The invention relates to veterinary medicine, relates to a method of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of newborn calves with syndromic diarrhea.

From a non-contagious disease of young cattle the most frequently recorded dyspepsia infants, the proportion of which is 60-90%, and mortality - 15-70% of patients. After moving gastrointestinal diseases in moderate and severe forms at an early age in animals growth and development, from cows accounting for 15-20% of dairy products, there are difficulties in fruitful insemination. Dyspepsia - acutely occurring disease occurs in the first days and hours of life, accompanied by dysfunction of the digestive tract (violation of the processes of fermentation and assimilation of colostrum and milk), metabolic disorders, dehydration and intoxication. The dyspepsia of newborn calves affected by the breach of an engagement lactic acid and putrefactive microflora of the intestine.

To compensate for the physiological dysbiosis and early formation of the colonization resistance of the intestine of a newborn animal prescribe probiotics, for example Bifidumbacterin, Lactobacterin, bifilact, betimol, lactonamycin [1]. Known probiotics on the basis of lactic acid bacteria can be viragen the th performance in the gastro-intestinal diseases of calves. So, increase safety and increase body weight, reduced the duration of illness, reduced the severity of its course and intensity of technological stress. However, the use of probiotics is not always accompanied by a positive effect. The contradictory results obtained in a number of studies indicate an unsuccessful selection used for preparation of probiotic strains, breach of obtaining technology and other reasons, reducing the quality of medicines and incompatibility with antimicrobial drugs. It is known that bifido - and Lactobacterin inhibit the growth of pathogenic organisms through the formation of organic acids and other antibiotic substances, but in the conditions of existence of newborn calves formation of bifidoflora occurs, as a rule, after the appearance of intestinal Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, Proteus and other representatives of conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microflora, resulting in dysbiosis. Biologics of spore-forming bacteria are derived from bacteria of the genus Bacillus. The strains included in the composition of these drugs have a different spectrum of antibacterial and antimicobial activity. The disadvantage of these biologics is a limited spectrum of activity, i.e. activity against a specific group of microorganisms. So, PR is preparations based on Bacillus subtilis strain X-15 [2] is effective against microorganisms, causing endometritis in cows, a biological product on the basis of lactic acid bacteria Streptococcus Lactobacillus-galliform [3] - against putrefactive microflora, biological strains of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis [4] - conditionally pathogenic microflora.

The preferred analog is regarded by us GM-drug - resistant community effective microorganisms "Baikal EM-1, including symbiotic complex of 86 strains of microorganisms [5]. Lack of preparation is the need for long course (30 days), however, the most dangerous periods of life calves are limited to the first 12-15 days.

Task, which is aimed at solving the invention are to provide a method for treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in calves with syndromic diarrhea with the use of biocompatible, harmless and environmentally safe drug, which:

- to apply it in combination with the recommended treatment regimens for specific antibacterial drugs;

- apply it to prevent the accumulation of conditionally pathogenic microflora normally not causing clinical manifestations of the disease;

- to maintain an optimal microbial balance in the digestive tract;

to increase nonspecific resistance;

to avoid the development of microbial resistance to this factor, therapeutic effects of the of conduct;

to minimize the risk of side effects.

The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in newborn calves.

The task is solved as follows.

The method of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in calves is a dose of a biological product, characterized in that as a biological product, a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in a 1:1 ratio.

Used the herbal ingredients are widely used in herbal medicine. The proposed collection assembled complexes of biologically active substances with anti-inflammatory and hemostatic properties, as well as a General tonic effect.

Infusion collection is prepared as follows: a portion of the herb St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine is placed in a container, pour 300 ml of boiling water, infuse for 15-20 minutes.

Kurogawa Mead is prepared on the basis of EM-ven the ATA ' EM kurung".

"Uh-kurung" - natural milk product containing the symbiosis of bifido-, lacto-, acetic-, propionic acid and other bacteria, lottostrategies, yeast, enzymes, amino acids and vitamins. Once inside "GM-karungi" start to stand out of bioactive substance and function of a system of microbial cells, providing both a direct effect on pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, and indirectly through the activation of specific and nonspecific defense systems of the host. "Uh-kurung" activates the vital processes in the digestive tract, as well as actively produces enzymes, amino acids, antibiotics, vitamins and other physiologically active substances, complementary integrated therapeutic and preventive effects. Krugovoy Mead prepared in accordance with the instruction by adding boiled water with honey and krugovogo drink. To prepare krugovogo drink 2,0 g "GM-karungi" pour 200 ml of milk, mix, tight-fitting lid and incubated at a temperature of 18-20°C for 2-3 days (primary ferment). The resulting yeast poured in a quart jar, add 200 ml of milk with a fat content of 0.5 to 2%, maintained at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day, then add milk to 1 l, left at a temperature of 18-20°C for 1-2 days. For you need a kitchen is of krugovoy Mead in a quart jar bring 1 tablespoon of honey and 3 tablespoons krugovogo drink and add boiled water at a temperature of 18-20°C up to 1 litre.

The method is as follows.

Drug collection is prepared as follows from a calculation of the daily dose on the head: a sample of 1.0 g of the herb Hypericum perforatum, 1.0 g of meadowsweet herbs, 0.7 g of a grass of a yarrow, 0.7 g herbs of nettle, 0.4 g rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, 0.4 g of roots and rhizomes of marsh cinquefoil and 0.3 g of needles, the needles of Scots pine is placed in a container, pour 300 ml of boiling water, infuse for 15-20 minutes. The resulting infusion was cooled to a temperature of 26-30°C, mixed with 300 ml krugovoy Mead and maintained at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day followed by filtration. The treatment is carried out after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet by feeding the mixture obtained according to the following scheme: 1 day - twice in doses of 30 ml and 50 ml; 2nd day - a triple dose of 100 ml; in the following days - five-fold in a dose of 100 ml to clinical recovery. For convenience, the introduction of dose mixtures diluted in 0.2 to 0.5 liters of warm boiled water temperature of 35-37°C.

