The solution of the stated problem is achieved by the fact that in towing the boats containing the waterproof case with the chopping and three branches: the forepeak, machine and afterpeak, power unit with two fuel tanks, vodoohda the order, on the bottom of the after peak between fuel tanks symmetrically to the median plane of the boat placed ballast tank, equipped with by-pass valve and filler neck.
