SUBSTANCE: device has body, in which indicator, the first gear wheel, detachable finger and torque sensor are installed. Rod with stop is secured to body. Detachable finger may be installed in axial orifice of the first gear wheel perpendicular to gear wheel axis of rotation. The second gear wheel mounted on shaft and reducer are linked to drive through above orifice. Torque sensor is connected to drive and mounted on shaft. The first gear wheel includes the first removable toothed section. Finger ends may be installed in slots formed in side wall of above axial orifice or may be secured in toothed section and in slot formed in side wall of above axial orifice opposite to toothed section.

EFFECT: simplified device structure, reduced time of binding or tie members installation on item, increased reliability due to provision of optimal wire tensioning force applied to item.

The invention relates to packaging, and more specifically to devices for tying articles with wire, and can be used in various industries, preferably in the timber industry and all types of transport for tensioning the wire bindings (stretch marks) around the products with the automatic determination of the tension.

A device for feeding and tensioning the wrapping wire (Author. mon. The USSR №1652197)that allows to adjust the degree of tightening of the wire and containing strand roller and two cooperating pressure roller, gear, spring-loaded friction element in contact with the end surface of the broaching roller and kinematically connected by means of a rocker arm with clamping rollers. Regulation of the magnitude of the friction torque between frictiony element and a long roller allows you to set the desired degree of tension of the wire.

A disadvantage of the known device is its complexity, the long duration of the installation of the piping and the inability to ensure the best efforts of the tying wire.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of the device, a significant reduction in installation time bindings (stretch marks) and improve reliability by ensuring optimal effort appeal to the Oia jewelry wire.

This technical result is achieved in that the device for tensioning the wire bindings (stretch marks) around the unit includes a housing in which are located the indicator, the first gear wheel, a removable finger, made with the possibility of installation in the axial hole of the first gear perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the gears, through which the second toothed wheel mounted on the shaft, and reduction gearing connected with the engine mounted on the shaft of the torque sensor, the output of which is connected with the circuit control the operation of the engine, and fixed to the body of the rod with a focus, with the first gear includes a removable toothed sector.

The motor can be an electric motor or internal combustion engine. The finger is made with possibility of installation of its ends in grooves made in the side wall of the axial hole of the first gear wheel, or with the possibility of attachment of the first and second ends, respectively, in a removable toothed sector and in the groove located in the side wall of the axial hole of the first gear wheel opposite the removable gear sector.

The casing is fastened to the supporting element made in the form of handles. The invention is illustrated using figure 1-4, where

The device includes a housing 1, an analogue or digital indicator 2, integrated in the housing 1, the first gear 5, which consists of two parts, one of which is a removable toothed sector 4, made for example with the tabs, which are mounted in the slots of the second part of the first toothed wheel (see figure 4), and removable finger 3, which is made with possibility of installation in grooves made in the side wall of the axial hole of the first gear 5 (see figure 4), or attaching in a removable sector 4 and a groove made in the side wall of the axial bore the first gear 5 and located diametrically opposite to the removable sector 4 (see figure 1, 3). With the left or right side of the housing 1 is fixed to the rod 6 with the stop 13 to maintain the fixed part or cargo in a fixed position. A housing mounted on the arms 12 to provide reliable location on the supporting surface.

The first gear 5 is engaged with the second toothed wheel 10, mounted on the shaft 11. The engine 7 is connected with the second toothed wheel 10 through a reduction gear 8. On the shaft 11 fixed sensor 9 to determine the torque Liu the CSO type. The output of the sensor 9 is connected with the control circuit turning on the engine 7.

The device operates as follows.

Fixed product (cargo) 14 pre-wound wire 15, as a rule, in six or eight threads. Of the housing 1 is extracted sector 4 and the finger 3. Through the gap in the first gear 5 is wound up by the wire 15, after which the wheel 5 is inserted finger 3 and sector 4 in such a way that half of the strands of wire 14 strapping was on one side of the finger 3, and the other half on the other. Sector 4 with finger 3 is fixed in the first toothed wheel 5. 6 bar with emphasis 13 leans against the thrust surface 14 and turns on the engine 7. The rotation from the engine 7 through the reduction gear 8 is transmitted to the shaft 11. The shaft 11 rotate through the second gear wheel 10 is transmitted to the first gear wheel 5, which rotates via pin 3 produces tension wire harness (stretch marks), located around the product 14. The sensor 9 detects the torque of the shaft 11. When exceeding the torque, a predetermined value ( which is determined depending on the current tasks and the products) from the output of the sensor 9, which is used, for example, the threshold circuit produces signal, which is fed to the control circuit by the operation of the engine 7, and automatically disable the giving of the actuator (motor).

