Described is biocidal therapeutic medication representing nanostructured composition in form of suspension containing didecyldimethylammonium halogenide clathrate with carbamide, copper vitriol, goudron, pharmaceutically acceptable monoatomic alcohol and water.

EFFECT: medication possesses high penetrating ability into affected tissues of organism, does not damage healthy tissues, demonstrates high activity with respect to wide spectrum of microorganisms both in vitro and in vivo.
