General-purpose hand-held thinner (versions) General-purpose hand-held thinner (versions) / 2263428
Hand-held thinner has working tool comprising plate with sharpened edges. Working tool is formed as rectangle with a right angle at side adjoining shank holder attachment zone and an acute angle defined by equal length sides of plate. Center of gravity of plate is arranged in its plane to allow rotation in counterclockwise direction. According to another version, thinner plate is made in the form of pentagon with an obtuse angle at its apex and acute angles at plate base. In both versions, angle of revolution of plate under the action of center of gravity is 20-30 deg allowing acute wedge with an angle of 70 deg to be used for breaking up and partly turning of soil. Saw-shaped layer of high hardness metal is applied onto wedge blade. During operation of thinner, it is sharpened against soil layer.

The invention relates to a manual device for hilling ridges plants, such as potatoes, vegetable gardens or small experimental plots.

Known Hiller, consisting of duchatelier plowshares, attached to the rack and pulling the handle (see U.S. patent No. 1556352, class. And 01 In 1/06, 1925).

To the disadvantage of the potatoes should include discomfort during its use due to lack of a node for regulating the magnitude of penetration of the plow blade potatoes.

Known also garden manual Hiller, including dvuhetajny share with cutting knife attached to the plowshare rack and pulling the handle, and a rack fixed to the bracket with the hinge installed traction handle and a fixed handle for burial potatoes (see Russian Federation patent No. 2067793, class. And 01 In 1/06, 1994).

Specified Hiller is the closest to the proposed technical substance and is taken as a prototype.

To the disadvantage of the prototype should include the need for substantial muscular effort during maintenance potatoes.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the magnitude of muscular power when servicing potatoes.

The technical result is achieved in that in the manual vegetable Hiller, including ploughshare scoring with a knife in his front, attached to the blade rack with CROs is matte, pivotally mounted on the bracket by pulling the handle and the fixed handle burial potatoes, according to the invention, dumps shares made in the form of two augers with blades opposite the winding, and the occipital part of the shares executed radius dened in it augers, axes of which are arranged in a horizontal plane, and Hiller is equipped with a running wheel, fixed on the rack, a drive wheel fixed on the shaft of the screw, while the chassis and drive wheels are in engagement with each other.

The invention is illustrated in the drawings, which depict:

figure 1 - General view of the proposed manual potatoes with obdumivajusih personnel;

figure 2 is a view along arrow a in figure 1.

Manual garden Hiller includes a running wheel 1, mounted on an axis 2 in the rack 3, in front of which there is rigidly attached to the blade with 4 cutting knife 5. The back of the plow blade is curved on the radius of the screws 6 and 7 (see figure 2), the blades are wound in opposite direction and mounted on the shaft 8. Along the axis of the inner surface of the curved part of the plow blade attached earrings 9, between which is placed a driving wheel 10, mounted on the shaft of the screw.

In the back of the plow blade has a slot (not shown), which includes peripheral part of the traveling wheels is, interacting with its rotation spiked-coils II with a drive wheel, having corresponding engagement elements.

In front of the plow blade has a protective shield 12 from contact with the raised tile ground drive wheel.

To the top of the rack attached to the bracket 13, is installed on the hinge traction grip 14 and rigidly fixed axis and a finger (not labeled) of the handle 15 for burial potatoes. The bracket has a hole 16 for mounting the traction arm in the transport position and the number of holes 17 for mounting the arm cavities potatoes in convenient for staff position.

Works proposed manual Hiller as follows.

Hiller feature along the axis of the aisle, one of the working staff picks up pulling the handle 14 and the second handle 15 burial Hiller (as shown in figure 1) and move it in the direction of the scoring knife 5. In this second work by turning the handle 15 clockwise or counterclockwise about the axis 2 establish a necessary and sufficient amount of penetration of the plow blade 4.

When moving forward the front edge of the plow blade cuts the ground and delivers it to Sneem 6 and 7, when the atom the impeller 1 rotates counterclockwise and through the coils 11 (or any other element zatepleni the wheel) rotates clockwise drive wheel 10 and bonded with him through the shaft 8 screws 6 and 7.

The ground, falling into a rotating screw blade, moves the latter from the axis of the potatoes in the direction of the ridge, forming a mound at 18 stems of plants 19.

At the end of the ridge of the handle 15 is switched to the lower position, the plow when it is lifted from the ground, Hiller returned to 180° and led into the next aisle.

When the potatoes protective visor 12 cuts rising to plow the soil, protecting the drive wheel from contact with soil, and directs it under the auger blades.

When the transfer potatoes into the transport position, the handle 14 is fixed in the hole 16, and the handle 15 is in the upper hole 17. In the atom position Hiller turns into a one-wheeled wheelbarrow and is easily transported by one worker.

Manual garden Hiller, including ploughshare scoring with a knife in his front, attached to the shares stand with bracket, pivotally mounted on the bracket traction handle and rigidly fixed handle burial potatoes, characterized in that the dumps shares made in the form of two screws with the blades in the opposite direction of winding, and the occipital part of the shares executed radius dened in it augers, axes of which are arranged in a horizontal plane, and Hiller is equipped with a running wheel mounted on mounted on the front axle, and drive the second wheel, placed between the screws and attached to the shaft of the screw, while the chassis and drive wheels are in engagement, for example, zeochem.
