The invention relates to a package for a group of packs of cigarettes (cigarettes) in the form of a sheath for it, and it is composed of, in particular, from a solid billet.

For transportation and, if necessary, subsequent sale of packs of cigarettes are grouped in so-called blocks of cigarettes and supplied by shell, covering the entire group. For the formation of the shell is known for various features. Typically, the content, namely packs of cigarettes indistinguishable. In appearance it is also difficult to draw conclusions about the content.

The present invention is the packaging, the form of which allows to make a conclusion about the content. In addition, the packaging must be made on the possibility of rationally on high-speed packaging machine.

Packaging according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the shell made the type of a pack with hinged lid. For packs of cigarettes, provided as the content, it is preferably of the so-called containers with hinged lid with item bundle having a vertical front wall with a large surface, the hinged lid and the rim or analogically to the so-called soft packaging. In accordance with the invention, the shell block of cigarettes made by type of pack with hinged lid, in particular, by type described VERTIC is through packs of cigarettes with hinged lid. Figure 2 shows the package 10 in accordance with the invention, the outer shape of which corresponds to the vertical, classic and widespread folding carton for cigarettes. The lower part of the box 11 is closed by the upper cover 12. Part of the frame 11 has a front wall 14 large size, a back wall 15, the narrow side walls 16 and 17 and bottom wall 18. The bottom wall is formed adjacent the bottom to the front wall 14 of the outer longitudinal valve 19 adjacent the bottom of the rear wall 15 of the inner longitudinal valve 20 and adjacent to the side walls of the corner flaps 21, 22. Three of these latter valves 20-22 designed so that they cannot overlap each other and thus are exactly in the same plane. Only the outer valve 19 overlaps the other three valves. For forming the upper wall 32 of the cover (also upper wall of the packaging) in the workpiece 24 is provided adjacent the top of the rear wall 26 of the cap covering the valve 33, adjacent the top to the front wall 25 of the cover inner cover flap 34 and side flaps 35, 36. Similarly, the bottom wall 18 of the upper wall 32 of the cover are also dual-layer. For this purpose, the valves 34-36 have the proper form, that between them there is no intersection.

The valves 34-36 at the top of the adjacent parts of the workpiece to form the flanges 13, namely the already mentioned front wall 31 for the Ukraine over the inner cover flap 34 and side valves 37, 38 contour. Between the side valve 37 of the rim and the front wall 31 of the contour formed by the straight line 39 fold, and the fold line 40 between the front wall 31 of the flanges and the side valve 38 contour. Parallel to these lines bend and almost aligned with them (slightly shifted outwards) the corresponding longitudinal lines 41, 42 of the bend between the side wall 16 and front wall 14 and, respectively, the front wall 14 and side wall 17.

Provided for the formation of the cover 12 parts of the workpiece in accordance with figure 1 has been partially separated from the workpiece 11 boxes separating the sections and connected to each other only at the site of residual compounds. Appropriate separation sections 43, 44 and 45 are provided between the lateral walls 27, 28 of the cover and the adjacent side walls 16, 17, and between the inner valve 29 of the lid and the front wall 14. The separation section 44 on the lower edge of the inner valve 29 of the cover simultaneously determines the shape of the notches 30. Jumper 47, 48 of the material in the first opening of the package are separated and detached from each other so that initially interconnected packing details, namely the side walls 16, 17, on the one hand, and the side walls 27, 28 of the cover, on the other hand, there are the remains of jumpers, 49, 50, see figure 3 and 4.

The rim 13 on the section valves 34-36 adjacent to the cover. Side flaps 37, 38 of the rim is separated from the front wall 31 of the contour straight lines bend. Between the front wall 31 of the rim and the inner cover flap 34 is provided with a separation section that defines the shape of the visible grooves 51 in the front wall of the rim and its upper edge. The recess 51 is limited on the side of the vertical ridges 52, 53. Dividing the slit 54 is interrupted residual connection 55 between the ridges 52, 53. Also provided for separating the sections 56, 57 between the side flaps 37, 38 of the rim and side valves 35, 36 cap.