The effectiveness of the method of treatment of gastrointestinal diseases of calves was determined in the research-and-production experiments in terms of the economy, long prone to gastro-intestinal diseases. The incidence of 40%to 60%, the mortality rate is 20-30%. Dyspepsia was leaking badly with typical clinic: the General condition of the calves oppressed, the temperature of the body within normal limits, some was lowered to 36°C, in patients appetite had no or drastically reduced, they are poorly reacted to the environment, was observed weakness, muscle tremors, constant diarrhea, anal hole was open and from it spontaneously flowed stinking gray or gray-yellow color with admixture of mucus feces, the rear part of the body, the perineum and tail stained stool, heart sounds muffled, shortness of breath and rapid, visible mucous membranes had a bluish coloration. The treatment was carried out at the first appearance of clinical signs, which were manifested by depression, decreased appetite, and in some cases increasing temperature.

The essence of the method is illustrated by examples.

Example 1. To confirm the effectiveness of the mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1 in the treatment of calves with simptomokompleksom diarrhea formed 5 groups of newborn calves 1-2 days of age with clinical signs of dyspepsia (diarrhea, feces thin, fecal had a sour smell, contained gas bubbles, the appetite was absent, dry, and pale coloration visible from Sistah, pulse Ochsen, heart sounds deaf, breathing casino). Calves of the first four groups were treated after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet according to the following scheme: 1 day - twice in doses of 30 ml and 50 ml; 2nd day - a triple dose of 100 ml; in the following days - five-fold in a dose of 100 ml to clinical recovery by feeding the following medications: group 1 - mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, sustained at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day; group 2 - a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1; group 3 - herbal, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine; group 4 - kurogawa Mead. For convenience, the introduction of a dose of the drug was dissolved in 0.2 to 0.5 liters of warm boiled water temperature of 35-37°C. the Body is the fifth group (control) was treated according to the scheme, adopted in the industry, including antibiotics (chloramphenicol, tetracycline or Aeroplan, enroxil), plazmozameschayuschie and rehydratation funds. For the calves were clinical observations, take into account the number of recovered animals, the course and duration of the disease. Fit to be judged by the disappearance of signs of diarrhea, pathological impurities in the faeces, improvement of General condition, appearance of appetite. The results are presented in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, which was at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day, ensured efficiency, exceeding the efficiency of using only the herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead the ratio of 1:1, and using the mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow obyknovenny the th, the nettle, the roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, 20 and 10% respectively, which was reflected in the number of recovered animals, reducing the duration of illness and the nature of the disease. Increased efficiency in the use of a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, kept at the temperature of 18-20°C during the day, compared with a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, confirmed that the effect of therapeutic-preventive effect is not the total of the constituents of the drug (herbal and kurogawa Mead), and is provided biogenic stimulants and other biologically active substances formed in the process of preparation of the drug.

Example 2. To determine the effectiveness of the application with the art of herbal infusion, including the herb of St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, kept at the temperature of 18-20°C during the day, according to the proposed scheme for the treatment of calves with simptomokompleksom diarrhoea in comparison with probiotic "Okarin" (similar), EM-drug "Baikal EM-1 (prototype) and pectocarya (basic method) was formed 4 groups of calves 2-3 days of age with clinical signs of dyspepsia (depression, lethargy, lack of appetite, liquid feces beige, defecation frequency 5-7 times a day). Calves were treated as follows:

group 1 (the method in accordance with the invention): after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet inside a mixture of herbal infusion, including grass St. John's wort, meadowsweet, yarrow, nettle, roots and rhizomes of bergenia tolstolistnogo, marsh cinquefoil and needles needles of Scots pine, and krugovoy Mead in the ratio of 1:1, sustained at a temperature of 18-20°C during the day, according to the following scheme: 1 day - twice in doses of 30 ml and 50 ml; 2nd day - a triple dose of 100 ml; in the next days is a quintuple dose 100 ml to clinical recovery;

group 2 (the method is similar: after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet inside 2 capsules of probiotic "Okarin in 200 ml of warm boiled water for 20-30 minutes until the next feeding 2 times a day with an interval of 12 hours before clinical recovery;

group 3 (prototype method): after 3-4 hours vodorodnoi diet inside GM-drug "Baikal EM-1 in a dose of 40 ml for 20-30 minutes until the next feeding 1 time per day until clinical recovery;

group 4 (basic method): the drug "Pectoris" in a dose of 0.26 g/kg body weight 3 times daily until clinical recovery. Analysis was performed on key clinical indicators as well as indicators average daily weight gain, which calves were weighed at birth and at 30 days of age. Found that the effectiveness of the method in accordance with the invention compared with known much higher, as evidenced by the number of recovered animals, disease duration and average daily weight gain (table 2). During repeated mass gastro-intestinal diseases of calves of the same age group as the calves of the experimental group experimental animals are not sick and are more resistant to other diseases.

Clinical studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method in the treatment of zheludochno is-intestinal illness with a symptom of diarrhoea. It is established that the drug used in the way that it has no negative effect on the organism of animals and significantly increases their resistance to gastro-intestinal diseases, improves the quality of life calves, which leads to increased weight gain. A positive effect of the drug on the organism of animals due to the complementary dual action: herbal has pathogenetic property (astringent, antispasmodic, analgesic, calming the nervous system action, normalizes the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, relieves inflammation in the intestine and promotes regeneration of the epithelium), effective microorganisms provide the predominance of beneficial microorganisms that inhabit the gastrointestinal tract that regulates physiological balance of intestinal flora.
