Using proposed device, measuring are carried out turning wheels with brakes applied. Device contains additionally two movable pads longitudinal displacement pickups and two movable pads cross displacement pickups. Values of cross displacement of movable pads indicated caster of steerable wheels and values of longitudinal displacement of movable pads, camber of steerable wheels.
EFFECT: reduced time taken for measuring camber and caster of steerable wheels.

The invention relates to the field of technical maintenance of vehicles, in particular to the equipment for measuring the angles of the steered wheels cars.
Trend of development of the equipment for this purpose is viewed in the transition from stationary electro-optic stands to Express the stands, which allows to increase labour productivity. A well-known stand FFP-4 ( A.M. Diagnostic provision of technical maintenance and repair of cars. M-Higher school, 1990. - 208 S.: Il.) makes measurement toe-in and camber, the angle of the longitudinal axis of the steering and consistency of turning angles of the wheels to the left and right. The stand consists of a horizontal platform (or lift), which is installed on the vehicle with the front wheels are mounted on the movable in the horizontal plane circles, allowing the steered wheels rotate around its axis of rotation of the steering wheel. Turntables have the scale and arrows for determining the angles of rotation of the steering wheel. On the disks managed wheels are mounted projectors, which have settings to ensure the alignment of the rotation of the wheel and turn the projector. At a certain distance from the front of the axis are set left and right screens with vertical and horizontal axes and scales laid out in degrees. The vertical scale is to determine the angle of the longitudinal axis of rotation of the steering wheel, the horizontal - to determine the camber. Measuring wheel camber screens are ahead of the vehicle, and for measuring the angle of the longitudinal axis of rotation of the steering wheel is on the side of the car is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
A significant drawback of the mentioned booth is the low productivity due to the large volume of preliminary finishing works.
It is also known device for checking the steering wheels of the vehicle (inventor's certificate of the USSR SU 1415658 A1, IPC G01 11/26 1995), a similar stand FFP-4. It has a horizontal platform with set rotating platforms, moving in a horizontal plane, and projection equipment that is connected with the driven wheels.
Disadvantages of the considered device are low productivity and complexity in the preparation work at the expense of installation and adjustment of the mounted equipment.
The task of this unit is to reduce the time of determining the collapse of the angles of inclination of longitudinal axis of the steering due to the absence of the hinged equipment.
Solution of the problem is achieved by the fact that the device for checking the steered wheels transport products, containing a horizontal platform placed on it moving in a horizontal plane sites for placing of the steering wheels of the car, characterized in that it additionally contains two sensor longitudinal and two sensor transverse displacements of mobile platforms, which, when turn the stagnation of the front wheels of the position corresponding to the straight motion of a vehicle, determine the longitudinal and transverse displacements sites, and by the values of the longitudinal displacements of mobile sites, you can determine the camber and the transverse displacement - longitudinal angle the axis of rotation of the steering wheel.

- two sites 2, mobile in longitudinal and transverse directions for installing the steering wheels of the car;
- sensors longitudinal displacements 3 measuring the longitudinal displacement of the mobile platforms;
- sensors transverse displacements 4, measure the transverse displacements of mobile platforms.
A device for measuring the collapse of the angles of inclination of longitudinal axis of the steering works as follows.
