a ratio of 1:1, kept at the temperature of 18-20°C during the day, provided recovery in a shorter time compared with treatment with probiotic "Okarin"drug "Baikal EM-1" drug "Pectoris" (table 3). The animals of the 1st group, the diarrhea stopped after 2-3 days, zdorovenin occurred on day 4, recurrence of diarrhea were not observed. The relatively low efficiency of treatment with probiotics (2nd group to 84.6%, group 3 - 80,0%) confirmed the existing opinion about the appropriateness of their use as prophylactic agents and related therapy (www.antibiotic.ru). Microbiological examination of faeces of animals 4-th group found that the content of pathogenic microbes family coliform, total number lactotransferrin Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus was above the established norms, and the number of lacto - and bifidobacteria is below normal. In animals the first three groups, these figures corresponded to the norm and characterized the indigenous microflora as healthy animals. The appointment of a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and drug "Baikal EM-1 in a ratio of 1:1, kept at the temperature of 18-20°C during the day, normalized protein metabolism. The total protein content by the end of the experience in the 1st group was higher than in the 2nd and 3rd, 3-5,3%, than in the 4th, 13.7%. Showed normalization of carbohydrate and fat metabolism, more pronounced in the 1st group. The increase in the total number of aritri the tov, hemoglobin, leukocytes testified to normalize body functions, increased phagocytic activity, improving the respiratory function of the blood and increases resistance of the organism (table 4). Average daily weight gain in the first group was higher than in the second group, 46.9%, than in the 3rd group, 28.2%, than in the 4th ,62,1% (table 5).THE period of repeated mass gastro-intestinal diseases of calves of the same age group as the calves of the experimental group, experimental animals are not sick and are more resistant to other diseases.

Clinical studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method in the treatment of gastro-intestinal illness with a symptom of diarrhoea. It is established that the drug used in the way that it has no negative effect on the organism of animals and significantly increases their resistance to gastro-intestinal diseases, improves the quality of life calves, which leads to increased weight gain. Based pharmatherapeutics of action of the drug used in the method are the effects of stimulation of specific and nonspecific immunity, increased resistance and activation of metabolism, which is accompanied by increased appetite. A positive effect of the drug on the organism of animals due to the complementary double the output action: herbal has pathogenetic property (astringent, antispasmodic, analgesic, calming the nervous system action, normalizes the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, relieves inflammation in the intestine and promotes regeneration of the epithelium), effective microorganisms provide the predominance of beneficial microorganisms that inhabit the gastrointestinal tract that regulates physiological balance of intestinal flora. In addition, herbal contains a balanced complete set of food substrates and regulators of metabolism for reliable and long supply all necessary material system to ensure microbiological organism and optimization activity of microflora.
