SUBSTANCE: well hatch with adjustable height and tilt includes case with bearing annular surface in its top part and in its bottom part, positioned inside an annular well element fastened rigidly at well ceiling plate platform. Top and bottom annular bearing surfaces feature coaxial through orifices positioned along the circle opposite to each other. Threaded fastening elements are fixated in orifices of bottom annular bearing surface by nuts blocking free rotation of bolts. Hatch top is covered by cap with locking device. Such version allows adjusting vertical position of fastening elements through respective orifices in top annular bearing surface thus lifting or lowering hatch case or adjusting hatch tilt against the well and roadlevel.

The invention relates to the construction of underground structures, namely, to designs of sewage and other wells with manholes, in particular those located on the roadway and pavements, especially to the problems of rehabilitation of the deformed (acting or failing) hatches wells of underground communications.

Known Luc manhole, including a housing with cover and additional repair box (see A.S. SU # 735707, cl. E02D 29/14, 1977). In the famous hatch additional repair box can be used to increase the height of the well as necessary during construction or repair.
This method of increasing the height of the well is labor-intensive, material-intensive and costly, with analysis of a road covering.
Known manhole, including fixed housing and installed with the possibility of moving on the altitude of the head with a cover of the hatch, in which the head in the upper part is made with reference ledge on the perimeter, the bottom surface is broken configuration (see RF patent №2202682, E02D 29/12, 2004). This design to increase the height of less labour intensive, but not sufficiently reliable, since the lifting of the stack without bending is a technically complex task which requires time and effort fixing it raised to full fastening after hardening of a road covering, on which the head rests.
Known Luc manhole, including housing, housed inside the annular element of the well with possibility of vertical travel with regard to him and made with reference plane in its top articulated attached to it cover with a locking device (see the patent of Russian Federation №43277, E02D 29/12, 2004).
Known device has the design of the hatch with hinged lid and locking device, but, like the last, is not very adapted to increase the height of lifting body without distortions also technically difficult and requires time and effort fixing it raised to full fastening after hardening of a road covering, on which housing is based, and the case has a complex structure in respect of the performance of the reference planes.
The closest to the technical nature of the claimed Luc manhole described in the patent of Russian Federation №73887 the class. E02D 29/12, Z. 01.02.2007, publ. 10.06.2008 chosen as a prototype.
Known Luc manhole, including housing, housed inside the well with possibility of vertical travel with regard to him and made with reference plane in its top articulated attached to it cover with a locking device, differs in that the mechanism of vertical movement is in the form of threaded connection, the well is made with thread on the inner surface and the body is made with a thread at the exterior surface of the step that matches the thread pitch of the well, and height thread of a well is at least equal to the height of the housing, the bearing surface performed ring, equipped with diametrically opposed to the samples, and on the opposite side from the axis of fastening of the cover it is fixed a swivel pin plate and the cover is provided with a shut-off device, made in the form of oval holes with circular groove interacting with plate pin.
The housing can be made multi-step and is equipped with at least an additional intermediate coupling, roaming by means of threaded connection, in this interim tube is threaded on the outer surface of the step that matches the thread pitch of the well, and thread on the inner surface coinciding with the thread pitch of the case, the height, the internal thread of the intermediate pipe performed, at least equal to the height of the body.
The disadvantage of the hatch is the complexity of its production, due to the need to make the thread of the big diameter on the inner surface of the ring, the well and the outer surface of the hull of the hatch. And threaded connection of such diameter key, not , especially if it bitumen, covered with corrosion or receive in the time of laying asphalt.
In addition, the operational capabilities of the famous hatch limited because there is no possibility to adjust the slope of the hatch.
The task is to simplify the design of the hatch and its adjustment mechanism, the expansion of its operational capabilities.
The problem is solved by the fact that in the hatch of the well-regulated in the process of operation for height and angle, including a housing placed inside the well equipped with the mechanism of vertical movement of the shell relatively well and executed with the support ring surface in its top for the cover with a locking device ACCORDING to the INVENTION, building the hatch is placed inside the annular element of the well fixed on the site slabs of a well, and made also with a ring bearing surface in the lower its part, with the top and bottom anchor ring surfaces of the body are made located on a circle against each other coaxial holes for placing in the bottom of them fasteners with thread with the possibility of regulating their vertical position through corresponding holes in the upper ring of the bearing surface, which together form a mechanism of vertical movement of the shell relatively well.
Placement of housing hatch inside the annular element of the well, motionless assigned to on-site slabs well, when you run the housing sunroof with the bottom of the ring surface and in the presence of top and bottom anchor ring surfaces located on a circle against each other coaxial holes in conjunction with the placement of the lower holes for fasteners with thread gives the possibility to adjust their vertical position through corresponding holes in the upper reference the ring surface, thus providing lifting and lowering of the housing hatch and its angle relative to the well and the level of the road.

The proposed Luc has novelty in comparison with the prototype, differing from it in such essential features as the placement of housing hatch inside the annular element of the well fixed on the site slabs well, the housing sunroof and with a ring bearing surface of the bottom in the top and bottom anchor ring surfaces of the body located on a circle against each other coaxial holes for placing in the bottom of them fasteners with thread with the possibility of regulating their vertical position through corresponding holes in the upper ring of the bearing surface, forming together mechanism of vertical movement of the shell relatively well, ensuring the achievement of a given result.
The applicant unknown solutions having the distinctive features, altogether providing achievement of a given result, so he believes that the proposed solution meets the criterion of «inventive step».
The proposed Luc well, providing easy-to regulation surface hatch relatively pavement indiscriminately from asphalt bed, find a wide application in the field of construction of underground structures, namely in the construction of sewage and other wells with manholes, in particular those located on the roadway, on the sidewalks, and other venues, and therefore meets the criterion of «industrial applicability». The invention is illustrated by drawings, where presented at:

The adjustable height and tilt sunroof well contains housed inside the annular element 1 well, fixed at the site slabs well (not shown), case 2, is made with a support ring surface of 3 in their top and with a ring bearing surface of 4 at the bottom of its parts.
