FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: physiotherapy apparatus for blind patients by training of walking is constructed of parallel bars with an armchair additionally fixed therein; each pole of the bars has an individual tactile perceptible surface pattern, while the flanges limit the range of admissible independent longitudinal motion of the patient in the bars. EFFECT: invention enables physiotherapeutic functional enhancement, provides correct spatial orientation and safety of the blind or visually impaired patients, and reduces labour input and complexity of physiotherapy of the patients. 2 cl, 1 dwg
The present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely physiotherapy, and can be used, for example, to learn how to walk and/or rehabilitation of the blind and visually impaired patients. A device-analogue of [1, 2] for physical therapy of cerebral palsy by forming the locomotor skills of walking in child support on shoulders, forearm and wrist of both hands, representing stationary gymnastic parallel bars. This device is used by physiotherapists in the initial stages of learning to walk those children who are unable to walk independently. The disadvantages of the device are similar complexity training to its blind and visually impaired patients. Independently pass from the boards to the seat to rest a blind patient usually cannot, and therefore blind to the patient have to provide physical assistance of one or two therapists-guide (on its maintenance or transfer of arms). Such assistance is complicated by the fact that physiotherapists guide should Podlasie under the poles of the bars and work in a bent condition, which often leads to their downfall with the patient on the floor. A device-prototype [3] for physiotherapy patients by forming the locomotor skills of walking based on the parallel bars with Ni is sustained fashion vested in them by the chair of the patient. The drawback of the prototype are the complexity of the training to its blind and visually impaired patients. A blind patient often confuses the direction of motion inside the boards, brings the edges of the bars and falls. He needs constant physical support from a physiotherapist's guide, as an independent exercise inside bars can lead to falls and injuries. The technical result of the invention is the expansion of physiotherapy functional capabilities of the device, ensuring the correct spatial orientation and safety are blind or visually impaired patients, as well as reducing the complexity and difficulty of physical therapy patients. The technical result is achieved by the fact that according to the invention, each of the poles of the bars has an individual character of the surface, visible to the senses, and has projections indicate the range of acceptable independent longitudinal movement of the patient inside the bars. The technical result is also achieved by the fact that according to the invention on the parallel bars at the edges of the poles across them, is the crossmember as the boundary of the admissible independent longitudinal movement of the patient inside the bars. A comparison of the proposed device with the prototype allowed is about to set, that the inventive device is characterized by the fact that he has each of the poles of the bars has an individual character of the surface, visible to the senses, and has projections indicate the range of acceptable independent longitudinal movement of the patient inside the bars, and to conclude that the invention conforms to the criterion "novelty". The study of other known solutions in this field of technology characteristics are identical to the features distinguishing the claimed invention from the prototype, not identified, and therefore it meets the criterion of "inventive step". The use of the claimed invention to practice for the treatment of the blind and visually impaired patients (e.g., cerebral palsy, Dega) gives the criterion "industrial applicability". A device for physiotherapy blind patients by forming the locomotor skills of walk, based on parallel bars with an optional vested in them by the chair, characterized in that each of the poles of the bars has an individual character of the surface, visible to the senses, and has projections indicate the range of acceptable independent longitudinal movement of the patient inside the bars. In addition, the proposed device is also different in that the ends of the poles across them, is the crossmember as the boundary of the admissible independently the CSOs longitudinal movement of the patient inside the bars. The claimed invention (combined beams to blind patients) is illustrated in the drawing, where: 1 - parallel poles with corrugated surfaces 1R and restrictive protrusions 1B; 2 - chair for the rest of the patient; 3 - cross (or removable or detachable). On one of the poles of the bars rifle (grooves, grooves or other) can be applied along the pole, and on the other across the poles. Can be used and other options for tactile recognition of the two poles (right and left). For example, one of them may be smooth, polished, and the other is slightly rough. The cross member may be either a split (belt drive) or removable (crossbar or other). The device is used in the following way. Blind or visually impaired, the patient begins to run on the parallel bars set of exercises at the walk with support for poles 1, if necessary, rest the patient moves within the bars to the seat 2, sits in it and fastened to it with a safety belt. When the movement inside the boards of the patient is oriented in space and selects the direction of movement, tactile defining the left and right poles of the bars on the individual nature of their surface (for example, on their individual rifles), and does not go beyond the restrictive protrusions 1B at the ends of the poles and the cross member 3. The inventive device extends NAT is terapevticheskii functionality. In contrast to the known devices, the proposed device allows blind or visually impaired the patient to exercise at the walk and to move the bars on their own, without a guide physiotherapist. The patient to the touch (tactile) on the nature of the flute itself determines which of corrugated poles (left or right) holding each of his hands, which allows him to accurately determine in which direction (back or front at the location of the body of his body across the poles of the bars; from the left or from the right side - when the body of his body along the poles of the bars) is a built-in lounge chair. When you approach the edge of the poles of the boards of the patient detects tactile protrusions, limiters, which enables it to stop and change the direction of movement inside the boards on the opposite. For higher security, zastupanju patient over the edge of the bars prevent the cross member (or one, or several), located on the edges of the poles across them. When doing walking exercises within the claimed combined beams patient can do without the physical assistance of a guide therapists that reduces the complexity and intensity of training. Part of the guide physiotherapist limited job on the exercise and ensure safe patient is from falls, especially when playing with blind cerebral palsy children. Sources of information 1.
