Extruded feeder chute with hardened edge Feeder chute has open container composed by central part of permanent section over its entire length and connected at every end with end part. It is made from plastic material by extrusion or pultrusion. Said chute has bottom connecting two lateral walls terminated in free ends, one of the latter being provided with protective section while outer zone of one free ends features larger cross-section than other part of said lateral wall. Protective section has slit and inner cross-section corresponding to that of larger edge zone of lateral wall but exceeds it a bit, while section width corresponds to lateral wall depth in boundary zone adjoining that with larger cross-section but exceeds it to cover said increased end zone. Said protective section is made of metal while edge zone has through cavity extending in lengthwise direction. |

Invention relates to agriculture, particularly the poultry industry - namely, to improvement of the technology of watering from nipple waterers of young birds that are reared for breeding purposes and for meat. The proposed method of increasing the efficiency of nipple waterers is to increase the watering space through the use of cup of drop-catcher and formation of a reflex of drinking in birds. Implementation of the method is possible by use of the device providing visuality and automatic replenishment of consumed water. |

Device for activation of chickens to water consumption from trough-type waterers Invention relates to agriculture, particularly the poultry industry and can be used in the technology of rearing young birds. The device comprises a trough 1, the means for bubbling water and the light source. The trough 1 is provided with a tunnel 2 for air supply and bubbling water. The tunnel 2 is made equal to the size of the trough 1 bottom and is formed of two surfaces 4 and 5. The upper plane 4 on the lower side is equipped along the perimetre with the skirting 3 with the height not more than 2 cm. The lower plane 5 is aligned with the bottom of the trough 1. The upper surface 4 is made perforated and is affixed to the lower plane 5 by the screws 6. At that the plane 4 is turned with the skirting downwards. Along the longitudinal axis on the plane 4 of the tunnel 2 the carrier panel 7 is provided with mirrors of the lower row 8 and the upper row 9 on both sides of the panel. The carrier panel 7 with the plane 4 is fixed by screws 6 to a trough 1. The carrier panel 7 divides the trough 1 along the length into two sections, and formes two troughs 11 and 12. In each of the troughs 11 and 12 the outer front skirting 10 is made of a transparent material. On the end skirting 13 of the trough 1 the water level controller 14 and the illuminator 15 are mounted. The mirrors of the lower row 8 of the panel 7 are fixed with a slope of 15-20° towards the front skirting 10. The mirrors of the upper row are mounted on the panel hingedly with the ability to change by the controller 18 of their angle of inclination. |

Drinking trough comprises a housing, a water cavity, a dispenser connected to the water cavity, a space forming a conical dome to save energy, located in the lower part of the drinking trough. The drinking trough is located in the place of animals (poultry) management in open manner (loose housing) or in facilities without forced heating. The drinking trough also comprises a heating element in contact with the dispenser, an external heat insulation. The auxiliary conical dome of the air heat curtain is made solid and made of a material resistant to low temperatures. |

Waterer has casing with outer conical thread and axial through channel of variable diameter, said channel being axially aligned with casing channel. Valve seat axially arranged between casing and bushing is made in the form of washer wherein spherical body is located. Pusher passed through bushing for displacement therein in vertical plane protrudes with its lower part from bushing. Waterer is additionally equipped with elastic sealing ring positioned between casing and bushing. Casing axial channel is provided with thread and bushing is provided with mating thread. Recess is formed in upper part of bushing, with size of recess corresponding to size of valve seat. Upper part of bushing channel and upper part of pusher are made conical. |
