The invention relates to the field of content jointless rail and can be used for discharge of thermal stresses in continuously welded rail when prescriptie lashes for permanent operation.

The most important task in the difficult economic situation of the Railways was the development and implementation of resource-saving technical solutions and technologies, carrying out a complex of works to increase the reliability of the path, and on this basis the reduction of operational costs and ensuring traffic safety. Laying rail lashes welded railway track is made in different temperature conditions, so that changes in temperature are excessive longitudinal tension - compression (in the summer) and tensile (in winter). In this connection, when established for this region of the optimum temperature range, is a certain amount of work on prescriptio lashes with discharge excess temperature stresses.

A device on the bus. mon. The USSR №1414910, EV 29/20 "Device for discharging thermal stresses", which lengthening lashes at low temperature stresses is carried out by forced movement of the rail in either direction along the entire length.

Currently the time lengthening lashes at low temperature stress is performed using a hydraulic tensioning device and the obligatory hanging rails for roller bearing or sliding of the pair of plates, mounted on each 15th sleeper (Technical instructions on the device, installation, maintenance and repair of seamless way. - M.: Transport, 2000, ñ.38-43).

The disadvantages of the known methods of discharge temperature stresses and devices for their implementation are that you must perform a large volume of transactions: the loaded whips, the rise of scourge for posting it on roller bearings or sliding of the pair of plates, the shaking whips percussion instruments, the use of force tensioning device for changing the length of the scourge, the rise of scourge for cleaning the roller bearings or sliding pairs of plates, the final consolidation of the lashes in place. Particularly difficult is the lengthening lashes at low temperature stress in the long whips that cut short - 800 meters, produce discharge, cut off excess length and re-weld in long lashes. All these operations require large labor costs and time, which increases operational costs, often prevents doing work to consolidate the lashes at the optimum temperature range and necessitates the provision of a long process of "Windows".

A device for lengthening rail lashes at low temperature stress on the patent of Russian Federation №2399714, EV 31/18, EV 29/17 "Pic is b discharge thermal stresses in continuously welded rail jointless tracks", where rail lash lift in a vertical plane on the estimated value of catch up by each of the scourge under the rail head roller protivooskolochnye grippers associated with the platform, for example, track laying crane through the drawbar is pivoted on the platform and connected with the lifting device of the crane. A disadvantage of the known device is that the rise of whips catch up by each of the scourge under the rail head roller protivooskolochnye grips will not allow you to raise the tail and adjacent balancing rails, as interfering with the pads, so with the help of the known device it is impossible to produce a lengthening of the tail part of the scourge, it is necessary to delay the tail part of the scourge, thereby moving all the whip lying on the sleepers, which is extremely difficult.

This solution is taken as a prototype.

The technical result of the proposed device is to increase its efficiency by eliminating this drawback.

To achieve the technical result of the proposed device for lengthening rail lashes at low temperature stress in the lashes and give them a length corresponding to the size at the optimum temperature, containing rail grips are the s protivooskolochnye rollers for engagement with the rail heads of the whips in the lifting operation and associated with the platform and lifting mechanism of a vehicle, for example the railway track-laying crane entered the sensors determine the effort of lifting the lashes associated with the lifting mechanism of the crane and rail clamps are placed on movable in the horizontal plane of the carriage and is further provided with supporting rollers for engagement with the sole rails lashes in the lifting operation, the carriage mounted on the frame, a hinge mounted on the end platform of the railway track-laying crane and attached to the cross beam lifting mechanism of the crane on the suspensions.

Introduction sensors determine the effort of lifting the lashes associated with the lifting mechanism of the crane, allows for a continuous adjustment of the height of the bar attached to the device, as in the process of moving crane, due to the longitudinal force, the rail height of the wave increases. Implementation support rollers with the opportunity to interact with the sole rails lashes in the lifting operation allows the lengthening of the tail lashes and adjacent balancing rails, and protivooskolochnye rollers protect every lash from tipping over, Placing rail hooks on movable in the horizontal plane of the carriage provides the displacement of the grips in the curves of the track sections.

1 shows a diagram of lengthening lashes, start and end (stroke) position of the crane;

<> figure 2 shows the device in the process;

figure 3 shows the rail grip on the carriage with the drive installed on the frame.