Thus, the proposed device for tensioning the wire bindings (stretch marks) around the product provides:

tight, tight binding wire, which increases the reliability of piping and safety in handling related products

- reducing the time required for tying,

- simplified design and low cost of the device.

Device for twisting wire ties, characterized in that it includes a housing in which are located the indicator, the first gear wheel, a removable finger, made with the possibility of installation in the axial hole of the first gear perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the gears, through which the second toothed wheel mounted on the shaft, and reduction gearing connected with the engine mounted on the shaft of the torque sensor, the output of which is connected to the control circuit by the operation of the engine, and fixed to the body of the rod with a focus, with the first toothed wheel contains a removable toothed sector.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the motor is an electric motor or internal combustion engine.

3. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the finger is made with possibility of installation of its ends in grooves made in the side wall of the axial bore of the first toothed wheel.

The device according to claim 1 or 2, the tives such as those that finger made with the possibility of attachment of the first and second ends, respectively, in a removable toothed sector and in the groove located in the side wall of the axial hole of the first gear wheel opposite the removable gear sector.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used in helical compression springs manufacturing. The device contains driver for spring winding, mechanism for driver rotation, spooler having radially positioned on it reels with driving gears and spring-loaded reel with wire stock, and mechanism for spooler moving along driver. It holds hub for wire twisting into cable. The hub is mounted with possibility to move along driver. Fixed central gear is located on one axis with the spooler. Driving gears of reels are performed with possibility to rotate when being rolled around fixed central gear, and the spool is made rotatable by means of drive shaft with keyslot, gear set and actuator. The device is executed with inductor for heating wire passing through it. This inductor is located on spooler moving mechanism next to mentioned hub for wire twisting into cable.

EFFECT: technological capabilities are expanded and spring quality is improved.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for twisting bars into rope at lathes. Proposed method consists in drawing bars through decelerating assembly and guiding assembly, jointing them together, securing in fastening assembly and twisting. Note here that decelerating assembly and guiding assembly are mounted on lathe slide. Securing assembly is arranged in lathe chuck. Bars are twisted on revolving the chuck and slide feed equal to rope bar screw line pitch per one revolution of chuck. Device comprises bar decelerating assembly, guiding unit with bar drawing channels, joint assembly, bar securing and twisting assemblies. Said decelerating assembly, and guiding unit are equipped with means to mount them on lathe slide while bar securing unit allows its mounting in lathe chuck to make twisting assembly.

SUBSTANCE: device contains wire accumulators, wire winding unit, spring winding mandrel, rotation mechanisms for the mandrel and the wire winding unit. The corresponding wire supply units with individual drives are located between the wire accumulators and the wire winding unit. The wire accumulators, the wire supply unit and the wire winding unit are arranged in series. The wire accumulators and one end of the wire supply unit are rigidly connected to the first support ring, and the second end of the wire supply unit and the connecting flange of the wire winding unit are rigidly connected to the second support ring. The support rings are rotatably mounted in support posts and at least one of them is provided with rotation mechanism. The wire accumulators are made with the possibility for eliminating unintentional unwinding of the wire. SUBSTANCE: wire winding unit comprises a bushing that is rotatable about a symmetry axis provided with guides for passing wires from its accumulators and installed before a mandrel for spring winding. The guides are in the form of rods, which one end of each is rotatably disposed in an opening of a corresponding shoe, and the free ends of the rods are conjugated with a head provided with a first annular groove made in a plane perpendicular to the rod rotation axis. Each shoe is rigidly fixed on the inner surface of the bushing so that the rod rotation axis is oriented at a sharp angle to the end plane of the bushing and projected beyond it to the mandrel. There are additional guides installed in the bushing cavity and formed as additional rods.
