SUBSTANCE: drillable packer consists of mandrel with shoe at its bottom and spring-loaded check valve fitted inside mandrel axial channel. Top and bottom cutoff slips with expanding cones, seal element and movable support with the stack of split lock wings are fitted on said mandrel. Said mandrel has inner bore at bottom end. Mandrel axial channel accommodates hollow rod with extender and collet. Said extender has lengthwise grooves. Collet lugs have heads to interact with the mandrel inner bore. Besides, they interact with check valve cone in axial channel via extender grooves. Extender has throttling orifice and radial orifices there above and is arranged to get in end contact with shoe check valve. Said rod has adapter with adjusting nut and is coupled with mandrel by cut element.
EFFECT: packer protection against overpressure, tightness of production tubing, direct or back flushing of axial channel.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and is intended for blocking the annulus wells during repair and isolation works.
Known packer (see A.S. №1.832.148 M class. 21 33/12, publ. 07.08.93,, bull. №29).
The device consists of a hollow cylindrical body with screw threads on the outer surface sealing element, extrusion washers, upper in the form of annular sectors with radial grooves and hooks. At the lower end of a hollow cylindrical body there are lower in the form of annular sectors elements with the bottom support, which relies on the lower pusher, rigidly connected with a pipe and shank, between which posted by ring. Upper and lower pushers have retainers in the form of elastic split rings with triangular cross-section, of interacting with a similar thread on the outer surface of the hull.
The work of the packer.
Packer with the help of rings attached to the planting device and at the Elevator column pipes down into the well. Create excessive pressure of the fluid with the action on the upper pusher, and through and nipple ring at the bottom pusher.

Disadvantages devices:
- the need for further technological operations related to the roundtrip operations on equipping instrument tubing pipes and submission of the isolating liquid in zone;
- design of the packer does not imply the equipment check valve, which is necessary for carrying out isolation works, creating excessive pressure in the given interval. In this part of the insulating composition after pressure relief may be presented both in the axial bore packer and axial channel tubing pipes that can lead to an emergency situation;
- carrying out isolation works involves filing a definite volume of isolation ended in zone, which is not always the same as the actual amount that can take layer, In this case, this volume delete from the well in the direct or reverse flushing, that in applying this design packer to impossible.

Packer consists of a hollow trunk with a sealant on the outer side of the latch, inlet with a plug at the bottom, with radial holes, a hydraulic cylinder with a piston. This requires additional work on determination of strength characteristics of the material from which made a packer, and then determine the depth of the ring groove.
The technical result, which can be obtained by the implementation of the proposed invention consists in the following:
- possibility of hydraulic landing by planting tool, with the protection of trunk packer pressure, as it is made from grey cast iron, which has sufficiently low strength properties;
- undocking planting tool from the trunk of the packer, preserving the tightness of tubing pipes and a possibility of isolation ended in zone;
- possibility cutoff zone from axial barrel packer after the technological process;
- possibility of direct or backwashing axial channel tubing pipes from surplus insulating composition, with the formation of hydrodynamic connection between the axial channel tubing pipes and space wells;
- possibility of multiple application landing valve, extracted from the boreholes with your instrument.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the device consists of a trunk with hollow shaft in axial channel and check valve. On the lower end of the barrel is installed Shoe with a spring-loaded non-return valve, the upper and lower explosive die, expanding cone, sealing element, mobile base with service locking split rings.
