Hand-held flat hoe-mellower. RU patent 2261564. |
|
FIELD: hand-held tools used for performing plant care works, such as thinning or mellowing of soil on home's ground, and also for performing of municipal forestry works and works in agriculture. SUBSTANCE: hand-held flat hoe-mellower has A-shaped blade equipped with side edges bent downward and fixed on body through intermediate tine formed as plate, which is mounted with its rib axially of flat-hoe-mellower. Body front part bent upward is furnished with apertures for attachment of shank by means of bolt connection or for attachment of threaded branch pipe used, in turn, for connection to shank equipped with threaded tip. Flat-hoe-mellower body is further provided with, for example, apertures for attachment of detachable load serving for reducing the action of force upon shank to substantially simplify in some situations handling of flat hoe-mellower. In operating position A-shaped blade with double-sided sharp edges is fixed at an angle of 15-30° to soil surface in the direction of advancement of flat hoe-mellower and is completely deepened into soil. Stability of deepening value and angle of attack of blade are enabled by means of restricting slides arranged at both sides of blade and fixed on body by means of number of adjusting plates. Restricting slides simultaneously serve for protecting root system of cultured plants from damage because soil mellowing occurs only in space therebetween. Such construction allows flat hoe-mellower to be drawn-through along row of plants. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, simplified construction and handling, and increased efficiency. 4 dwg

Tillage method / 2245009 Method involves cutting soil by means of plow share having strut diagonally extending from lower part of moldboard to frame to provide for ripping soil open from inside. Employment of strut allows force acting upon plow or cultivator to be reduced and prevents plow or cultivator from clogging with plant remains. |
Hole cutting apparatus / 2246189 Apparatus has pushing-out device, which may be withdrawn from soil during operation without applying of substantial muscular force by user. Apparatus is formed as ring made from pipe section and coil-type spring attached to ring with its lower coil. Ring is adapted for placing onto soil. Inner diameter of ring is equal to outer diameter of larger base of conical blade and inner diameter of spring exceeds outer diameter of said larger base. Upper coil of spring is attached to lower ends of carriers and lower and upper coils of spring are biased. Ratio of spring wire diameter to outer diameter of section of supporting ring is 0.35:0.44. Lower surfaces of blade cutting edge and supporting ring are lying in single plane. |
Light-weight spade / 2246190 Spade has shank bushing rigidly coupled to flat bayonet. The latter is equipped with side ends-wings bent in rearward direction and with axial shank. Bushing is extending to mid portion of bayonet and is equipped with sharpened front end having edges contacting with and rigidly connected to flat bayonet. |

Method and apparatus for controlling of soil erosion on slopes / 2246807 Method involves undercutting soil layer after harvesting of preceding crop; directing stubble remains under soil layer and covering with undercut soil layer. After being covered with undercut soil layer, stubble remains form along edge of said layer swath of soil layer of 4-6 cm width. Predetermined shape and parameters of swaths allow evaporation of moisture and silting to be inhibited and, accordingly, moisture retention to be increased. Apparatus has frame with carrier wheel and flat rack provided with front cutting edge and inclined with its lower end forward and to the side. Flat hoe is fixed on lower end of rack. Wing made curvilinear along direction of advancement of apparatus is positioned at rear edge of rack so that its convex part is extending upward and to the side. Load feeding belt conveyor is connected with frame through two pivot links. Flexible rods for picking up stubble remains from field are fixed on conveyor belt. Belt conveyor is positioned on tines of supporting rollers and is oriented with its feeding end under upper curvilinear edge of wing. One of pivot joints and tines of supporting rollers are equipped with individual length regulators. |
Apparatus for forming of intermittent micro raised portions / 2246808 Apparatus has frame and blade-type swivel connected with frame by means of free-motion mechanism.