Finally, the peculiarity lies in the transition area between the separating slits 56 and 54, respectively, 54 and 57. In this case, lines 39, 40 fold overlap. In the manufacture of packaging is first applied adhesive, the space needed for the internal fixation of the valve 29 of the cover and the rim 13. Then, the inner valve 29 of the cover is bent 180° on the front wall 25 of the cover. After that, the rim 13 is bent from the position of figure 1 and the image plane back down, namely around jumpers 62 material so that the side flaps 37 and 38 of the flanges partially abut the inside of the side walls 16, 17 and partially protrude from them, see figure 3. The front wall 31 of the rim adjacent narrow strip 63 more to the front wall 14 below the dividing section 44, but otherwise positioned over the front wall up to the outside, see figure 3 and 4.

Intermediate bends 58, 59 in figure 1, that is, between the separation lines 56, 57 and 54, is bounded above by a dividing sections 64, 65, continuing the above line, which also interrupted the residual connect the tions, namely, the ridges 66, 67 of the material. When first opening the packing jumpers 66, 67 of the material are separated, while the intermediate bends 58, 59 remain in the cover. Therefore, it is preferable to connect the intermediate bends with the relevant sections of the workpiece pasting.

Further bending of the workpiece and, accordingly, the further manufacturing of the packaging is manufactured according to the manufacturing process.

Ready pack contains two rows of five regular packs of cigarettes with hinged lid, each with a sharp vertical 90°mi edges bend in accordance with longitudinal lines 41, 42 of the bend.

In the finished pack sinus bend 58, 59 are located inside the package, namely between the side wall 27 of the cover and the front wall 25 of the cover and respectively between the front wall 25 of the cover and side wall 28 of the lid.

As can be seen in figure 4, individual packs of cigarettes in each row, placed a dense layer adjacent to each other by walls with a large surface (the front wall and the back wall). Accordingly, the dimensions of the package 10 are such that the width of the packaging corresponds approximately to the thickness of five separate packs of cigarettes, pack depth corresponding to approximately the width of the individual cigarette packs and height - the height of two located on top of each other packs of cigarettes. Vertical continue the major edges of the outer packs of cigarettes next adjacent and parallel to the vertical longitudinal edges (lines 41, 42) packaging. Figure 5-8 describe another embodiment of the packaging according to the invention in combination with the corresponding workpiece. We are talking about the so-called packing 69 with rounded edges and provided for the workpiece 70. In order to avoid repetitions positions are stored. Only on the site usually are longitudinal bend lines drawn vertical sections 71, 72, 73, 74 rounding. Other details of the workpiece is adjusted to them. So, sinus 58, 59 bends a bit wider. Each has a size corresponding to the associated top wall 32 and, accordingly, the bottom wall 18. Finished packing 69 contains two rows of packs with rounded edges with a hinged lid (cigarette pack) similar to figure 4. The radii of the sections 71-74 of the curves fitted to the radii of the rounded edges of individual packs of cigarettes. Hollow space as possible are eliminated. Simultaneously, the outer impression of the packing 69 gives a direct indication of the contents of the package.

Finally, figures 9-12 show an embodiment of the packaging according to the invention in the form of an octagonal packaging 75 with hinged lid. Position again saved. With the exception of longitudinal creases. Here in this example implementation is provided by a narrow strip of 76-78 bend with each 45°some fold lines. Separate valves 19-22, 25-28, 33-36 and sinus 58, 59 bend is accomplished similarly to figure 5. Fig shows a modified workpiece 81, namely, the modified variant of the template of figure 1. Along with the above application packages according to the invention as a packing for groups of cigarette packs packaging can also be performed with other dimensions and to accommodate other products.

