Proposed invention relates to road devices, namely, to hatches with a frame and a bolt, capable of flapping back relative to the frame for provision of closed position of the bolt in the frame. According to the invention, a self-retaining lever of the device has one of ends movably installed on the frame, and may slide in the slot of the guide so that the end of the support may rest against a fixed limiter of the frame during movement of the bolt into the position, in which the hole of the frame is closed to cause bolt reverse and allow for the latter to correctly close the hole of this frame.

The inspection manhole comprises a facility to block disconnection of hinged links, which includes the main part and a foot. The foot is directed radially outside relative to the central axis (X-X) of the frame.

In the version 2 of the well cover, hole dimensions in the board on the upper surface of the plate is higher than the one on the lower surface of the board, dimensions of the upper part of the support bush body are larger than the lower part, the support bush body is installed inside the board hole and rests against inner surfaces of the board hole, and in the version 3 - there is thread arranged in the board hole, and there is a thread on the outer surface of the support bush, the bush is screwed into the hole with its threaded part. In all versions the lower surface of the circular ledge of a stop screw has a shape of a spherical segment, and the surface of the bush seat has a shape of a truncated cone, which faces upwards with a larger base, the diameter of the spherical segment is less than the larger base of the truncated cone and is larger than the smaller base of the truncated cone.

Well cover comprises a board with an opening for a key, a supporting bush fixed on the lower side of a board, and a screw of the cover locking mechanism passes through its hole. The screw rests onto the supporting bush with its upper end so that it may rotate around the longitudinal axis of the supporting bush. The cover board is hingedly linked to locking levers of the locking mechanism, every of which is hingedly connected to a traction rod, which in its turn is hingedly connected to a lead nut arranged on the screw so that it may move along the screw as it rotates. The locking levers, number of which is at least two, are arranged along the circumference around the screw. Connection of the screw upper end to the supporting bush is arranged with the possibility to divert the screw from the geometric axis of the supporting bush towards any side.

Invention refers to structure out of composite material. The structure consists of plate (2) with upper side (2a), lower side (2b) and of at least the first and second beams (3, 4). Also each beam consists of multitude of surfaces including at least upper surface (3c, 4c), support surface (3b, 4b) and also pair of side surfaces (3a, 4a) at a distance from each other. These side surfaces are located between upper (3c, 4c) and support (3b, 4b) surfaces and adjoin them. Each beam (3, 4) is secured to a lower side of plate (2) on uppers surface (3c, 4c). The first beam (3) has through opening (5) passing between side surfaces (3a). The second beam (4) passes through opening (5).

On opposite sides of sleeve wall there are grooves arranged, in which rods are movably installed. Other versions specify various arrangement of manholes.

Well cover with locking mechanism (version 1) consists of a plate with a lock screw having upper end connected to a steady bush fixed to the said plate so that it can rotate inside it and around its longitudinal axis. There are also lock levers in the locking device, which are linked with the said plate. Each lock lever is hinge-connected with sliding nut actuated by the internally installed lock screw. The plate is hinge-connected with steady bush which is capable of turning vertically. Each lock lever is hinge-connected with steady bush and with one end of a traction mechanism. The other end of traction mechanism is also hinge-connected with the said sliding nut. The supports are fixed to the lower surface of plate. There are joint pins in the supports, which ensure steady bush joining with the plate. The well cover with locking mechanism (version 2) consists of a plate with lock levers being hinge-connected with the above plate. Each lock lever is also hinge-connected with one end of traction mechanism coupled with sliding nut. The latter is screwed on lock screw, which is installed in steady bush. The balancing lever is mounted on sliding nut so that it can swing in vertical plane with regard to the above-mentioned sliding nut. Each end of balancing lever is hinge-connected with the other end of traction mechanism.

Hatch cover consists of an upper plate and additional lower locking plate and screws coupling that pull both plates towards each other when cover is operated. Screw coupling screw is hollow and located in the upper plate hole in rigid connection with the plate. The screw coupling nut is coupled with locking plate and installed in the locking plate hole so that it can move in axial direction, be screwed and unscrewed, rotate around screw and be fixed in locking plate hole in working position of screw coupling. The upper nut end is provided with holding lock to prevent axial displacement in locking plate hole in inactive position of screw coupling. The lower nut end is provided with a key mechanism to turn nut around coupling axis. The nut holding mechanism preventing its axial displacement in the locking plate is implemented with a nut-connected ring, whereby the nut rests upon the locking plate freely when screw coupling is inactive. The key turning mechanism is represented with a set of holes being located opposite to each other along the nut wall in longitudinal direction and in its lower part located under the locking plate. There is a flange in the lower part of nut, which contacts with the lower surface of locking plate in the cover working position.

