The invention relates to medical devices, specifically to the canes for the visually impaired.

Known canes with sharp or rubber tip on one end and a bent handle to hold the cane in the hand on the other end of the rod. These canes are similar. For the prototype accepted "Stick for the blind" copyright certificate SU 1088699 (Ishchenko V.B. have been), 30.04.1984.

The drawback of such canes is the need to continuously all the way before him, i.e. to make thousands of beats, which is very tiring, even with very light cane.

The purpose of this invention is to reduce the fatigue of a disabled person with a cane, eliminating the need for tapping the road for more information about her relief.

The problem was solved taking into account the fact that the visually impaired have increased the sensitivity of the ears and skin of the fingers (tactile).

This objective is achieved in that the cane for the visually impaired, containing the rod (white) with swivel handle with oval section, fixed in position by a screw clamp on one end and the other end is rigidly attached to the middle of its length the crossmember with two axes on the ends, which are free to rotate wheels; in the place of attachment of the cross member to the rod rigidly fixed perpendicu the RNO cross member and the rod / strut, which movably fixed at a distance from each other two conical plates separated by a spring. The essence of the proposed is illustrated by drawings, where

1 shows a cane for the visually impaired - top view;

figure 2 - the same, lateral view;

figure 3 - sections along a-a in figure 1 and B-B in figure 2.

The stick consists of a rod 1 is white on one end through which a screw clamp 2 set the rotary arm 3 oval cross-section, located so that the major axis of the oval parallel to the cross member 4 mounted on the other end of the rod 1. At the ends of the cross member 4 installed coaxially with the axis 5 with free sitting on them wheels 6. Where it attaches to the rod 1 crossbar 4 perpendicular to the plane in which they are located, installed 7 hour two, located on it at some distance from each other, the conical plates 8 between which the spring 9.

The cane works as follows.

The cane is taken by the handle 3 to the left or right hand wheel 6 down the road. This is the working position. Estimated location of the handle 3. If necessary, compressing screw clamp 2, adjust its position, changing the angle of the limb α. Then begins the movement. When you hit one of the wheels 6 in the bowl cross member 4 perekalivatsja under deistvitel of gravity. This misalignment of the rod 1 is transmitted to the arm 3, and she, being oval in cross section, through tactile sensations of the fingers and the palm of the hand indicates the bowl of the disabled, which responds to this signal, in accordance with his experience.

When a failure of both wheels 6 (for example, gathering wheels with a set of stairs or failure in their open circuit) the end of the stick falls to touch the rod 1 the edges of the failure (step or cliff). When the rod 1 with the edge, it feels braking (the blow from falling). While the upper plate 8 under the action of the overload from the shock will compress the spring 9 and will impact plates, 8 edges. As the plates 8 are made tapered from a thin sheet of elastic metal, the collision will cause the sound, which, together with tactile signal transmitted by the rod 1 on the arm 3, due to the shock rod 1 on the edge of the cliff will warn the disabled about the danger.

The cane for the visually impaired, containing the barbell with a grip for holding, wherein the rod has a white surface, and the handle is made with an oval cross-section and has a fixing screw clamp when installing the bar at a comfortable angle, while on the other end of the rod is rigidly fixed: cross with axes at the ends with a freely mounted on them wheels and hour with two movable conical plates of elastic IU is Alla and a spring between them, the plates are installed with the possibility of collision.
