SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame and wheels mounted on lower part of frame. Lower side of frame lower part is reinforced with plates. Reinforcing planks disposed on upper part of frame are made channel-shaped. Spade cleaning scraper is provided on front end of frame upper part. Spade shank is made conical, with base being disposed at site of contacting with traverse of frame upper part. Rubberized grip is provided in upper part of spade shank.

EFFECT: improved operating properties of apparatus.
