SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of building materials, particularly to production of boards from wood-cement compositions used mainly in farm building. The wood concrete mixture contains cement, hogged chips, gypsum, lime and calcium chloride. The mixture also contains liquid glass, where components of the mixture are in the following ratio, wt %: cement 30-34; hogged chips 52-58; lime 4-5; gypsum 1-1.5; calcium chloride 1-1.5; liquid glass 5-7.

EFFECT: low consumption of cement and lime while preserving strength.

The method of making light concrete products with organic filler, which is mainly wooden, involves mixing crushed organic filler with cement, electrolyte and water, moulding the product, electro-stabilisation with direct current in pulses with alternating polarity with stoppage of not less than 2 minutes before each polarity change for a period of not less than 45 minutes, holding the product until structural strength gain. Organic filler is first mixed for 1.5-2.5 minutes with water and electrolyte solution. Cement is then added and the mixture is stirred for 1.5-2.5 minutes. Electro-stabilisation is done in a concrete form, working surfaces of which are electrodes, at temperature of the mixture not above 35°C, with current density of 1 A/m2 per 1 cm of the thickness of the product in pulses with alternating polarity with duration of 3 minutes. After structural strength gain of the product and finishing work, outer surfaces of the product are hydrophobised.

The method of manufacturing of a wood concrete includes preliminary humidifying of a woody filler with its subsequent treatment by liquid glass made of silica fume with the silicate module n=4 and air curing, the subsequent dosing and mixing of all components, and also formation and curing of products from the raw mix consisting of the processed woody filler, ash-alkali cementing, presented by fly ash and liquid glass made of silica fume in an autoclave. The woody filler - a pine bark in bulk density 180-190 kg/m3: particle size 5 mm - 30 %, 2.5 mm - 60 %, 1.25 mm - 1.3 %, 0.63 mm - 4.8 %, 0.315 mm - 2.4 %, 0.14 mm - 1.2 %, less than 0.14 mm-0.3 %, humidified to 15 % moisture contents. The bark is processed with liquid glass with the silicate module n=4, density p=1.38 g/cm3, made of large-tonnage by product of the Bratsk ferroalloy plant - silica fume, containing to 13-14 % of fine-grained extraneous matters in form of β-SiC and graphite - C.
