Orifice ellipse axes ratio is from 2:3-2.5:3.5 and larger orifice ellipse axis has length equal to 1/15-1/20 of lid diameter. The lid and support ring are formed of high-strength concrete. EFFECT: increased reliability. 2 dwg
The present invention relates to road construction, in particular to the structures manholes inspection chambers. Known inspection hatch well, made from cast iron castings and including a housing, the bearing surface of the housing and the cover (see, for example, GOST 3634-99 "Manholes inspection chambers and gullies. Appendix A. Rice". This type of hatch is the most common ("hatch General purpose") and installed on thermal, gas and cable networks, water supply and sanitation. However, the cast iron as a structural material is very fragile and poorly perceives tensile stresses, which are mainly experiencing manhole cover. Also known inspection hatch well, which does not cover all cast iron: it has a recess in the form of spheres for filling with concrete grade not lower than 30 (see ibid. Appendix a, RIA). The disadvantage of this hatch is the difficulty and complexity of manufacturing the hatch covers: the thickness of the concave surface (sphere) than 40-50 mm, which is associated with the need to ensure the high pressure stamping process covers much more complicated. Closest to the proposed technical solution is the inspection hatch well, including a support ring with an annular groove and a reinforced cover with a through hole and narrowing down the bottom is the art (see, for example, patent RF №1715993, CL E 02 D 29/14, 1989). When exposed to a vertical movable load on hatch last perceives its reinforced lid made with a spherical convex surface. Curving, the cover tends to occupy a horizontal position, clamping the inner surface of the support ring and increasing, thus, a stable position of the cover by reducing the degree of movement of the cover in the horizontal direction. However, made from a polymer material cover can not withstand the impact of significant vertical moving loads. The purpose of the present invention is to enhance reliability of the hatch observation well. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the inspection hatch well, including a support ring with an annular groove and a reinforced cover with a through hole and a narrowing down of the lower part, the upper part of the cover is also made tapering downward, and the angle formed by the side surface of the upper part of the cover with a vertical axis, is in the range from 5° to 10°and the lower part of the cover is between 25° to 30°; the ratio of the heights of the upper and lower parts of the cover is in the range from 1:5 to 1:3; two through holes made elliptigo section supplied with steel tubes closely adjacent to the walls of the holes, which are located on the diameter of the cap is symmetrical about its center and on opposite sides thereof. the ratio of the axes ellipse cross-section of the holes is in the range from 2:3 to 2.5:3.5 and the value of the major axis of the ellipse in the range from 1/15 to 1/20 of the diameter of the cover, and made the cover and the support ring made of high-strength concrete grade not lower than the M500. The essence of the proposed technical solution consists in the following. The manufacture of the cap, the upper part of which as well as the bottom, is made tapering from top to bottom, provides the most stable placement of the cover in the reference case of the hatch. Moreover, the corners formed by the side surfaces of the upper and lower parts of the cover and selected within correspondingly from 5° to 10° (upper part) and from 40° to 45° (bottom), not only provide the necessary performance characteristics of the cover when lifting and planting it in the support ring of the hatch, but also prevent slippage and possible subsequent rolling her when shifted (relative to the center of the cover) vertical load. The use of high-strength concrete grade not less M500 for the manufacture of manhole significantly (more than twice) to increase the rated load on the hatch so that you can install it instead of the expensive cast-iron hatches in the areas of most high vertical loads (on the main roads, airfields, docks and so on). Figure 1 shows the inspection hatch decks is a, vertical section; figure 2 is a view in plan. Made of concrete grade not lower than M500 inspection hatch well includes a support ring 1 with the annular groove 2 and the cover 3 made with through-holes 4, intended for installation in them lifting brackets and made ellipse section. Holes supplied with steel tubes closely adjacent to the walls of the holes and located on a diameter of the cover 3 is symmetrical about its center and on different sides of him. The ratio of the axes of the cross section is selected in the range from 2:3 to 2.5:3.5, and the magnitude of the major axis of the ellipse is from 1/15 to 1/20 of the diameter of the cover. The upper edge of the cover 3 and the support ring 1 is made with an annular flange 5, a component with a vertical axis an angle in the range from 40° to 45° and having a width in the range from 0.01 to 0.03 average diameter of the cover and designed to prevent chipping of the edges of the product when installing the hatch cover in the bearing ring. The lower part of the edge can be provided with an annular rubber gasket. The upper part of the cover 3 as well as its lower part, made tapering down. Moreover, the side surface of the upper part of the cap forms a vertical axis angle α size 5° to 10°, the lower part of the cover - corner β a value of 25° to 30°and the ratio of the heights of the upper and lower parts of the cover SEL is given in the range from 1:5 to 1:3. This design of the hatch cover provides reliable and placing it in the support ring, the most satisfactory operational characteristics of the hatch. Manufacturer hatch observation well with parameters beyond that provided in the proposed technical solution, not allow it to achieve its goals. When exposed to a vertical movable load on the inspection hatch well preemptive load perceives cover 3 hatch. Resulting in the cover tensile stress substantially removed through the use of for making the proposed hatch high-strength reinforced concrete grade not lower than the M500, the tensile strength reaches relatively high values. Rated load on this hatch can be significantly improved in comparison with the load provided by the state standard for the most common cast-iron hatches. When shifted (relative to the center of the cover) vertical load cover tends to roll over. However, in the proposed design of the cover mating upper and lower part are angled relative to each other and thereby form a "lock"to prevent slippage and subsequent turning of the cap, and hence the emergence of an emergency. Before agema design of the hatch observation wells can significantly improve the reliability of the hatch. Inspection hatch well, including a support ring with an annular groove and a reinforced cover with a through hole and a narrowing down of the lower part, characterized in that the upper part of the cover is also made tapering downward, and the angle formed by the side surface of the upper part of the cover with a vertical axis, is in the range from 5 to 10°and the lower part of the cover is in the range from 25 to 30°; the ratio of the heights of the upper and lower parts of the cover is in the range from 1:5 to 1:3; two through holes made elliptigo section placed in them steel tubes closely adjacent to the walls of the hole, and located on a diameter of the cap is symmetrical about its center and on opposite sides of it; the ratio of the axes ellipse cross-section of the holes is in the range from 2:3 to 2.5:3.5 and magnitude of the major axis of the ellipse, in the range from 1/15 to 1/20 of the diameter of the cover, and made the cover and the support ring made of high-strength concrete grade not lower than the M500.