Fig-23 belong to another variant the execution of a block of cigarettes. The package 100 has a shell made of the above material, made of workpiece 101. In contrast, the valve 106 with a small surface is not over the entire surface of the top wall 107 of the packaging, and only approximately half of the width. Their radius corresponds to the radius of the rounded edges 119, 120.

The lower valves 113, 114 is slightly narrower in comparison with the dimensions and the vertical parts 121, 122 edge. Between the lower valves 113, 114 and rounded edges 121 are short vertical intermediate part 123, 124 with dimensions b, so that, for example, the lower valve 114 has a size of C=a-2b in the direction of the width of end walls 115. 1. Packaging according to claim 3, characterized in that before the first opening of the package (10) of the rear wall (26) of the cover on the line segment (46) flat hinge connected to a rear wall (26) of the package, the side walls (27, 28) of the cover and side walls (16, 17) packing separated from each other nibbling sections (43, 44, 45) and connected only residual compounds (47, 48) and, in particular, the front wall (25) of the cover or relating to the internal valve (29) of the cover separated from the front wall (14) packaging dividing section (44).

Packing for a group of packs of cigarettes (cigarettes) in the form of a sheath for it, in particular, from one solid piece (24, 70, 80), and the shell is made according to the type of shell for a pack of cigarettes with hinged lid, characterized in that it is made in the form of an octagonal packaging, i.e. vertically connected by a narrow strip (76, 79) bend double longitudinal bend lines in place of the usual vertical longitudinal lines (41, 42) of the bend, and as the content provided octagonal pack of cigarettes with a narrow vertical stripes fold packs of cigarettes along a vertical strips (76, 79) bend.

Packaging according to claim 9, characterized in that before the first opening of the package (10) of the rear wall (26) of the cover on the line segment (46) flat hinge connected to a rear wall (26) of the package, the side walls (27, 28) of the cover and side walls (16, 17) packing separated from each other nibbling sections (43, 44, 45) and connected only residual compounds (47, 48) and, in particular, the front wall (25) of the cover or relating to the internal valve (29) of the cover separated from the front wall (14) packaging divide the compulsory section (44).

The workpiece for the manufacture of packaging for loading groups of cigarette packs and formation of so-called cartons of cigarettes, with details of the blanks for forming the front wall (102), rear wall (103), bottom wall (104), top wall (107) and end walls (115, 116), characterized in that at the area of transition between the front wall (102) and parts procurement for forming end walls, with one hand, and between the rear wall (103) and parts procurement for fo the formation of the end walls, on the other hand, is provided adjacent the fold line with a small distance between them for 45°-different bends for octagonal packaging.

FIELD: containers, packaging elements or packages, specially adapted for particular articles or materials, namely cigarette packs.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

FIELD: packing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed packing with two main walls, two side walls and two end face walls has envelope with smoking articles made of sheet protective material and hole made in sheet material to take smoking articles out of packing. Said hole is located on upper end face wall and terminates on one of main walls of packing being provided with cover with nondrying glue layer on one of surfaces by means of which it attaches to protective material envelope at edges of its hole. Said envelope is provided with lip non-covered with layer of glue which makes it possible to hermetically close the packing after taking out smoking article. Packing is furnished with outer wrapper made of sheet material arranged from outer side of envelope and covering part of cover and part of envelope. Wrapper does not preclude access to lip non-covered with layer of glue. To open the wrapper for the first time and open the hole closed by cover to take out smoking article, it should be torn off or removed from packing.

EFFECT: provision of packing whose external appearance shows whether packing has been opened before, or not.

SUBSTANCE: proposed flat blank for cigarette packs of parallelepiped form has front wall, rear wall, two side walls, cover and base with longitudinal axis and central part limited by two longitudinal lines of bend parallel to longitudinal axis, two side parts arranged at opposite side of central part, several cross of bend dividing central part into first wall forming base, second wall forming front wall, third wall forming cover and fourth wall forming rear wall, preliminarily weakened tearoff line dividing second wall into first trapezoidal section and second section.
