The method is implemented by the following mechanisms:
1 - train platform; 2 - platform mechanism to rotate the grating from the vertical plane to the horizontal plane, and Vice versa; 3 - new rail and tie grille; 4 - old rail and tie grille; 5 - valve; 6 - existing path; 7 - speed rail; 8 is a combined course (e.g. pneumatic); 9 - previously laid rail and tie grille.
The way relaying rail-sleeper grid is implemented as follows:
- train platform 1 vertical load new long bars 3 so that one of the cells on the platforms remains free (1);
- move the train platform with a rail and tie bars to the place of work;

movement of the old rail-sleeper grid 4 of the platform 1 is carried out by rolling platforms under the old rail and tie bars 4, which remains fixed relative to the basis on which it was placed (Figure 2);

- the initial phase of the new rail-sleeper grid 3 are moved from a vertical to a horizontal position on the crane and the adjacent multiple platforms, is lowered to the base of the crane 5, horizontally (Figure 3);
