According to invention in die holder additional through radial apertures are made, wherein sockets are mounted with possible extension in radial direction. Inner hollow of die holder is connected to inner hollow of body by a row of radial apertures. In pusher bushing through radial apertures are made, wherein sockets are mounted with possible extension in radial direction. Pusher bushing is rigidly fixed to the body, and its inner hollow is connected to inter-tubular space below the collar.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely, devices for isolating the annulus in wells during hydraulic fracturing, injection of liquid, gas or insulating fluids under pressure to increase oil recovery and repair and insulation works.

A device comprising a hollow body with a radial hole, sleeve, bushing-plunger placed on the body, with the possibility of interaction with the sleeve, a cone mounted on the housing for axial movement, a cylinder connected to the cone, die with plashkoderzhatelya mounted on the housing with the possibility of extension of the dies in a radial direction when interacting with the cone, the ratchet to lock the bushing-follower relative to the cone and dice with plashkoderzhatelya, the thrust sleeve connected to the housing above the cuff, and the saddle with the ball placed in the body [1].

A disadvantage of the known device is complicated to manufacture, high cost, and most importantly not enough high reliability due to frequent failure of the primary node device is a ratchet that do not provide 100% rigid fixation sleeve of the plunger relative to the housing when installing the device in the well. In addition, the device must complete hydraulic anchor with the above to prevent moving the device up when pumping liquid, gas or insulating solution under pressure into the well.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence is a device that includes a hollow body with an annular groove and a number of radial holes, the bushing-plunger with radial holes, cuffs, cylinder, circular cone, resistant sleeve with a hole in the wall forming with the casing an annular cavity, a ratchet, snap ring, dice, plashkoderzhatelya, clutch, seat, ball, Cams, shear pins [2].

A disadvantage of the known devices are also relatively low reliability due to frequent failure of the ratchet, not providing 100% rigid fixation sleeve of the plunger relative to the housing when installing the device in the well. In addition, the device is difficult to manufacture, has a high cost and the necessity of picking a hydraulic anchor the top to prevent moving the device up when pumping liquid, gas or insulating solution under pressure into the well.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the reliability and durability of the device, simplifying device structurally and reducing its cost and increasing the productivity of producing wells by eliminating idle injection wells and reduction in material costs due to popcorn the x, multiple installations of new or refurbished devices.

Required technical result is achieved in that the device for isolating the annulus in the borehole includes a hollow body with a number of radial holes, sleeve, bushing-plunger placed on the body, with the possibility of interaction with the sleeve, a cone mounted on the housing, a cylinder connected to the cone, die with plashkoderzhatelya mounted on the housing with the possibility of extension of the dies in a radial direction when interfacing with a taper, saddle and shear the screws according to the invention in plashkoderzhatelya made extra holes in which are mounted slips with the possibility of extension in the radial direction, the inner cavity plashkoderzhatelya communicated with the inner cavity casing near the radial holes in the sleeve-the pusher are made through radial openings in which are installed slips with the possibility of extension in the radial direction, and the bushing-plunger rigidly attached to the housing and its inner cavity is in communication with the annular space under the cuff.

The unit consists (1) of the hollow body 1 with a number of radial holes And one or more cuffs 2, bushing-plunger 3 with slipcase 4, cone 5, cylinder 6, the spacer ring 7, plashkoderzhatelya 8 9 dice, slipcase 10 and shear screws 11, the stop-clamp 12 and seat 13 with shear screws 14.

Sealing of the contact surfaces between the parts of the device is ensured by rubber o-rings, shown in figure 1-3.

The device works in the following way (figure 2 and 3). After the descent of the device on the column tubing (tubing) 15 in the casing 16, with the mouth of the well tubing 15 throw the ball 17 on the saddle 13 and create excessive pressure in the internal cavity of the device through a series of radial holes of the housing 1 And is transmitted to slips 10, pushing them all the way into the casing 16. The amount of excess pressure sufficient to zakurivaniya plashkoderzhatelya 8 slipcase 10 in the casing 16 and certainly less than the pressure of the shear screws 14, the retaining seat 13 with a ball 17. The use of the present invention will improve the reliability and durability of the device, to simplify the device structurally, reduce costs and, as a consequence, to increase the productivity of the oil by eliminating idle wells and to reduce material costs associated with repairs and idle wells at the industrial implementation of these devices in the oil and gas fields.

When sliding bush is located in operating position cams are located below outer shaft surface generator and move in radial direction into outer groove of sliding bush to provide free cam movement under support-moving bush and shear screws.
