Separate pipes 8, 12 are arranged at lengthwise vessel bottom to discharge impurities from said bottom. Said drive is equipped with extra frozen core booster composed by endless belt 15 with drive articulated with that of toothed rollers 4. Position of said endless belt 15 relative to vessel 1 is controlled by tension rollers 16.

The disadvantage of these devices is not enough high-quality water treatment associated with the technological complexity of realization of process of cooling and heating.