Rail whip 1 shown in figure 1, undergoes surgery for lengthening during discharge temperature stress and to give it a length corresponding to the size at the optimum temperature. Figure 1 also shows the track laying crane 2, rails 3 adjacent the path on the left, levelling rails rails 4 and 5 adjacent the path on the right. Dashed lines show the track laying crane 2 in end position. Wave track scourge 1, shown in figure 2, is created by using the proposed device for lengthening lashes. The device contains two rail grip 6, mounted on the carriage 7. Each rail grip 6 has protivotrevozhny roller 8, are made with wheels and installed in the upper part of the grip with the possibility of the circumference of the head rail 1 scourge top when lifting. Rail grip 6 is further provided with a support roller 9, which is installed at the bottom of the grip for engagement with the bottom rail of the scourge 1 by lifting the lashes. Support rollers 9 are of the flanges, the distance between which corresponds to the width of the foot of the rail. The carriage 7, the carrier rail grippers 6, mounted on the frame 10 can move in the horizontal plane drive mechanism is om 11, what is needed to offset rail grippers 6 curve track sections. The frame 10 is connected with the platform of the railway track-laying crane 2 by means of the drawbar 12, hinged to the end of the platform and attached to the cross beam 13 of the lifting device of the crane 2 (for example, winch crane) on the suspension 14. The device is equipped with a sensor 15 for determining the effort of lifting rail lashes 1 associated with a lifting device of the crane. The sensors 15 are installed, for example, the suspensions 14.

Device for extending rail lashes works as follows.

The track laying crane 2 set at the junction of rail lashes 1 and the rail 3 adjacent to the left path. The yoke 13 of the lifting device of the crane 2 and, respectively, the frame 10 is lowered onto the rails of the pipe 1 so that protivooskolochnye rollers 8 track grips 6 covered the top of the rail head of the pipe 1, and the lower part of the gripper 6 fell in prepared for this purpose sleeper box (not shown). Under each sole rails lashes 1 down the support roller 9 and fix them at the bottom of the hooks 6. Then include the winch lifting device of the crane 2 and the rails of the cat 1 lift on the calculated height based on the difference between laying temperature and the optimal temperature. Lifting height is determined from the condition of compliance with equality (as shown in the prototype - patent No. 2399714) Δ=Δ t

Here Δt=α(Topt-Tf)l - temperature elongation plot scourge on the wavelength,

where α=0,00018 1/hail - the coefficient of linear expansion of steel rail;

Topt- the optimum temperature styling whip;

Tfthe actual temperature at which was laid a lash.

The value of Δ, defined as the difference between the wavelength l and its projection, is found from the equation

where hn- the initial height of the scourge.

Obviously, for lifting lashes in height must be accompanied by a certain force Fnthat is implemented by the lifting mechanism of the crane 2, limited by the configuration of the sensor 15 to determine the effort of lifting (figure 2). Crane 2 begins to move along the rail lashes 1, subject to extension. Protivooskolochnye rollers 8 track grips 6 protect each rail whip 1 from tipping over. In each of the scourge occurs longitudinal force's causing the change in the height of the lift in accordance with addictions

,

where l is the wavelength of the bending of the scourge;

E - the modulus of elasticity of steel rail;

Jxthe moment of inertia of the rail.

It is obvious that the increase in wave height leads to stress reduction Fn. In this regard, the sensor triggers 15 definitions efforts, from which comes the SIG is al on the lifting mechanism, and, accordingly, is selected as the slack of the rope suspensions 14. Thus, the wave height in the course of movement of the crane 2 is gradually increased. At the end of the movement of the crane 2 whip 1 reaches a value of hKonwhile the value of ΔKoncharacterized as a difference between the wavelength and its projection, equals

Thus

where L is the length of a string.

Therefore, in the configuration of the wave is fully hosted the desired lengthening lashes 1. To whip 1 has been completely entered into the required length, it is necessary to bring the wheel laying crane 2 until the end of the pipe 1, while holding the state of the adjacent waves surge rails 4. It is provided with rail clamps 6, the support rollers 9 which, supporting the rails of the pipe 1 under the sole, allow the passage of the grippers 6 through the pad. At the end of the movement of the crane 2 yoke 13 of the lifting device of the crane 2 is lowered. The ends of the lengthening of the pipe 1 and egalitarian rails 4 is lowered to the sleepers, cut off a piece, equal dismal elongation, and pristykovyvayas to rails 5 adjacent the path on the right. Increases the efficiency of the device by eliminating additional operations for lengthening the tail end of the pipe when the discharge temperature stresses in continuously welded rail and give them length, correspond to what her size at the optimum temperature.

Device for lengthening lashes jointless tracks with low temperature stress and give them a length corresponding to the size at the optimum temperature, containing rail clamps, bearing protivooskolochnye rollers for engagement with the rail heads lashes when they rise, and associated with the platform and lifting mechanism of a vehicle, for example, track laying crane, characterized in that the device is equipped with sensors to determine the effort of lifting the lashes associated with the lifting mechanism of the crane, and rail clamps are placed on movable in the horizontal plane of the carriage and is further provided with supporting rollers for engagement with the sole rails lashes in the lifting operation, the carriage is installed on the frame, a hinge mounted on the end platform of the railway track-laying crane and attached to the cross beam lifting mechanism of the crane on the suspensions.