Invention deals with the inspection pits, hatches and other facilities for underground pipeline, water supply networks and sewage pipeline inspection and maintenance. Particularly, the invention relates to mechanisms preventing access of unauthorised persons into inspection pits. The mechanism is intended for lid locking and includes mechanism housing with collar where lid is installed. In the centre of the mechanism, there is a lock screw with head matched for the special wrench and sliding nut, which is connected cinematically with locking levers. The specific feature of this mechanism is no less than three brackets, which are rigidly connected with sliding nut and diverged in radial direction from the above nut. The holders are fixed to brackets ends. There is a locking lever installed axially in the groove of each holder. When lid is closed, the bottom end of the lever is coupled with the housing collar, whereas the upper end rests against the lid. The whole mechanism is suspended on the lock screw with tapered head being placed into the tapered opening in the lid. Nut restrainer is fixed to the lock screw from the opposite side. The restrainer is represented with screw head fixed to the end of lock screw. The locking lever and holder are connected with each other by means of spring turning the lever around axis and pressing the upper lever end to the hatch lid. Thus, the proposed mechanism may be widely used for locking off-the-shelf hatch lids in water supply and sewage pipeline inspection pits.

Inspection well manhole consists of casing with through holes made in the side wall and support band. Casing is installed on support platform. At least three planks are attached to casing side wall inner surface under support band, and with their other ends they are attached to manhole inner side wall. Cover with through holes and cutouts from outer surface side, wherein locking devices are mounted, is installed on casing support band, and lugs either in the form of ribs, or a solid ring are provided on inner surface. Locking device is made in the form of locking screw with a cap designed for a special wrench and lead-screw nut with locking lever rigidly fixed thereon and contacting the casing side wall and support band lower plane when being locked, and one of cover's lugs when being opened. Ring is rigidly fixed on lower locking screw end. Inspection well manholes and street storm-water inlets of any configuration can be designed according to the proposed technical solution. At that manhole covers and street inlets' grids can either be freely supported on casings, or hinged to them.

Locking device comprises rotary rod and locking member installed in orifice made in inspection pit hatch base. Rotary rod has engagement member created in upper end thereof. Locking member is provided with indication means arranged in upper locking member part and adapted to be installed in said orifice to prevent access to engagement member. Engagement member has head to be engaged with key. Indication means is created as plate mating to orifice made in the base. The plate has teeth defining comb structure. The teeth are diametrical about axis of rotation and are spaced a distance providing key installation therefrom. The teeth have L-shaped extensions at teeth ends so that extensions enclose engagement member from below. Rotary rod has control washer to provide space for teeth extension passage and retaining. Inspection well lid has base, at least one fixed thrust and one movable rotary thrust provided with locking means arranged along a circle from the side of support lid base surface. Locking means is made as indicating member, which retains movable thrust and is damaged during movable thrust rotation. Lid has through orifice and indicating member recess, which are made along movable thrust rotation axis. The recess is formed from outer lid surface. Indicating member conform the recess and is forcedly fitted inside the recess below outer lid surface or is flush therewith. In particular case movable thrust is made as locking plate, which may rotate by key from outer side thereof. The key is inserted from outer lid side in through orifice made in lid. Indicating member is made as plastic plate with members, which prevent indicating member removal from lid and with member and/or members, which cooperate with movable thrust axis to restrict the movable thrust from rotation. Plate blocks access to movable thrust axis. Locking plate may be secured to threaded rod having head to be engaged by wrench with the use of nut. In another particular case lid additionally has orifices for mounting thrust members receiving.

Locking device for inspection pit hatch, which is installed in orifice made at protected object base, comprises locking member and rotary bolt. The rotary bolt includes rod with key-operated head and locking means connected to opposite end thereof. Orifice made in base of protected object additionally has socket to receive rod head with locking member made as signal member and having shape corresponding to that of the socket so that it be secured to head in axial direction and in direction of head rotation. Signal member is made as plate provided with members cooperating with head for head fixation in axial direction and in direction of head rotation. Plate member, which prevents head rotation, has surface mating to that of key socket. Fixing member is shaped as radial teeth comb in axial direction thereof. The teeth are provided with L-shaped projections created at teeth ends and enclosing the head. Space between head and teeth flange surfaces provide interference fitting thereof. Said cover is arranged inside reservoir and is attached to movable support welded to inner surface. Central part of cover is made additionally from thin sheet in form of ellipse being pointed by convex surface inside reservoir. Stops and ribs are welded on concave surface of cover perimeter. Detachable oval half-rings provided with slots are arranged on ribs. Pressure ring is arranged on end face of oval collar secured in hole of reservoir. Detachable half-rings are clamped, together with pressure ring, by fasteners and form cover sealing device. Oval gasket is fitted n groove on end face surface of cover.

Angle between side surface of upper lid part and vertical line is from 5° to 10°, angle between side surface of lower lid part and vertical line is equal to 25°-30°. Upper and lower lid part height ratio is 1:5 - 1:3. Two through orifices have elliptical cross-sections and are provided with steel pipes closely fitted in the orifices. The orifices are diametrically symmetric about lid center and are located from both sides of the center. Orifice ellipse axes ratio is from 2:3-2.5:3.5 and larger orifice ellipse axis has length equal to 1/15-1/20 of lid diameter. The lid and support ring are formed of high-strength concrete.
