Pusher passed through bushing for displacement therein in vertical plane protrudes with its lower part from bushing. Waterer is additionally equipped with elastic sealing ring positioned between casing and bushing. Casing axial channel is provided with thread and bushing is provided with mating thread. Recess is formed in upper part of bushing, with size of recess corresponding to size of valve seat. Upper part of bushing channel and upper part of pusher are made conical.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, particularly poultry, namely, means of mechanization watering birds - drip watering systems, and can be used on large farms and private farms.

Famous drip troughs for birds, containing a vertically mounted cylindrical-shaped body with an upper end opening and a lower end opening. The body is made conical external thread for attachment to the water supply. Inside the case there is a through channel with changing from input to output in diameter. In the channel rigidly mounted metal sleeve having a cylindrical shape. The inner surface of the sleeve is made in the form of three located on the same axis cylinders sequentially varying diameters. In the upper part of the sleeve is a spherical body. In the lower part of the sleeve is installed, the rod can move in vertical and horizontal directions. The stem of the lower part protrudes out of the housing and between the rod and the housing there is a gap. The upper thickened end of the rod has a larger base flat surface. Between the spherical body and the stem is formed by accumulating cavity (see Russian Federation patent No. 2196422, MCL And 01 To 39/02, from 25.12.2000).

The disadvantages of this waterers can be attributed to the complexity of the design, calls the General high complexity in the manufacture and as a consequence, a significant increase in the cost of the product, the design also has a greater intensity.

Some of the drawbacks mentioned drinkers eliminated in the adopted for the prototype, the famous drinking bird containing a vertically mounted cylindrical casing made of thermoplastic material with a Central through-channel of variable diameter, a metal valve seat having a Central through channel, in alignment with the channel of the housing. In the lower part of the end-to-end channel set sleeve of thermoplastic material with a Central channel aligned with the channel of the casing and having upper and lower cylindrical conical part. Metal seated valve, made in the form of washers located between thermoplastic housing and a thermoplastic sleeve coaxial with him. Metal valve seat there is a metal ball. The needle valve is made in the form of brad head. The surface of the head of the needle valve facing the metal ball, is made convex and installed on the guide sleeve in place mates, its cylindrical and conical parts with a gap relative to the metal ball and the inner cylindrical wall of the sleeve. The disadvantages specified waterers can be attributed to the complexity of the clearance between the ball and needle valve that leads either to a constant after the water from the trough, or the lack of water from the trough at all. In addition, to serious disadvantage is the water leakage in the connection between thermoplastic housing and a thermoplastic sleeve, that is, between the upper and lower parts of the drinker.

The technical problem solved by this invention is to change the design of the cups, which can eliminate the above mentioned shortcomings.

The goal of the project is achieved by the fact that in the famous drinking bird drip, comprising a housing with an external tapered thread and a through axial channel of variable diameter, a sleeve with a Central channel of variable diameter, coaxial channel of the housing, located between the housing and sleeve coaxial with them, the valve seat is made in the form of a washer, which has a spherical body, passed through the sleeve, the plunger can move in the vertical direction, the lower part protruding from the bushing, according to the invention liquid dispenser is further provided with an elastic sealing ring mounted between the housing and the sleeve, the axial channel of the housing is threaded, and a sleeve response external thread, and in which RNA part of the sleeve holds the deepening on the size of the valve seat, the channel of the sleeve in the upper part and the upper part of the pusher is made conical.

Drinking bird drip works as follows.

The housing 1 by means of a conical thread 2 vertically installed in the pipeline. Water from the water supply system is fed into the channel 3 of the housing 1. The spherical body 12 closes off the washer 11 of the valve seat, closing the access water from a plumbing system outside. In this part of the water under the action of capillary forces penetrates in the axial channel 6 inside liners and 5, and then the pusher 8 flows in its lower part, forming a drop, which attracts birds. This design meets the physiology of birds. It is suitable for drinking and begins to peck the drop, affecting the pusher 8. The plunger 8, in turn, raises the spherical body 12, and the water on channels 3 and 6 actively goes down, resulting in the bird promptly supplied the necessary amount of water. If necessary cleaning maintenance or repair drinkers sleeve 5 by the screw 4 in the case and return the thread 7 is turned from the housing 1, is taken out of the sealing elastic ring 9, the plunger 8, the washer 11 and the spherical body 12. The device comprises a trough 1, the means for bubbling water and the light source. The trough 1 is provided with a tunnel 2 for air supply and bubbling water. The tunnel 2 is made equal to the size of the trough 1 bottom and is formed of two surfaces 4 and 5. The upper plane 4 on the lower side is equipped along the perimetre with the skirting 3 with the height not more than 2 cm. The lower plane 5 is aligned with the bottom of the trough 1. The upper surface 4 is made perforated and is affixed to the lower plane 5 by the screws 6. At that the plane 4 is turned with the skirting downwards. Along the longitudinal axis on the plane 4 of the tunnel 2 the carrier panel 7 is provided with mirrors of the lower row 8 and the upper row 9 on both sides of the panel. The carrier panel 7 with the plane 4 is fixed by screws 6 to a trough 1. The carrier panel 7 divides the trough 1 along the length into two sections, and formes two troughs 11 and 12. In each of the troughs 11 and 12 the outer front skirting 10 is made of a transparent material. On the end skirting 13 of the trough 1 the water level controller 14 and the illuminator 15 are mounted. The mirrors of the lower row 8 of the panel 7 are fixed with a slope of 15-20° towards the front skirting 10. The mirrors of the upper row are mounted on the panel hingedly with the ability to change by the controller 18 of their angle of inclination.

EFFECT: increased activation of chickens for consumption of water is provided and thus the efficiency of biological resource mobilisation of organism of chickens is increased.

The proposed method of increasing the efficiency of nipple waterers is to increase the watering space through the use of cup of drop-catcher and formation of a reflex of drinking in birds. Implementation of the method is possible by use of the device providing visuality and automatic replenishment of consumed water.

EFFECT: proposed technical solution provides fast formation of the behaviour reflex to water, adaptation of chickens to growing conditions and formation of their biologically necessary water balance.

SUBSTANCE: feeder chute has open container composed by central part of permanent section over its entire length and connected at every end with end part. It is made from plastic material by extrusion or pultrusion. Said chute has bottom connecting two lateral walls terminated in free ends, one of the latter being provided with protective section while outer zone of one free ends features larger cross-section than other part of said lateral wall. Protective section has slit and inner cross-section corresponding to that of larger edge zone of lateral wall but exceeds it a bit, while section width corresponds to lateral wall depth in boundary zone adjoining that with larger cross-section but exceeds it to cover said increased end zone. Said protective section is made of metal while edge zone has through cavity extending in lengthwise direction.
