Said frame can be swung by links articulated therewith. Hinge linked with crank is arranged at the centre of one of said links. Mechanisms to extend, clamp and unclamp the claws are equipped with motors. Said motors have disc rotor and stator mounted at fixed bed in the zone of operation of appropriate drive.

Hydraulic press

Hydraulic press comprises a moving beam and a fixed beam, two actuating cylinders and two return cylinders, a pump station and a system of distribution and directional control equipment. The said system comprises sixteen back pressure valves, fourteen two-way cut-off slides, a four-way three-position reverse slide, a four-way two-position slide, a main doser and an additional doser installed coaxially. Each doser is made with two identical high pressure dosing cylinders and two identical low pressure dosing cylinders. The cylinders' plungers form movable units rigidly fixed to each other and fitted by a bar to switch the four-way two-position slide. One input of the said slide is connected to the drain and the other - to the output of the four-way three-position slide. The high pressure dosing cylinders of the dosers are of periphery mounting and are connected to one of the power cylinders pairwise. The low pressure dosing cylinders of both dosers are connected to the pump station fluid tank separately via the back pressure valves.

Hydraulic press

Hydraulic press comprises an actuating cylinder, main and additional hydraulic intensifiers, a pump station, a system of distributors. The intensifiers are made as high and low pressure cylinders with plungers forming movable plunger blocks which are rigidly connected to each other. The system of distributors consists of a four-way three-position reversing slide valve and a three-way two-position slide valve. A system of eight back pressure valves, a system of six two-way two-position cut-off slide valves and a four-way two-position slide valve are provided in the press. The cavities of high pressure cylinders of each intensifier are separately connected to the piston cavity of the actuating cylinder through the sequentially installed back pressure valves and normally closed cut-off slide valves. One of the outputs of the four-way two-position slide valve is connected to the low pressure cylinder cavity in the main intensifier through the normally closed cut-off slide valve and to the high pressure cylinder cavity in the additional intensifier through the parallel installed back pressure valve and normally closed cut-off slide valve. The second output of the said slide valve is connected to the low pressure cylinder cavity in the additional intensifier through the normally closed cutoff slide valve and to the high pressure cylinder cavity through the parallel installed back pressure valve and normally open cut-off slide valve. The result is expanded process capabilities of the press and simplified control circuit for the main intensifier. The inputs of the said slide valve are connected to the drain and one of the outputs of the three-way two-position slide valve. Additionally the cavities of low pressure cylinders of both intensifiers are separately connected to a fluid tank and the piston cavity of the actuating cylinder through the back pressure valves.

Invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of circular oxide compacted article. It can be used for production of catalyst stationary bed used in shell-and-tube reactor pipes. Powder material containing at least one metal compound to be converted into metal oxide by heat treatment, or at least one metal oxide , or at least one metal oxide and at least one metal compound, are placed in loading chamber. Mechanical compaction is performed to preform ring-like article with side surface shaped to truncated cone expanding upward. Preformed article is heat treated at ≥100°C to destruct and/or chemically convert the article components with production of gas compound and final ring-like oxide article.

The controller inputs are connected to the outputs of the pressure sensor in the working cavity of the power hydraulic cylinder, those of the position sensor of the pump adjusting unit and of the angular velocity sensor for the rotation of hydraulic machines' shafts.

A hot isostatic press comprises a reservoir for development of pressure, inside of which there is a loading space. Between the reservoir and the loading space there is insulation. The loading space is surrounded with a convection cartridge for formation of a convection gap. A fluid medium is supplied into the loading space at least via one nozzle for development of the vortex flow. The specified fluid medium is mixed with the fluid medium available in the loading space. At the same time the fluid medium simultaneously forms a circulating cartridge around a convection cartridge and arrives from the convection gap into the loading space. Inside the reservoir for development of pressure there is at least one line for fluid medium, which is connected at least with one nozzle inside the reservoir. The angle of nozzle output is made as capable of development of the vortex flow inside the loading space.

After vertical compaction, horizontal reduction force is applied from the side of the bush working end to make 10-15 % of vertical compaction at specific force of horizontal compaction 30-40% larger than specific vertical compaction force. Multicavity mould comprises female die 1, top vertical male die 2, chase 3, fixed male dies 4, set of cavity inserts to male cavities 6 to be filled with powder. Horizontal male die 8 and extra vertical male die 10 are conjugated in inclined surface 9 with inclination angle α=10…15 to the mould vertical axis. This mould incorporates the element designed to return horizontal male die to initial position and composed by resilient element.

It additionally comprises a mixer made of a body, nozzles for input of a filler and an aggregate, besides, along the vertical axis of the mixer body there is a rotor with blades arranged at the angle to each other, the lower part of the mixer via the gate and the pipeline is connected to the lower part of the device for mixing of the material with the binder made of a body and a nozzle of binder injection, inside the body on its opposite sides there are two augers in the form of a spiral with the opposite winding rotating with the help of electric motors, at the outer side of the device body for mixing along its perimeter there is a coil with a coolant. Blades installed on the rotor of the mixer have the shape of a rectangular triangle. Application of the proposed device makes it possible to use biowaste of animals (manure, dung), and also to use local resource in the form of easily available and environment-safe materials.

Every roller on end sides is furnished with replaceable spur gears rigidly fixed therewith. Gearing between limit rings and gears makes rigid engagement between female die and compaction rollers.

Note here that additional pressure is created to resilient clamp for it to take up the shape that rules out flash formation at armature parts extending beyond dimensions of formed part. Elastic coating is applied to connecting surfaces of male and female dies and forming insert. Said coating prevents penetration of moulding material into gaps in mould closure.

Invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to forming hollow microspheres in the presence of fluid in production of porous structural ceramics. Hollow microspheres are mixed with fluid in the form of aqueous solution of sulfides in chamber for separation of microspheres and separation of integral microspheres from broken microspheres and/or those of different density. Forming is performed in two steps in female die including cylindrical part and conical part shaped to cone with through hole at its vertex. At first step, liquid level is decreased by lowering bottom male die. Thereafter, female die is lowered at decreased liquid level. Top and bottom male dies are lifted at a time to compact microspheres by female die conical part. Microspheres and chloride solution are transferred into female die cylindrical part by lifting top male die to effect compaction by bottom male die. Broken microspheres are removed via discharge chamber.

Proposed mould comprises flexible polymer film, layer of cured resin arranged thereon and layer of porous aluminium oxide made on aforesaid layer. Porous aluminium oxide layer has reverse prominent surface structure. Said structure has multiple recesses. Size of said recesses, if seen in perpendicular direction to said surface, varies between 10 nm and 500 nm. Flexible roller-shaped mould can be arranged on substrate outer surface. Said mould is used to form antireflection structure on polarisation plate. For this, said plate is displaced relative to mould. Note here that prior to forming said structure, polarisation plate axis is properly arranged parallel with roller perimetre, roller length making 2πr, where r is roller radius.

Said plates are secured by means of studs and nuts at top and bottom flanges. Flanges are secured to casing. Plate teeth are regularly located on forming wheel outer side. Teeth side surfaces are inclined toward pellet exit through a definite angle to interact with plate teeth of second forming wheel. Second wheel is arranged in casing between top and bottom flanges with minimum clearance to run free therein. Second wheel teeth are regularly spaced on inner surface at the same spacing and with the same inclination at angle a to direction of rotation.
